Oyako is in my top 3 for buffets. They have a hot table of foods and a cold table for fresh sea food and fruits. There's a dessert table and they even have a chocolate fountain and ice cream. Whilemyou can grab anything for the tables they also have a menu that you can order from that is made to order. When ordering sushi it comes out as four bites to a plate and the sashimi you can order up to 10 at a time. While it's a buffet they do have a plate waste fee so don't order in excess. The servers are all super nice and fast and everything comes out quickly so take your time. I also love that their set up makes it really easy to try new things and not feel bad about it because you aren't ordering an entire entree of sushi.

We enjoyed joyed our lunch here today. If you like sushi and Japanese food, you'll find this Ayce a real bargain. They have two buffet tables with various items -- one with cooked Chinese food and soups; and one with cold food and desserts plus a cooler with ice cream and sorbet. For the main part, we skipped the hot cooked Chinese food, although I did try a piece of fried pork gyoza -- which was just okay and not hot. We went directly to the cold buffet and had some of the large peel 'n eat cocktail shrimp and some seaweed salad. Both were great. Fresh and crisp. They had cocktail and eel and ponzu sauce by the table too. Also on the cold buffet were spicy mussels, baby octopus/squid, and edamame. The sushi and related rolls as well as hibachi and ramen are to be ordered from the white pages of the menu (for the lunch). It's all you can eat, but you are urged not to leave any leftovers or you'll be charged. So we paced ourselves. My husband had some nigiri sushi -- saba, masago, salmon, tuna, etc. You can order 10 of this list at a time. We both had the kanisu roll. He order some additional sushi later. I ordered a masago roll -- tiny little red fish eggs/roe (caviar) and had a piece of my husband's saba. Everything was so fresh and made to order. I also had a rock n roll which was a fried tempura roll with salmon, krab, avocado and cream cheese topped with sauces a sprinkling of masago. We tried a few of the desserts -- some were better than others. There was a creamy flan and a light mousse chocolate cake that we did try. Also cut up oranges and melon that we didn't try. And some small cups of coffee and butter pecan ice cream. We had good service through out. Clearing used dishes, taking our new orders each time, delivering our food, etc. Etc. We'd definitely go back.

Wow! First time visit party of 5 and worth the trip. Located in Publix Plaza - lots of parking some outside seating. Unique set up as they have AYCE off the menu - pages that are red that have Sushi, Sashimi, Ramen, Hibache and lots of other item plus hot bar and a salad cold bar with crab legs. Great service as you order your items and all the staff bring em out to you as they come up. No issues. And staff was helpful and friendly. Will return.

Weekday, Monday-Thursday lunch is $18.95 per adult, which isn't breaking the bank. The food options are varied and fresh. The server was adequately attentive. She did come back and ask for additional orders. I did have to flag her down to ask them to turn on the AC and also for water refill though. It does get a little busier around 12:30, but it's not too loud. Still a comfortable dining experience once the AC was on.

I loved the fresh made to order style of this restaurant. We ordered several sushi rolls, hand rolls, ramen, and nigiri all which were very tasty. The wait staff were also very attentive to drink refills and came over to place orders any time they saw are plates running low. They also have a hot buffet bar but very small and not many options. Overall, we love the made to order sushi and more.

