This company is a joke. Our project manager David has not been on site until today, 4 months into this project. He does not communicate a schedule or timeline for repairs despite repeated asks. He does not return phone calls. What little he tries to schedule for you will be half baked at best. Thank goodness the subcontractors have been amazing or David would have had them cut our brand new cabinets in half to work around our sink and plumbing because he never scheduled a counter removal or plumber despite us paying for it. The plumber we have now paid for twice once in our initial bid as a detach and reattach the sink drain and another time when we thought we did a change order ($900 for change order so we are at almost $1,100 for plumbing at this point) to have the same drain moved against the wall rather than through the middle of our cabinets but he is now insisting is still just the detached and reattached. Guess who still hasn't been to our unit, a single plumber! Our sink was uninstalled by the counter guy and the painter thankfully cut the drain line for us so the cabinets could be installed with minimal cuts/ damage. They sent a painter over with no notice, no text, no call, just a knock on the door so we had to scramble to decide on a color and remove things from the walls making us late for work, when a pack out company is coming on Monday and all of it would have been moved out and we wouldn't be living in the space (and we were told the painter was coming). We have asked to speak to a supervisor who is no better at communication and does not seem to believe anything we are saying or understand how frustrating our situation has been for the last 5 months. This company will not take care of you, they will not give two craps about you once you sign a contract and will do absolutely nothing to "make it right" no matter what they say. I don't know what else to say to convince you to save yourself the absolute trash experience this has been but for you mental sanity I hope you choose someone else. I went to the design center and met with a guy who showed me on the huge monitor exactly what everything would look like and helped guide us through the selections. We're thrilled with our recent home renovation done by Integrity (live-in, three months). Micha, our project manager, was professional, friendly and accommodating, and ensured everything ran smoothly, while Marcelo, the lead technician, skillfully handled a broad range of tasks including drywall, installations, painting and more. Our neighbors bathroom leaked above us resulting in more than half of the walls, ceiling, and floors needing to be demoed and redone. Took it as an opportunity to upgrade the bathroom too. We met with around 7 different contractors and Integrity Restoration without a doubt gave us the most balanced pricing as well as were best at communicating and talking through everything with us and working with our insurance. Cindie did the initial consult and was wonderful to coordinate everything through. Ritchie was our project manager and was super communicative and responsive throughout. The contractors they brought in--Joe and his team at DR Construction and Dan (electrician) from San Diego Wire Nut--were of the highest quality and did an exceptional job on our bathroom. Literally could not be more pleased with their professionalism, care, and expertise. The before and after photos speak for themselves but here are some highlights: 1) The demo left some original wall and ceiling which caused a noticeable difference when the new drywall was put up. Joe and his team worked on it and smoothed it out until it was completely fixed. 2) We had our shower installed first by a separate company since it was at the back of the room. Joe's team sealed it up and protected it through their entire share of the project ensuring not even a scratch affected it. 3) Dan was precise, methodical, and hell bent on ensuring all our electricals--including the new medicine cabinet mirror which need to be hardwired into the wall--were perfectly centered and equidistance from each other. He also gave us fantastic advise on the amount and type of lighting we'd need as well as moving the fan to light the room better. 4) We had previous flooring leftover from the original owner but unfortunately it wasn't until they started trying to install it that it became apparent we were literally just 3 pieces short. Couldn't find it anywhere meaning we needed to redo the flooring too. This also set the project back but Joe coordinated this with all his other projects to make this work. He also kindly answered our call on the weekend to help advise us on the new flooring. It didn't matter what happened. The ceiling, the flooring, a scuff, a cracked bit of caulk--every since thing was noticed, repaired, and finished with utmost care. JAN '23 started with a pipe bursting on the second floor of our foyer entrance. It took out a bunch of drywall at the house entry and an adjacent laundry room. It was a big mess. Integrity was a referral by our ServPro crew chief, one for which I'm grateful. Integrity has a small company feel, and I mean that in a very good way. There are a few key contributors in their front office, all of whom do what they say. We've had the same great experience with our various work crews (drywall/paint, cabinetry/tile, etc.). In particular, Patrick warrants a call out. He does top quality work and has great customer service skills. I recently had a remodel/update done of my master bathroom and kitchen. The proposal my estimator, Kevin, prepared was detailed and allowed me to make decisions on scope to keep the project within my budget. I'd come to develop trust in his commitment to ensure that each part of the project was done right. In addition to technical knowledge, Troy also has an experienced sense of design aesthetics and worked closely with my designer to bring her design to life. We went with integrity because: 1) their yelp reviews....too good to believe for a contractor, but yes, the hype is real! 2) team approach - most other contractors are a 1 man show for a job that requires a team - ESPECIALLY when it comes to a major loss restoration project. 