I buzzed into Kendall's. They've repaired screens for me in the past as well as made me keys on more than one occasion, so I knew they'd know what I needed. I popped in, asked for what I needed, was handed the mineral oil with a quick explanation of what it is and what it is for, paid and walked out. Everything was done within 3 minutes. Several times, I have found myself asking a bunch of questions and getting helpful answers from the staff. The return was accepted with no questions at other location. GM Dylan should not run the store. And other employees looked annoyed and were extremely disrespectful. I spent thousands at this store, and have a right to return faulty product within 90 days, but GM makes him own rules.
