What's more relaxing--Oz Head Spa or (fill in the blank)? If you're looking for a truly soothing experience that includes a relaxing massage (chest, arms, upper back, neck, and scalp), a facial, and a thorough scalp analysis with personalized treatment, look no further. I can't recommend this place enough! The spa is incredibly clean and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful--perfect for unwinding. My sister and I absolutely loved our experience and can now confidently say: Oz Head Spa tops anything we've tried before when it comes to total relaxation.

Loved it!! My girlfriend and I came as first timers and got the discounted rate for a basic scalp care. It was a little horrified when I saw my scalp under the camera but saw a drastic difference when we were done. It was all super relaxing especially when they sprayed the serum at the end during blow drying. Such a nice clean tingling sensation. Definitely a must try. They take kids too so I'm going to take my daughter for her 10th birthday soon.

If I could give this place more stars I would! Wow! I had some issues with dry scalp and oil and after seeing Rachel for the problematic scalp care session my hair feels amazing! Such a relaxing vibe! When you walk in you already feel a sense of incredible calm. They first start by using a machine to show you your scalp problem areas - it's incredible (and maybe shocking) to see it that close. Then they come up with a treatment plan for your session based on the scalp review. The session was completely relaxing in your own private room and also included a head and neck massage! The 75 minutes went really fast and I'm pretty sure I fell asleep a bit too because I was so relaxed.

First timer! My cousin, mom and aunt came to this location and we were able to be accommodated for all 4 sessions. Granted they were split in timing but nevertheless Audrey made it happen! First of all the ambiance is such a soothing vibe with relaxing music in the background. Then you are taken into a room where they review your scalp to see what the works will be. After you are taken into a room where you remove the top portion wrapped in a towel, you lie down on a head rest with holes ( for the water). They start by giving you a head next massage lastly washing your hair. This experience was top tier! I will definitely buy the package for my mom and I it's so worth it!

My daughter treated me to a visit to the head spa as part of her birthday present. I opted for the Special problematic scalp care. The entire process was incredibly relaxing, beginning with a personalized hair analysis to tailor the treatment to your specific needs. The quality of the shoulder and neck massages, along with the head massages, was good; the pressure was perfect. The products they use are from Ha Sol and Milbon and smell good. They left my hair feeling soft and smooth. Toward the end of the treatment, your hair will be blown dry, and another hair analysis will be done to assess any changes. Ivy, who performed my hair treatment, explained the entire process from start to finish. The atmosphere had a modern touch and contemporary design, while the soft lighting inside the room created a calming and soothing atmosphere. The parking situation is convenient, with plenty of spaces available, so you will always find one. For anyone seeking a rejuvenating experience - this place comes highly recommended! I was so excited when I heard that we finally got a head spa in La Habra! Took my dad with me during their soft opening promotion. I had no idea what to expect, but I absolutely loved it and would go back in a heartbeat! Kelly and Ivy were our scalp therapists, and they both did an amazing job. My favorite part of going to the salon is always the hair wash, and this is like the extended, luxe version of that - it was just so relaxing. Spa-mazing! I've been wanting to try a head spa for many years. I watch a lot of ASMR and lots of videos include going to head spa so I've been very eager to try for myself. I found this one near me and WOW! It was everything I hoped for. I got the head spa plus facial. I just got a haircut a day or 2 before and wanted to get a full scalp refresh. I scheduled an appointment for a weekday afternoon (there is a discount for weekdays Monday through Thursday). There may have been one other person there as I could hear a couple of voices from the other room, but I didn't actually see anyone besides the girl who was providing my treatment. They did a consultation first to show me my scalp before the spa and she asked some questions and gave some recommendations before we began. Then, she took me to a private room and stepped out while I changed my top into a robe and laid on the table. From there, I was swept away into pure bliss as the treatments began. I'm pretty sure I dozed off a couple of times during the actual scalp part lol. After it was done she blow dried my hair, applied solution to my hair and scalp, and showed me my scalp after treatment. I could see the difference in the buildup on my scalp before versus after the spa treatment. I thought that was cool. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing spa day and general scalp refresh. read more

Book an appointment with special promotion. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and started with the scalp exam where they show you your scalp magnified on a screen and diagnosed any issues you may have. I have dry scalp so they recommended me better shampoo and tonic for home care. The moisturizing shampoo smells so good and they told me all the products extract from nature which makes your scalp more healthy. I had a good head and shoulder massage which makes me so relaxed. During the process I fall asleep lol~ At the end, they also give a small gift for soft opening! I love head spa here will come back again! read more

My first experience at a head spa and it did not disappoint! I got the problematic scalp care because I have a super oily scalp. The products all had a cooling effect which was nice. It was very relaxing. My hair felt super soft and looked extra shiny. Even the next day my hair felt softer than normal and my scalp was less oily. On arrival at the lovely and spotless facility, the staff greeted me pleasantly and professionally. Each step of the process was professional and each member of the staff was conversational in asking about my scalp condition (psoriasis) without making me feel at all uncomfortable but rather letting me know they are here to help and relieve my symptoms. The various treatments were calming, relaxing and "cleansing." In addition to the full scalp treatment, the neck and shoulder massage added to the overall relaxing and stress-relieving experience. I was offered products to continue with the treatment on my own but there was absolutely no pressure to purchase. I frequently get body massages but this scalp treatment provides tremendous similar benefits of relaxation, stress relief and therapy. read more

It feels like they use even nicer products when booking direct, which I've really noticed in the results. The facility is always very clean and relaxing, the products feel high quality, and the facial massage is amazing -- one of my favorite parts. Service has consistently been great every visit, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Overall, a wonderful experience every time and definitely a place I keep coming back to.

