Really disappointed in the food and service. Restaurant was not busy and food took a very long time. Lettuce wraps were good but we only got 2 lettuce cups and then the core of the lettuce which really couldn't be used. The Mongolian beef was terrible, very fatty and some pieces were bloody. Honey chicken was good. The ladies room was disgusting....2 of the stalls did not have toilet paper and the other stall the toilet was filthy, there was trash overflowing all over the bathroom and even in the hall to the bathroom. We sat near the front and the host kept walking by complaining. He would start complaining from halfway down to the front desk (right near our table) that tables were dirty but marked clean and that customers were aggravating him. read more

Food never blows me away. Its just ok or i deal with cause i hate sending food back. Alcoholic drinks are good but if your not into their herby eccentric cocktails, which are a bit small for 10$ a piece, stick to what you know. I got the red sangria which was good. Crab wontons were ok. Sauce was ur norm sweet/sour sauce, filling was a bit boring. I ordered the shrimp lo mein which i took a few bites of and decided i couldn't do it. Green onion, sweet onion, celery, and bean sprouts was way overwhelming. More then the lo mein noodles its self. I couldn't enjoy it at all. For the first time in forever, i sent it back. Meh. The Asian chicken appetizer wraps are amazing. From there it kind of goes downhill. Was sat right by the door and spent my dinner with my winter jacket on and shivering. After I had my tea for more than 10 minutes my husband politely asked when his drink was coming and was given an attitude. This set the tone as the server was less than nice for the rest of the meal. Don't think I'll be in a hurry to come back. Chinese take out is just as good and at least I can stay home and warm. read more

First, let me start by saying we love PF Chang's. We go to our local restaurants (Austin area) on a regular basis for happy hour, sit at the bar (almost always the same bartenders) and we have consistently good food and great service. This location near Baltimore really sucks, food and service. First, it took three tries to get a glass of water. You can probably imagine how refills went. I ordered a pot of tea which was over steeped and bitter as all get out. The edamame appetizer we ordered was not prepared right (like I said, we go here all the time I know what it's supposed to taste like) and they only sprinkled seasoning on about a third of it. Oh, unless you count the free hair they threw in. Service was incredibly slow and the waitress kept forgetting things. We had to ask twice for to-go containers. Also, I did notice that for all the other tables she put their to-go food in the containers for them. For us she just tossed the containers on the table and left again. Literally everytime we come here theres an issue. Why did it take 45 mins to get food to my table and then the foods cold. Then when the waitress tried to fix it the kitchen wouldnt let her. I definitely wont be eating at this location tonight let alone any other night. Let me begin this review by saying I used to be a HUGE PF CHANGS fan! It was my favorite place to meet friends, happy hour, date nights etc. slowly the locations closest to us closed. In turn, I fell in love with their sister restaurant-PEI WEI (which I was informed is no longer affiliated with). We visited the PF CHANGS location in White Marsh, MD at 5:45pm on Sat June 29. Our party of 4 included myself, my husband, our 6 year old son and almost 3 year old daughter. Upon arrival there were only 2 other tables in our section. The egg drop soup came out luke warm. They were out of chicken egg rolls and the pork egg rolls were so over fried they crumbled. The wait between apps and entrees was unusually long, our glasses were empty and the table was never bussed. The kids meals were both underwhelming---lo Mein was crunchy and burned. The Changs Spicy Chicken was more honey coated than spicy (it used to have a nice kick to it). The Kung Pao Shrimp were probably 25-30ct sizer shrimp and super over cooked---but the celery and peanuts in the sauce were delicious. We asked for our check around 6:50pm, got it at 6:54pm and our server never came back to get it. At 7:10pm I sent my husband to the car with the kids. At 7:20pm I took my check to the hostess to cash out. The only saving grace of the entire visit was the spicy green beans. read more

