I also found them using my kitchen sink to watch their rags, which really peeved me because they did not ask for my permission first. They left my place a mess, left several supplies in my garage without letting me know in advance that someone would not pick it up till the following day. They left for the day without letting me know they were finished, which was an inconvenience as i wasn't sure if i should stick around or wait for them to come back. I only found out later through email that the job was done. Will not be hiring again

Unfortunately, things began to fall apart shortly before finalizing my cabinet order. My final renderings were never properly completed. One entire room was missing from the plans, and major updates that were requested - including switching from frameless to framed cabinets (which affects cabinet sizing) - were never reflected in the drawings. It became very difficult to get in touch with anyone to finalize the order or receive updated plans. Eventually I went into the store in person, where Liad offered to "fix and finalize" everything on the spot. He manually drew out the new layout and entered the order on his phone, assuring us he was taking care of everything. However, no formal layout, purchase order, item list, cabinet sizes, or updated renderings were ever provided. I was told we could rely on the existing renderings and that getting formal updates from the designers would take too long. After paying, we heard nothing until my contractor informed me that cabinet boxes were being delivered. The delivery arrived without any paperwork, purchase order, or layout for my contractor and cabinet installer to reference. Once installation began, we discovered multiple issues: missing items, incorrect cabinet sizes, missing panels, and accessories that were the wrong size. Trying to resolve these problems was extremely frustrating. It was again difficult to reach Liad until we went back into the store. He repeatedly asked us to provide a list of what needed to be fixed, but that was difficult because we were never given a purchase order or layout showing what was actually ordered. What stood out most was the change in demeanor. Conversations that were initially helpful became defensive and dismissive. At one point he even questioned whether our installers "knew what they were doing," and suggested modifying cabinets to make incorrectly sized accessories fit instead of addressing the ordering mistakes. At this point I have had to purchase replacement panels, shelves, and accessories out of pocket from another cabinet store just to keep the project moving. Both my contractor and cabinet installer -- as well as staff at the other cabinet supplier -- were shocked by the experience and confirmed that this is not how a cabinet ordering process should work. My advice if you choose to work with this company is to triple-check everything and get all documentation in writing before paying. Make sure you receive final drawings, a purchase order, item numbers, and cabinet dimensions. It's unfortunate to have such a stressful experience during what should be an exciting part of a home remodel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. There are many other cabinet suppliers that provide clearer communication and proper documentation.

After removing the old fence, he left all of the debris--large pieces of the old fence and scraps--piled in my side yard instead of hauling them away or cleaning up the area. He returned a few days later to install a gate. When he finished, I went into the backyard and found that several of my bushes had been pulled out by the roots and left lying on the ground. He also left the section of fence he removed to install the gate simply lying in the yard. There was also an issue with the gate pricing. I was originally quoted $300 for the gate. When he arrived to install it, he showed me a Home Depot receipt for $279 just for the materials. When I asked about the difference, he didn't offer much explanation and simply said he would charge $100 for labor so we would be "close" to the original quote. What was most frustrating is that it would have been very easy for him to clean up after himself and communicate. A quick call from Home Depot to let me know the materials were going to cost more would have been appreciated. Overall, I felt like the job was done with minimal effort and attention to detail. I expect contractors to take pride in their work and leave the property in good condition, and unfortunately that didn't happen here.

I know so many people who end up just hating their contractors... clearly they didn't use Pat and…read morehis team, as he's been the most amazing partner in our Kitchen remodel. Not only is the quality of work that he and his crew--led by the amazing Jose--quite astonishing, but he is a caring guy who has gone so far above and beyond our expectations, that five stars is really insufficient. Mid-way in the process, my wife noticed two issues. The first was that if you came up from downstairs you could see the raw plywood, unfinished underside of the island's overhang. But worse, our cabinet guy neglected to tell Pat and his guys that our fridge was supposed to be framed with the cabinet above it extended out to be flush with the front. When we pointed this out to Pat, not only did we get no push-back from him, but he had them re-order the fridge side panels at no cost to us, then re-used the existing panels redo the island's top so that the underside of the overhang had the same finish as the rest of the cabinets, and then surprised us by using the rest of the material to build a cross-beam for our island lights, one that looks so sharp and clean that you'd think it had been designed that way. Frankly, I don't know if I do anything as well as they do their work, and if we ever have any kind of construction work in the future, Pat darn well better be available as I can't imagine using anyone else.

The wood post that was damaged at the bottom had been routed along the edges, which he was able to duplicate without hesitation. He actually came in at less than his quote because the supplies were less than he anticipated and he doesn't mark up supplies, who does this?!! Ordinarily you pay an extra percentage on supplies. CJ is not only honest (rare these days and I speak from experience on this), and personable, but he has integrity about his work as well, he makes sure it is done to your satisfaction. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

He was a very hard worker and had good vibes. Even when the job took almost twice as long as he suspected, he didn't complain or try to charge me more. He just apologized that he was taking so long. Which in my opinion is a vital aspect of providing a service. I would definitely hire him again. The property I stay on currently has upcoming projects in the future so I asked him if he could do this, and that. His response was funny as he said," it would be easier to tell you what I can't do" or something along those lines.
