I have been coming here for years Great service and great care when it comes to smog test for your car needs. I use to laugh when the other guys in town would push a gas cap sale on you even though you never needed one in the first place. Up front no bullsh*t. Time is short if you are going need a smog test take it to Ozone Smog... read more

Nothing worse than someone in a hurry coming into your business in a rush and expecting them to jump for you...I was the person coming in and Diego was the one put in that situation.... he passed with flying colors... Getting me in and out in a quick fashion...He was friendly, professional and knows his stuff..Did I add this was on a Fri when generally people do not go the extra mile...Diego is the exception... I called ozone smog ahead of time, and explained the situation ahead in older model vehicle and certain smog stations could not test me without recalibrating their machine. He said it would not be a problem with their location and I brought it in. Helpful and good service! read more

The worst business I have used in the Valley. It's my first time using this Smog Station and last. After seeing the reviews I drove hear to get a simple smog test and I had no problems with other Smog Stations in having a test even with an aftermarket air cleaner. The guy Diego said it would be 10 min. To finish after 20 min. He stopped and said that it has the aftermarket air cleaner and will not pass the test. But I had to pay these Sleazy Cheesy Rats $51. For nothing Bad Attitude after I told Diego that he is a Cheater. So I say stay away from Ozone Smog Rats,,, read more

Great SERVICE! My smog check took 15 minutes and he got me right in. Diego is straight up front and very nice. You can pay a $31 fee and pay your registration right here and immediately receive tags and paperwork (if your paperwork is due right away this is a bargain). He also let me know I could take smog certificate and DMV paperwork to AAA, as a member they can immediately do it for me for free. I HIGHLY recommend! Location is a little hard to find but totally worth it! read more

Got here little after 5pm, were closing and without hesitation Diego was kind enough to smog my truck. I thought would charge me extra or something if that nature but instead advised me if of the special they had. Was polite and very considerate at all times. Not to mention how clean the place is. I bought a used car out of state and needed a smog check. I yelped a location and Ozone was one of the first suggested locations. I called to inquire about prices and waiting time. Diego answered the phone and answered all of my concerns in a friendly manner. I ended up bringing my car in to get it serviced. Again, Diego provided great customer service! I walked in around 12 PM for an oil change, and the manager at the front desk told me they wouldn't be able to get to my car until around 3 PM. I understand that a shop can be busy and that there may be a wait, but the way it was communicated made me feel like my business was an inconvenience. I've also noticed that there is very little customer service when you walk in. There's no real welcome or effort to make you feel like a valued customer. The manager often seems bothered when customers come in, and unfortunately, I've experienced this more than once. I left yesterday very unhappy. At this point, even though the location is convenient and the prices are somewhat reasonable, I won't be coming back. It's disappointing because good customer service would make a big difference.

Took my car here for some simple maintenance, which was done at a fair price. This week my car…read morebroke down, so I had it towed back to them. After holding it for three days, Vince told me he couldn't figure it out and "doesn't work on valves." This is the same guy who repeatedly mentioned having 45 years of experience and working on Hondas with over 400k Instead of fixing it, he told me to go to the dealer for a $1300 repair he wouldn't or couldn't do--and then charged me $350 for diagnostic time. Imagine being told, "I can't fix it, but you still owe me $350." I feel cheated, because I never said not to do the work--I would have let him fix it. I basically paid $350 for his lack of knowledge. For som eone claiming decades of experience, a basic Honda V6 shouldn't be "too complex." Save yourself the headache, time, and money. If it's not just an oil change or something simple, go straight to a dealer or a shop with trained techs. Thats exactly what I paid 350 for so just start at the dealer.

5 Stars based on customer service alone! Used their website to inquire about their services and received a call with a few minutes! Asked about coming in during my lunch break and about matching a coupon, Diego said no problem. Unfortunately due to time constraints I was unable to wait, but even after I left Diego called me to ask about my visit to the shop and to see about coming back the following day. I've never experienced such great follow up! And this is even with out actually getting service done. I will return to get my smog completed, and will highly recommend anyone looking for their smog to get it done at Ozone. read more

Moved here from Orange County 3 weeks ago and needed to get my 1996 Camry with 370,000 miles on it smoged. I found Ozone on yelp, called and spoke with Diego that I would be coming in tomorrow 30 mins prior to them closing. He was very helpful and accommodating with my busy schedule getting off work so late. I got to speak to Diego while I was watching him run the smog test on my vehicle. Hands down the best smog shop in the desert! I was recommended to ozone smog from a friend and now I see why they sent me to see Diego at Ozone Smog! I called before I came to the shop and he told me all the steps needed to register the vehicle in California. I would need to go to the DMV and register the vehicle in California and get the vehicle weighed since it's a truck from out of state. Diego even stayed late to do the smog and it passed! I called on my lunch break and asked how long. They said 20 minutes. I got right in and they also let you pay your registration right there. SUPER convenient and Diego was very friendly. I'm huge on convenience and this scored big for me. In a perfect world I think ahead and make appointments buuuuut...Lol. $61 out the door with the certificate is the right price as well. Getting smog check is a hassle, no two ways about it. But this place makes it as painless as possible. I first took my Mazda Protege there, then a couple of weeks later my Toyota Tercel. In both instances, the whole process took less than half an hour. The tech was friendly and fast, the price totally reasonable. I'll be bringing my Toyota Highlander here when the time comes. Great customer service! I walked in for my first time and had a great experience from start to finish. I came in on a Monday around 11 and there was no wait time and only took about 15 min! It was 61$ for a smog check which is around the average price for a smog check. They also offer a service where you can pay your registration here and get your sticker and card right away! Quick and Easy process - Diego (tech) got me right in and smogged, no problem. I was treated very respectfully and professionally. My car required a STAR smog station and they were convenient and reasonably priced. My 2005 Ford Taurus has about 157k miles and I guess California wants to get it off the road. Really can't go wrong with this place. There are no "estimated prices." Prices are listed and there are no surprise fees when the bill comes in. Customer service is professional and friendly. Called to see if we could come in same day and wasn't a problem. $61 for my smog check plus $5 off for a good review. I like discounts, but I wouldn't give a good review unless I truly believed in it. read more

A little hard to find but worth it! I stopped in without an appointment due to an issue with the DMV. They called the guy who performs smog checks, since he happened to be off the property for other work and he arrived in minutes. Once there, he quickly took care of my smog check and I was out the door in no time. Super friendly and fast...what more can you ask for? read more

I had an appointment at another Smog station who's machine was broken and had only one hour before catching a flight. Ozone took me in and very quickly and efficiently tested my car. They even had the DMV renewal stickers so I was done with the license renewal! I will use them next time and recommend them very strongly. read more

I had a smog appointment for 8 am and the doors were opened a few minutes before so that I was seen right on time! Diego did my work and I can see why he comes so highly recommended. This place rocks. Called, made appointment, drove up, they took the car, was in and out in 30 minutes. You can even pay extra to get the registration and tags there! This is what I call exceptional service. Small, privately owned and operated and definitely deserves your business. read more

I called when they opened this morning and the gentleman (Diego) was very polite and told me I didn't need an appointment. I arrived a few hours later and he is performing the Smog inspection as I write this. He again was very polite and told and ready to take care of me right away. read more

I called them and immediately thought the spoke in a very professional manner. I called a few other places but wasn't impressed. I brought my car there because of their profession manner. They were professional, fast, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend bringing your car here. read more

I don't trash business on the internet nor do I often give a review. I'm back at Ozone again with another car and one more for later this afternoon. Diego is the best. Quick efficient and now I can leave with the tags. I won't take the 60cars I have to take care of anywhere else. read more