Our nieces wanted all-you-can-eat sushi, so we headed to Oyako Sushi in Boynton Beach. Even though my wife and I didn't want the AYCE option, we had to get it because the rule at Oyako Sushi is "one for all and all for one". In other words, if anyone at the table orders the AYCE selection for $32, then everyone at the table must have it too. The rule makes sense so that diners don't cheat and only pay for one AYCE option. The good news is that the entire menu is available for AYCE service. Of course, the feature is the huge variety of sushi choices including the list of Special Rolls. Our nieces had their fill of various sushi rolls, which came in servings of 4 rolls. This also makes sense in case the diner doesn't particularly love a selected roll. They enjoyed most of their sushi picks and thought the quality was generally good. The presentation of the rolls on the plates was also nicely done. In addition to the large selection of sushi, Oyako also has an AYCE buffet, which included a couple of soups as well as a few types of chicken such as General Tso's, steak, and seafood, including crab legs. They even had fried chicken and french fries for those poor souls who really don't want Asian food. I ordered the hibachi steak from the menu. It comes with rice and veggies. Unfortunately the steak was pretty tough. I replaced it with the steak from the buffet, which was much more tender and had a nice sauce. My wife ordered the chicken lo mien noodles with some veggies from the menu. She enjoyed that dish along with a few items from the buffet. The highlight of our dinner was dessert. Yes, that's included in the AYCE option, so be sure to enjoy some. We had the tempura fried Oreo cookie, which was melt-in-your-mouth good. Never had an Oreo that delicious. We also had scoops of vanilla ice cream similarly fried in a tempura batter, drizzled with chocolate syrup and accompanied by some whipped cream. Yummy! The service wasn't particularly great as the sushi arrived one selection at a time and we repeatedly sought the server for refills on our water. If you love sushi and want a lot of it, Oyako is the place to go. The restaurant is fairly new and judging by the crowd on a Friday night, they appear to be headed for success.

First time here--stopped by during lunch. The vibe is definitely a highlight: cute, stylish décor with cozy seating, and the service was pleasant. There was only one server, but it wasn't too busy and the food came out pretty quickly. I found it interesting how close the dessert station is to the raw seafood area. The hot bar was solid--I enjoyed the fried rice and the orange & black pepper chicken. Unfortunately, the hibachi was a letdown. The shrimp, steak, and chicken were just mid. The signature sushi rolls were fine, but nothing really wowed me or stood out as memorable. Overall, nice atmosphere, okay meal.

I've been to ayce sushi in Los Angeles, Vegas, etc Great quality, fast service (it's not a buffet, they actually serve you made to order sushi), and great price It's almost as good as places I've had in Chinatown Vegas and Los Angeles. This is the best you're going to get in South Florida.

This location has been a rotating door and I'm hoping they finally stop and keep Oyako permanently. I really enjoyed the AYCE seafood here one night for dinner. For someone who eats oysters, crab legs, blue crabs, and raw fish, this was a wonderful spot for my wallet. I wasn't expecting the garlic and ginger blue crabs so that was such a delight. The oysters were also pretty fresh. I also really enjoyed their Chinese food buffet such as soup, dumplings, and lo mein noodles. The sushi is made to order and I enjoyed the yellowtail sashimi, ikura sushi, and handrolls. They have a set menu to order off of and you can't customize a roll. The only con is that you have to order through a server and they don't have too many walking around. They did a good job cleaning up plates off our table in a timely manner. I would definitely go back as it's worth it to me.

Amazing sushi, amazing area. I had 6 rolls and all of them tasted amazing. I tried the bao bun but it was not my thing. I truly think this place has room to grow but that criticism is more directed to the front off the house

I was driving down the street in my car and I saw a new restaurant that opened at all you can eat sushi. I am a sushi fanatic so I was excited to see it took place to where I live. We went there not really knowing what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised. There was a large selection of sushi as well as hibachi to order. There is also a buffet with hot Chinese food and also a seafood buffet with crab legs and shrimp as well as desserts. The food was very fresh as well as tasty and the cooked food came out very quickly. I'm very happy to say that I will be coming back to enjoy the food again.

I was really excited to try this place. Everything looks appealing and the concept of fresh order sushi seems amazing. Pros: the food was good and you do get the bang for your buck. You do get full quick. Don't come if you are looking for great sushi. It's good food. Not great food. Cons: empty plates aren't being picked up at table, service is slow, everyone seems to stand around instead of keeping themselves busy. Took a while to have refill drinks and a longer time for sushi to arrive if place becomes busy. I would come back again though when it's not so busy to try other items .