We had a really great experience last time we visited this location, however we learned tonight that the difference in that experience was that we dined in. Tonight we attempted to place an order for take out by calling the restaurant-a 410 Baltimore number to be specific. The menu gave us the option to press 1 for take out, I waited about three minutes and I was connected to server named Britt, and she took our order repeated it back to me and told me that it would be ready at 6:15pm. We left our house with enough time to arrive about 10 minutes after the estimated time for the food to be ready. When we arrived at the restaurant we told the employee at the take our counter my name and he said he couldn't find any record of the order. I told him the time we placed the order, the food we ordered, and time it was expected to be ready. None of these details helped. He told me that this happens frequently and that it was likely that I spoke to someone in Arizona, where P.F. Chang's is head-quartered. This makes very little sense to me because I called a Baltimore phone number and carefully followed the menu instructions. The person I spoke to made no mention of the location. Anyway, the server said he would put a rush on our order. We needed up waiting for well over 40 minutes. The original estimation was 20 minutes. I'm very much frustrated with this and I will never place an order for take out at this location again. Update: After contacting the manager at this location. She comped our meal fully. Food runner was walking around asking table if the food he had was theirs. Appetizer came out fast and hot. Had to beg the hostess for plates in order to enjoy. Took 25 minutes after finishing our appetizer before the server came back to take our main order. Why would a hostess sit 6 tables for a single waiter? Poor guy couldn't keep up, but then again why did they all have so many tables sat with so few servers available. We did takeout after a long day of travel. Ugh--it was really bad. I usually like P.F. Chiangs at their various locations, but this was not good. The Sesame Chicken was bland, with little sauce so that it was dry. The (white) rice was dry and tasteless. The pork dumplings were good, although the sauce was not very flavorful. Arrived at the restaurant at 4pm on a Sunday (11/8/2015) to a restaurant that had roughly 4 tables full of people in the main dining room section. We were quickly seated which was nice, but that is where the pleasantness stopped. We waited for about 10 minutes to be greeted by our server, before watching another couple get seated and waited on immediately all while watching servers coming in and out of the kitchen staring at us; it's as if they were trying to decide who was going to help us. After another 10 minutes went by and we still have yet to be greeted by our server, it was at this time that my girlfriend said that she will wait for 5 more minutes before we leave if we are not waited on. P.F. Chang's how could you???? The quality has taken a nose dive with bowling balls in each nostril! I was such a fan of the Mongolia Beef but no more. I have even purchased the frozen Mongolian Beef from the freezer section at the local market. So you can only imagine how disappointed I was when I ordered it at the restaurant it seemed to be the very same frozen Mongolia Beef! Shame on you P.F. Chang's! I could make better food at home honestly. My wife ordered some curry rice noodles and it was also low quality. Not only could WE have made it better at home, but the local Chinese place could have done a much better job. I was also disappointed that the entrees no longer come with soup and I was not allowed to sub out the rice. On a positive note the server was great. Chains generally suck. I try to avoid them. But one day I met a friend from out of town here since they were staying at the hotel right down the street. I had a pleasant experience so decided to come back. I then had another pleasant and decided to come back. So why does this chain keep getting my business? Let's count the ways: 1) dim sum lunch - for $8 you can get a salad (wasabi/citrus dressing!!) and 6 steamed dumplings. What a deal! And it's yummy. 2) The wasabi/citrus dressing is to die for. 3) As a lover of won ton soup, I love they allow me to customize to the point of total obnoxiousness (no water chestnuts, light spinach, no chicken, extra mushrooms, extra scallion). 4) Tuna tataki is so good, and the fish so fresh tasting, it's a total surprise it's available in a chain like this. 5) $3 for children's chicken friend rice...steal! 6) This bartender is heavy on the alcohol in the Mai Tai. Come to think of it, this may be a negative.... I have yet to have a bad experience at this PF Chang's, and they almost make me rethink my position on chain restaurants. read more

PF Changs, and this location, was a favorite. Unfortunately, after my last visit and visits to the Baltimore Inner Harbor location, the story changed. I received food poisoning from the last trip. I called the next day to inform them, to talk to a manager and ensure nobody felt the same. I received no phone call back and had to email corporate. Really not looking for anything except helping them out to not have the same thing happen again. The PF Changs I knew from years ago is gone - cannot recommend in the slightest. We ordered fried rice with our meal and it was a busy night so I understand when mistakes happen and in this case they did not bring the rice. Now this would not have been an issue but we eat the rice with our meal so now our meal cools while we wait. Even this I could deal with but after the waiter kept telling us the best he could do was cancel the rice order and we could eat the white rice I started to get annoyed. On our drive down to South Carolina, we were in dire need of some sustenance so we pulled off of 95 and found this PF Chang's. The food was good, but the service was a bit lacking at this location. We started off with two orders of the lettuce wraps for our group of six and when they came out, the servers faltered a bit with where to place the dishes. Should have been easy-- two orders, six people, one order at each end for three people to share, but instead they balanced the dishes precariously while scanning the near empty table (except for our drinking glasses) before they finally placed them. While still eating the appetizer, the runner brought out the two plates of honey chicken that we had ordered off the kid's menus for my brothers. Seemed a little odd to bring the dinner before we had finished the appetizers, and on top of that, she spilled a few of the chicken pieces onto the floor and my dad's lap before placing the plate in front of my brother. I'm not sure if she apologized because I wasn't close enough to hear, but I do know that there was no attempt to bring out replacement chicken for the pieces she dropped. Aside from the missteps with service, the food was par for the course with PF Chang's. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken which was tasty, as it was the last time I ordered it. The boys cleared their plates, and everyone else seemed happy with their meals. To me, the rice seemed a little overcooked and mushy, but that could just be my personal preference. This was only my third time in a PF Chang's restaurant and the food was pretty consistent with the last few times I've been, which I guess is why chain restaurants are so popular. I saw a few other things I'd like to try off the menu so I might eventually make my way back (not to this location only because I live in Philadelphia... it'd be a big of a hike to come here). The service issue could be explained by it being the runner's first night, which I sincerely hope was the case. read more