I reached Mirako Spa in Brea for my facial appointment exactly 3 mins late. A lady who told me that…read moremy appointment was at 2:30pm. (I have attached text messages that my appointment was at 2:45pm). Upon showing the text message, she agreed that I was late by 3 mins. (+ 5 mins grace period). I was informed right away that I need to reschedule as I was late or cut down my facial time from 60mins to 40 mins. I should have arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. Therefore, my showing up delayed by 3 mins would delay the next client by 15 mins as they needed time to prepare for the next client! Math doesn't add up any way we look at it unless they had informed in advance to show up 15 mins before the appointment time, which they hadn't. 1. There was absolutely no notification or instruction provided to me about arriving 15 mins early before the appointment time at the time of making my appointment or text reminder. Therefore if one is late by less than. 10 mins, they lose their facial time by 20mins and are lashed out if clients try to reason out. I was told me to depart as I was 3 mins late or reduce my facial time by 20 mins. 2. Jenny, who came over from inside took over the conversation, was very unprofessional and rude. She argued with me for 15 mins non-stop when I tried to reason out that if I was late by 3 mins, if they wanted to be a stickler of time without informing me to arrive 15 mins early, they should take away 3 mins of my time not, 20 mins. She yelled at me saying "I don't want you to come here ever, I never want to give you service!". I don't understand how Mirako Spa even employs such people who are clueless about how to treat clients with courtesy, let alone working in a service industry. Here is the twist: when I checked in, another lady besides Jenny told me that my appointment was at 2:30pm, which their mistake to begin with as my appointment was at 2:45pm. It appears that they messed up with their own scheduling but because I was 3 mins late for my 2:45 appt, I bore the brunt of Jenny's unprofessional behavior as she couldn't admit that they had accidentally messed up scheduling my appointment. Instead she told me to leave or get a facial cut down by 20mins! I am attaching screenshots of my appointment time. As per Jenny, I should have a common sense to show up 15 mins before appointment time even though I wasn't informed about arriving early or else, appt that was anyway scheduled incorrectly by 15 mins sooner, from what I was notified. Try to avoid Jenny if you go to Mirako Spa in Brea, she can be scathing, unreasonable, and unprofessional. Try to reach 15 mins prior to your appointment even if they don't notify you.

What makes this even more heartbreaking is that this happened right before a major event in my life--an occasion I had been looking forward to for months. Instead of feeling confident and excited, I was forced to hide, avoid photos, and deal with overwhelming embarrassment, anxiety, and trauma over the condition of my face. The emotional impact has been just as damaging as the physical injuries. I placed my trust in this clinic and expected trained professionals who would prioritize patient safety and understand how to properly treat clients with different skin types. Instead, I have been left with a painful and prolonged recovery process that has affected my confidence, mental well-being, and daily life. To their credit, they are currently attempting to treat the hyperpigmentation that resulted from the procedure with hydroquinone and tretinoin. However, it is incredibly frustrating to need corrective treatments for a problem that I believe should never have happened in the first place. I went in seeking cosmetic improvement, not months of recovery and additional interventions to address the damage. Perhaps the most disappointing part is that despite the severity of what I experienced and the ongoing costs, stress, and emotional suffering, I was not offered a refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right financially has been almost as painful as the injuries themselves. No cosmetic procedure intended to enhance your confidence should leave you dealing with weeks of pain, discoloration, emotional trauma, and uncertainty about whether your skin will ever fully recover. I sincerely hope Iconic Skin Clinic reevaluates its protocols, training, and patient care standards so that no one else experiences what I have gone through. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment to do extensive research, ask detailed questions about the provider's experience with lasers and your specific skin type, and understand that the consequences of a mistake can be life-altering.

I actually had to come back and change my 5-star review to a 3-star after my second visit. My first visit was amazing Bella was great! She made the experience super relaxing and I left really happy. Unfortunately, the second time around just wasn't the same. I got another girl that was not Bella unfortunately did not get her name but she definitely gave off the vibe that she didn't wanna be there and felt rushed. I'm always someone who tips for any service, but it felt like tipping became more of an obligation than appreciation. Just a heads-up that tips under $20 seem to get an uncomfortable reaction, and it definitely gave off the impression that they expect a certain amount. What makes it worse is that I spent $500 on a package deal because I genuinely wanted to keep coming back. Now it makes me not want to return, which really sucks because it feels like I lost out on that money.