When it comes to buffets, my expectations aren't usually high but at the price point; you would expect quality food, and Oyako Sushi did not disappoint while exceeding my expectations. The restaurant was clean and there is a decent amount of seating plus outdoor booths as well. We came for dinner which starts at 5p and a small line had already formed, no problem since we were seated immediately. There are 3 sections of the buffet where you serve yourself, one is the hot items with your typical Asian dishes, soups, fried rice, lo-mein, chicken wings, beef & broccoli and etc. 2nd section is for cold items like fruits, shrimp, mussels, crab legs, oysters, seaweed salad, octopus and etc. 3rd is the desserts where it consists of jello, cakes, chocolate fondue with strawberries and marshmallows, and a Hersheys ice cream chest full of individual ice cream cups with 8 or 10 flavors. These 3 sections are serve yourself. The rest of the items are made to order from a menu. Mostly sushi, but there is ramen, hibachi, fried items like calamari, oysters, ice cream, and oreos. There are plenty of items to choose from and the sushi isn't served in full portions as you normally get, this allows you to try more menu items. The great thing is the quality of the sushi, they don't load a ton of rice on them, it's real deal quality sushi you would get at a great sushi restaurant. Service was fantastic, our waitress was on point with refills and reorders while removing plates. All in all, every item we had was fantastic, nothing at all like your typical Asian buffet. Sure dinner is abit pricey but it was worth every penny. We'll be back for sure, and probably often.

We started by choosing our base. My husband had the tom yum (kha?) one and our granddaughter had the classic and I chose the chicken one. My base started out a bit salty, but after all the additions it was perfect -- no need to add extra soy or salt to the broth. For sauces I chose two standards -- hoisin sauce and a mix i made of some soy sauce and vinegar (which I used for the dumplings). At our leisure -- it's all you can eat -- we tried many of the offerings. We skipped most of the exotic ones -- except my husband who happens to like chicken feet. I went for the seafood first. And liked most of what I chose, especially the large prawns which were my favorite. And I also really liked the rounds of shrimp paste. The clams were tiny, but good. The blue crabs were small and awkward to eat when so hot. I'd skip them next time. I also tried some beef and pork, but found the seafood options more to my liking. Of the veggies, I had a mix just to try a number of things. The baby bok choy leaves, the cabbage, and the bean sprouts were good, but I fell in love with those tiny little enoki mushrooms. My least faves were the taro and the hard squash For dessert, they also have fresh fruit (cherries, etc.) and cake squares on the buffet. And a separate ice cream bar. I liked their green tea ice cream the best. We were so stuffed when we left. But happy campers. We felt the price of the AYCE was well worth it here. We'd definitely come again. I think it's more fun with a group.

They have nicely decorated section with fake Bansai trees and pebbles. Looks beautiful and clean. There are couple of other trees spaced out throughout the restaurant. The service was a little slow even though we were the only table there at the time. We ordered green teas, hamachi jalapeño app, and 4 rolls to try (green dragon, Hokkaido, sexy crunch, and sweet potato curry). The rolls were generously portioned (expect to pay $25-30 for specialty rolls), the visuals looked pretty decent (served on a small boat), but the flavors were on the bland side for me. The green tea was little too flavorful. The individual pieces of the rolls were little too big than what we were used to. The sushi rice was wet and there was too much rice used for the rolls. But maybe some customers who are used to this might prefer this style more than what I prefer personally. Out of the four rolls, in our opinion, the most unique one was the sweet potato curry roll. It's very different than the traditional rolls you will find at other sushi restaurants. Overall the experience wasn't bad. I might visit again next time just to make sure. But after the first time visit, I am a bit hesitant to recommend this place to others with certainty. Sushi Bang bang is located in a plaza that is hard to find from outside so make sure to follow your GPS. They offer some parking spaces in the plaza where they are located.