3) 5 year warranty on finished work. The team at integrity, Jim (our PM), Lan, Micah, etc etc etc and Chris all helped us get our total loss fire damaged home back and even better than where it was before. Not 1 day out of a 20 month job was the jobsite empty - let that sink in. You would not believe the mess that an overflowing toilet can make. After the flood mitigation people had been in and dried the place out it looked like a disaster zone. In already such a stressful climate with Covid, having multiple people in our home for the next few weeks was not something we were looking forward to...HOWEVER, Austin who came to our home had an etiquette that I've never seen before. Of course he wore a mask the ENITRE time that he worked on our home and he also wore the blue shoe covers every single time he entered, BUT is this possible??... my bathrooms were CLEANER when he left then I think they've ever been pre-leak and I'm a pretty good cleaner! I have never experienced such good customer service/care before. Austin was extremely professional, answered ALL of our questions in a manner that we could fully understand and worked closely with us from start to finish. We are SO happy with the work that was done and the care that was put into it. There quality of work, promptness, ability to keep the bid, consistent effort, and timeline for completion were beyond dynamite---it was truly stellar. My experience with their head contractor Austin, along with his team including Aaron and Stephen, were epic. This team was personable, thoughtful, reflective, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to support us in what could have been a very stressful and challenging mold situation. Not only did Austin make a fairly daunting experience fun, upbeat, and special, I would be hard-pressed to find better prices on mold remediation anywhere in San Diego! My wife and I are just overwhelmed (in the best way) by Austin's support and the direct and stellar bid/quote provided by James. Chris (the owner) has stellar team members were truly engaged in the experience and who were genuinely interested in getting us the best price in a positive energy, low pressure, (and believe it or not, fun) environment. Austin and his team reassured us every day about mold being just part of a home process and work thoroughly and diligently to "chase" the mold wherever it presented itself. On xmas eve we had a hose to the toilet break and cause flood damage to the 3rd floor and 2nd floor in our Condo. Initially we used another company to do the water mitigation damage, than at the recommendation of my insurance we hired Integrity Restoration to handle all of the restoration work. The estimator from Integrity (Glenn) was able to make it out within a day to handle the estimate, thankfully he made sure to cover more than just the basics vs the Insurance adjuster whom left off numerous items, to ensure our home would restored to better than previous condition as trying to match paint colors, tile, etc. was near impossible. After waiting several weeks for the insurance to finally approve, I was assigned Patrick as our Project Manager, he schedule an appointment to come onsite within a few days, was on time and prompt. Since our home was already tore apart i opted to use this opportunity to also do some upgrades which included the master bath, and 2nd floor bathroom, as well as adding some recessed lights. Patrick understood the changes to be made and restoration began. Overall it took about 4 weeks, even with the change orders. I am very particular and was pressed for time as we were living in a Airbnb for over 2 months, but Patrick was patient and understanding of our situation. Anything he committed to getting done got done, and all his work was quality work. The last week was one hell of a push to get bathrooms finished, trim and final paint touch up done, carpets cleaned, and home cleaned so we could move back in on time, but Patrick did a good job scheduling everyone to finish the work, and we were able to move back into our that felt like new again. Having water leak/damage sucks, but having a company to work with to restore your home that is respectful, honest and fair made the process go much smoother. A leak from a tub in an upstairs condo unit caused so much damage that the entire bathroom had to be gutted and reconstructed. As I did not plan for this to happen, it was a nightmare for me. However, the folks at Integrity Restoration helped to make the reconstruction process smooth and quick. Dustin is awesome. He always got right back to me via email or phone. He is someone you can count on to help explain the insurance process and will walk you through choosing materials and will give helpful advice about how to design things. His team were EXCELLENT! We had a house fire last February. Our insurance company, USAA, came out quickly with Cindie Jones, a estimator rep from Integrity Restoration. She was amazing in that we walked through our home and she explained what they were going to do to get us back in our home as quickly as possible. She was very knowledgeable in all facets of the trades. They even provided a 5 year warranty on all the work even though California only requires a 3 year warranty. The original estimate was 10 to 12 months. Through the efforts of Creg Rader, Project Manager, we moved back in 7 1/2 months. A few minor glitches but Creg was able to resolve them quickly. The subs used were very professional. They listened to our concerns and did a great job. Our home was restored beautifully. Integrity provided a website for our project that included a schedule of repairs and any notes that helped keep us in the loop.
