The food and ambience were okay, but the orders were messed up. Our waitress wasn't able to really assist us and not to mention she was arguing with us about drinks that were served incorrectly. My friend and I decided to meet here for a working lunch. I looked up their lunch menu online and was pleased with the prices and choices. We came to the perimeter mall location. Parking was easy, plenty of parking. It was quiet for lunch. We sat at the bar. For it to be mostly empty it was a bit of a wait, but we were patient. The lychee martini was pre made but it was a good for $8. The miso salmon lunch combo came with a salad or eggroll and entree. The rice was a bit dry so we asked for sauces like sriracha. I am only giving 1 star only because they were open . recently visited P.F. Chang's - Perimeter Mall, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When we walked in, no one was at the host stand, so we decided to seat ourselves at the bar. The bartender, Yolanda, appeared frazzled from the start and mentioned she had been there all day and was working extra hours for an upcoming cruise. While I can appreciate someone working hard, that shouldn't affect the guest experience. She asked for our drink orders. My friend received her drink promptly, but mine didn't arrive until about 10 minutes later. We were never offered water, and no silverware was provided. As our meals arrived, my friend was missing part of her order -- including noodles -- and still hadn't received it halfway through her meal. I had to flag down another server just to get water. I also had to request soy sauce, and when it finally came about 10 minutes later, the bartender took it from me and handed it to another guest. As we continued to ask for basic necessities, Yolanda's frustration became noticeable. Items were being slammed down on the bar in front of us, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The restaurant was not busy, so there was no clear reason for the lack of attention, efficiency, or basic hospitality. The overall service was poor, and it genuinely felt like no one cared about the guest experience. This location appears to need stronger training and a more systematic approach to customer service. A brand is supposed to represent consistency and reliability, but this visit did not reflect the standards I would expect. Please provide your staff with training and support ! I would not return to this location and, unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to visit other locations in the future. read more

Now there was a new thing the mall is doing with the parking lot. Where the restaurant is, is a section where you have to pay for parking. So, that is a bummer. And I am sure it funnels traffic over to Maggianos, where they are closer to regular mall parking. read more

This restaurant was the same as as it came last time for training slow maybe three tables at most and the service is even slower. The drinks came one at a time. The bartender was not even there. We have to wait 10 minutes for them to make our drinks on top of everything. The food came out one by one. There was six of us and we got our foods at different times some people waited even 15 minutes after other people got their food the manager they come and apologize, but of course nothing was clamped and the food was OK. Some of it was cold. Some of it was not hot. I don't understand what every time I go to this restaurant in Atlanta for Training they can't get it right what is going on in this P.F. Chang's? My girlfriend, our daughters, and I went out expecting to enjoy happy hour, only to find that it was no longer being offered. Fortunately, they still had a few cocktails available at a reduced price. The food was delicious, and our server was excellent--attentive, friendly, and pleasant throughout our visit. The manager, Bri, took the time to ask for our feedback and graciously compensated one of our items. Both Bri and our server went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. I haven't had P.F. Chang's in a while, so while in Atlanta, my friend and I decided to stop by. It's far different from your traditional Chinese take out. It's very "Americanized", so you're not going to find the transitional dishes like the duck or soup dumplings. We ended up ordering the Spicy Chang chicken & Mongolian beef. They were individual portions with the right amount. We actually enjoyed it. The sauce wasn't over powering and the fried rice layer underneath the meat wasn't oily or too dry. The service was fantastic. Our waitress helped me get seated in more of a secluded area for comfort purposes as I got out of surgery few hours prior to. We also went here before the dinner rush, so it was pretty quiet. Only complaint is it was too dark. Had a hard time seeing the menu, let alone I felt like I was eating in the dark. read more

