Asked about coming in during my lunch break and about matching a coupon, Diego said no problem. Unfortunately due to time constraints I was unable to wait, but even after I left Diego called me to ask about my visit to the shop and to see about coming back the following day. I've never experienced such great follow up! And this is even with out actually getting service done. I will return to get my smog completed, and will highly recommend anyone looking for their smog to get it done at Ozone. read more

Moved here from Orange County 3 weeks ago and needed to get my 1996 Camry with 370,000 miles on it smoged. I found Ozone on yelp, called and spoke with Diego that I would be coming in tomorrow 30 mins prior to them closing. He was very helpful and accommodating with my busy schedule getting off work so late. I got to speak to Diego while I was watching him run the smog test on my vehicle. Hands down the best smog shop in the desert! I was recommended to ozone smog from a friend and now I see why they sent me to see Diego at Ozone Smog! I called before I came to the shop and he told me all the steps needed to register the vehicle in California. I would need to go to the DMV and register the vehicle in California and get the vehicle weighed since it's a truck from out of state. Diego even stayed late to do the smog and it passed! I called on my lunch break and asked how long. They said 20 minutes. I got right in and they also let you pay your registration right there. SUPER convenient and Diego was very friendly. I'm huge on convenience and this scored big for me. In a perfect world I think ahead and make appointments buuuuut...Lol. $61 out the door with the certificate is the right price as well. Getting smog check is a hassle, no two ways about it. But this place makes it as painless as possible. I first took my Mazda Protege there, then a couple of weeks later my Toyota Tercel. In both instances, the whole process took less than half an hour. The tech was friendly and fast, the price totally reasonable. I'll be bringing my Toyota Highlander here when the time comes. Great customer service! I walked in for my first time and had a great experience from start to finish. I came in on a Monday around 11 and there was no wait time and only took about 15 min! It was 61$ for a smog check which is around the average price for a smog check. They also offer a service where you can pay your registration here and get your sticker and card right away! Quick and Easy process - Diego (tech) got me right in and smogged, no problem. I was treated very respectfully and professionally. My car required a STAR smog station and they were convenient and reasonably priced. My 2005 Ford Taurus has about 157k miles and I guess California wants to get it off the road. Really can't go wrong with this place. There are no "estimated prices." Prices are listed and there are no surprise fees when the bill comes in. Customer service is professional and friendly. Called to see if we could come in same day and wasn't a problem. $61 for my smog check plus $5 off for a good review. A little hard to find but worth it! I stopped in without an appointment due to an issue with the DMV. They called the guy who performs smog checks, since he happened to be off the property for other work and he arrived in minutes. Once there, he quickly took care of my smog check and I was out the door in no time. Super friendly and fast...what more can you ask for? read more

I had an appointment at another Smog station who's machine was broken and had only one hour before catching a flight. Ozone took me in and very quickly and efficiently tested my car. They even had the DMV renewal stickers so I was done with the license renewal! I will use them next time and recommend them very strongly. read more
