Instead of expediting our situation they put us in a long line of customers again even though they realized this was their mistake. We have now been here an hour and 1/2 and they are saying another 1/2 to 45 min because some people had appointments. Really, we shouldn't have had to check behind their work or have to bring it back to be done right. I'm very disappointed and have lost so much time just sitting here waiting again not to mention lost trust in them. Just be careful and double check their work before leaving is my recommendation. We have used them in the past and didn't think we needed to be their supervisor. Now we know. Our time isn't as important as there time is.

The used tires that I have been buying have 90% or better tread and I pay about half price of a brand new tire. Part of the savings is in the mounting, balancing, and valve stems. Those little hidden fees add up considerably. All of their used tires come with a 30 day warranty with no questions asked. Sure the big tire shops will offer a road hazard warranty, that you often pay extra for. In 35 years of driving, I have only made good on that road hazard warranty one time. If I'm buying tires at half price, that math simply doesn't work for me anymore. I highly recommend these people for all of your tire work. If you need new tires, just pull in and they will give you choices of used ones that can be mounted in 10 minutes, or she will pull up her distributor pricing and give you a Smokin Hot deal on brand new tires that she can install the next day.