Starting off, the service is slow and there is not enough staff working the restaurant. It took long to get seated with the restaurant being near empt and when we did finally get seated no one came to check in on us to ask if we have been served yet. A bar waiter (not the table waiter by the way) eventually came to take our drinks and food but commented on one of their appetizers (Pork Belly Boa Bun) being disgusting and we shouldn't order it. Upon being served our drinks we found that they were all the same and only one was correct. The food was too greasy and the plates were unclean. I can honestly see why this location has such a low review rating. Over the course of an hour and a half, My table was completely ignored. One person in our party was served, and the rest of us were just waiting for our meal; The server that brought out another tables food to our table and then we were waiting for another 15 minutes before the manager arrived. This is the worst location I've been to. The service was so terrible that I had to write this review right after! When we got in, there wasn't a wait because the restaurant was empty. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. By the time our server came around, he asked if we wanted an appetizer, to which we told him no, just some sodas and we were ready to order. He said he wanted to put our drinks in first so I was like fine but I was hoping that he wouldn't take too long to come back. He comes back after dropping off the drinks and this is where it starts going downhill rapidly. We put in an order for green beans, a kids teriyaki chicken with rice, spicy orange chicken, chicken fried rice and honey chicken. We waited 45 mins for NO food. He came about half an hour in and asked if we wanted a refill. He also told us that he was just waiting on the green beans and the kids entree. How could sautéed green beans and a small size entrée take longer than the rest? About an hour in, we got the kids entrée, and the green beans which was interesting because we were told that was holding the whole order up. We sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for our adult sized entrées which never came. Our server walked around to other tables and I saw other people who sat after us get their food before us. At this point I'm upset, so I get his attention and I tell him that I want to speak to the manager. He tells me the food should be on the way and I tell him at this point I don't want to do anything to speak to the manager. The manager comes out and she is really the cherry on top of my frustration because I told her what was wrong, I explained in full detail and she said that she could check on the status of the order and at this point I'm like ma'am we are an hour in with no food just one kid entrée (which was wrong and I didn't even realize until after we left.) He got orange chicken which he said was absolutely disgusting and tried to tell her that. I told her that the only reason he was eating it was because he was so hungry and the only reason we were eating the green beans was because we were extremely hungry at this point. They were greasy and not the normal taste. The lights were starting to dim- that's how long we waited for our food. At no point was an apology issued. She offered to remake our food and I was like no at this point I'm ready to go. There was no sense of how can I make this better for you, apologetic, remorseful, just the offer to remake it. I told her we would not be spending any money in this restaurant and she was like that's fine and so we got up and left. If you want microwaved food where the employees don't want anything to do with you, I got just the spot.... When we got in it took them a while to acknowledge we were even there and wanted a table. They saw us. They just didn't want us. They finally sat us down and the employees were nice. When we saw them. Which wasn't often. Eating at this restaurant made me feel like I was in a survival simulator. I had to survive off of one glass of water because I knew it would be the last that would ever touch my lips. Our food came out in five minute increments. We did not get our food at remotely the same time. Probably had to do with how long it took them to microwave each of our meals. This is very unfortunate that this location is short staffed on a Friday too. It took 42 minutes to get the steam dumplings and the dish came out cold. I ordered the shrimp steamed dumpling and took a bite and it was pork. Took 20 minutes to get a refill on the strawberry lemonade. I was seated at the bar due to the restaurant being not clean at certain tables. I observed that people where returning food left and right. I kindly stated I will leave. The nice bartender shared she only has been working 3 weeks, the other bartender is late, no one to help with table and this is the newer restaurant of them all in Atlanta. We met our daughter and her boyfriend for lunch. It wasn't busy but the service was slow. When we ordered, we had to keep repeating our orders. It took a while to get our drinks. We ordered spring rolls and egg rolls which were fine but the dipping sauces were awful. Our entrees arrived and everyone else's orders were fine, but my chicken with broccoli literally had a boatload of raw broccoli. It wasn't steamed or cooked at all. I asked for a new entree and I guess it wasn't microwaved because it took a half hour and my lunch companions were finished and I hadn't eaten. I had to ask for my lunch to be put in a to go box. We came to this newly opened PF Chang's, which is at Perimeter Mall. Parking can be iffy at the mall, but there is a mall parking garage (behind Macy's) that I've never ever seen completely full. However, if you'd rather parking close to the restaurant, I suggest parking in the lot on the side of The Cheesecake Factory. PF Chang's is right next to TCF. Because this is a new restaurant, there are lots of trainers, trainees, managers, etc., in the restaurant. We just walked up to the outer entrance door, and an employee opened up the inner door, held it open for us, and welcomed us in. R had made a reservation, and we were on time, so we just waited about a minute at the host station while they figured out which table to assign to us. We walked through the main dining room, which was about 1/4th full, and were seated at a table in the rear area. From my view, I could see lots of people in the kitchen. There were also lots of manager types standing around in that area, watching the restaurant operations. Too bad, many of of them didn't really take notice that they were sometimes standing in the way of customers walking through that area on their way to and from the restrooms. Periodically, they would individually walk through the restaurant, checking on customers. Personally, I thought this was overkill, and I was a little annoyed by all of the attention. Not only did our server, who was very good, check on us a few times, but most of the employees who were dressed nicely checked on us at least once during our meal. There were at least six of them that came to our table, a couple came to our table once, three of them came by at least two times, and one of them checked on us three times. This is in addition to our server checking in on us. Just too many interruptions. Yes, I get that all of you want to provide a great experience for all of the customers, but too much attention wasn't doing it for us. I'm sure this will decrease as time goes on. We were given slick looking drink menu which had a QR code at the bottom of the menu. Using their smart phones, customers can scan the code and click and scroll through the food menu. When it's time to pay, customers can use their mobile phone for payment, or they can pay by giving their card to their server to process. The food was excellent, and we didn't have to wait long for the food! We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps - so deliciously flavorful and crunchy! We got what looked like chicken crumbles and water chestnuts that looked like they were stir fried then placed on top of some crunchy white noodles, with a small stack of crisp and fresh iceberg leaves and a small bowl of sauce on the side. It was fun putting the ingredients together like a taco, spooning a little sauce on top and eating them. We also got the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli. The ginger and garlic flavored chicken was so nice with the steamed broccoli. The only thing I could complain about this dish was that some of the broccoli florets were left too big and should've been cut into smaller bite sized chunks. One other dish that we had was the Singapore Street Noodles, which was thin rice noodles, light curry sauce, chicken, shrimp, onion and julienned vegetables. This dish had a good flavor that was enhanced with a few squeezes of the lime wedge we got and then mixed/tossed. I honestly could not taste any curry sauce. The post-meal fortune cookies were a great way to end our dining experience. This PF Chang's lighting, like other restaurants in the chain, was not that bright. I wish that the lights were turned up a little more. The tables, set with eye catching metallic looking placemats, were cleaned quickly after customers left. The floors were very clean. I loved the wall decor which matched the PF Chang's theme. The music was turned up a little loud so that people had to raise their voices just to be heard by others. The well lit bar was a popular place to be as most of the seats in front of the bar were taken. A separate and much smaller dining area was at the very front of the restaurant. This is the first PF Chang's that I noticed didn't have a statue of a huge horse prominently placed in front of the building. I'm definitely coming back to this PF Chang's when the operations normalize. I love many of the dishes served up here. read more

He was attentive to our needs and made helpful food suggestions. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. We will definitely go back and ask for Mike.