I got the new firecracker chicken (recommended by the server), wife got the Tsaos shrimp, kid 1 got the Poke with avocado, kid 2 got something and kid 3 got the orange chicken. Overall it was good. My husband mother gave him a gift card for his birthday. So we had no chose to us it. I was never a fan of P.F. Chang ever because I just thought it was overpriced for prepackage Chinese food. The food was okay... wasn't the best. The Chinese food in the food in the hood is way better, Although it made me have that itis. It must be all that msg in it. We ordered take out because my husband is a fan of eating out at restaurants. We called the order in and the hostess on the phone who took our order was very pleasant. She took me that the order will be ready for pick up 7:50pm. When we arrived to pick up our food it was really crowded. So I proceed to the take out area in the back of the restaurant to see it was over six people waiting or ordering to the food too. I saw that my food was sitting on the shelf ready for me to pick up. So after waiting for about 20 minutes the hostess waiting on me went over my whole order and I paid for my food and left. read more

I love eating at PF Changs. I am gluten free, my husband isn't and we both love it. We order our meals for pickup and eat it at home most often. I order the gluten free spicy chicken and brown rice. But I have also tried the egg drop soup (gf) and shrimp fried rice (gf) before too and everything has a perfect flavor and savory taste. I have never had an allergic reaction from anything I have eaten from pf changs and the times we have eaten in the restaurant the wait staff have always been friendly and accommodating when I order gluten free. My husband's non gluten free favorite is the pepper steak which he orders with no green peppers. All around it is a popular choice with our family and we will happily eat there forever. read more

I'm vegan which can be an inconvenience at times and I ordered take-out veggie fried rice without eggs and I was in a small rush so when I picked it up I did not check to see if my order was correct. When I got home I saw that my order contained eggs. I was a little frustrated and hangry so I called and was referred to a manager immediately. The manager on duty Patrick was extremely understanding and professional and offered to send me gift cards which I declined and said I just wanted to come back and receive the correct order. I arrived about 10 minutes later and not only did he have my correct order but he also included the vegan lettuce wraps and the kale and quinoa dip because I had told him on the phone I was newly vegan and did not know many options. The manager did make sure to get me a new one immediately and gave me a $10 gift card, but I still had to drive back for it. Been to PF's before...when I went to this one the first thing I notice is all the decor missing out front! WTH! No burning torches, no bowls of real fire, no coy pond. (No valet parking!) Hmmm, disappointing. I ordered the Hot N Sour soup, yuck. It was just like BBQ sauce with weird stuff in it. But I will say that is the first time I've had this soup at PF's so it's just my personal opinion. We like the lettuce wraps, although a couple of the other reviewers stated they didn't really like theirs. The biggest disappointment of the meal was the steamed dumplings. I don't know how much I paid for them, and I paid for them because it was Father's day. But when they came to the table in their cute little bowl and I opened the lid...their were only 3. I asked the waiter if he ate 6 of them while he was bringing them to the table. Don't know why he thought that was funny because WTH is 3 tiny a$$ dumplings going to do for 2 people besides piss us off. Oh that's right, piss us even more when we get the bill for those tiny a$$ dumplings. I should have just left those 3 tiny a$$ dumplings as the waiters tip. The waiter we had wasn't bad at all. But besides that fact this is just average Chinese food. It's way better than Chinee Takee Outee you can get anyway it but will never be as good as Mr. Han's in Gainesville, FL (just ask Robin Williams, John Travolta and list goes on. I love that place!)
