Worst service EVER, if you want to ask for things several times before you get them yourself and then have the bartender Danielle give you an attitude then this is your place. She was forgetful, abrasive, and less than welcoming. It's one thing to be busy and swamped but it's another to only serve attitude when you do find the time to check in on your patrons. It wasn't just us, several customers at the bar were treated with the same crappy discourse. What you will hear is "give me a minute" and then she will forget. Food was great, however the soy sauce was served in a cereal sized bowl because they had one dispenser for the entire bar area. Placed an order for delivery. There was a mix up and an item needed to be added. When the dasher arrived to pick up, she refused because there was a balance of the extra item (although I was willing to do a separate order for that one item). The very nice manager (Brandon) tried to assist, but we seemed to be getting nowhere with the driver. Frustrated, I said to cancel the entire order and asked how to do that. Brandon said he would call me separately. When he called, he told me that he just took off the balance and sent the food rather than fighting with the driver. I was excited to order PF Chang's through UberEats last night after having enjoyed their food once at a Dallas location. I was left, however, feeling ripped off and disappointed. For $62 counting delivery costs, I should have gotten more than old string beans, gloppy chicken, a small serving of sushi and edamame. The sushi had been shoved sideways in a bag next to hot food. The chicken was without flavor beyond the sweet, gloppy sauce. Green beans should, at least, be fresh. Never again. I could have had comparable food at a local shop on Belair Road. read more

PF Chang's is one of the few chain restaurants that my wife and I frequent, and our trip to this location was a pretty standard situation. We found ourselves in White Marsh and wanted a meal that was going to be low-risk/delicious-reward. This PF Chang's solved that for us. Everything was standard PF, but the two things that were off for us were 1) no fiesta breeze (or whatever it's called) iced tea? and 2) our waiter seemed very bored. He did a good job of waiting on us, but his lack of a personality was definitely noticeable. Regardless, our food was good, service was fine, and we didn't have to wait to get a table during lunch hours! It's hard to complain. read more

I am in love.. With The Kung Pao Jicama tacos . They are my favorite item from the happy hour menu. The veggie lettuce wraps are very tasty as well. I am not a big tofu fan but these were delish! Let's see what else (we ate quite a bit).. The crab wontons , salt and pepper calamari and the chicken satay were just ok.. Despite the amount of food we ordered, because most of it was on the lighter side, I didn't feel gross.. On to the drinks. I like the Red Sangria and the Organic Agave Margarita is delish. I've been coming to this location for a few years. I've had meals that range from pretty good to outright disappointing. Let's take this meal, for example. The Buddha's Feast is often my entree pick, but it appears that my luck with this meal ran out tonight. A meal that is usually a generous portion of mixed veggies and shiitakes was mostly broccoli with a few sad strands of asparagus thrown in for good measure. I managed to overlook that, no problem. However, about five bites in, i chomped down on a hard brown mystery chunk that sent a jolt through my skull. At the very moment that I spat it out to examine it, my waitress walked by. I showed her the chunk, which she took in-hand (yuck)to show to kitchen staff. She returned and said that it was a nut shell. So I'm now supposed to believe that mushrooms are "soaked with nuts to add flavor". Yelp fam, please tell me how that story makes a shred of sense... Just when I thought that I was ready to write P.F. Chang's off forever, Ben, the manager, showed up to rectify. A sincere apology goes a long way with me. A comped bill does too. All I can say is WOW! First, our server Jonathan was awesome. Super service and lots of great tips on food choices. My husband got the egg drop soup. And loved it. He got the small size and it was plenty as an appetizer. Then he got the spicey chicken with brown rice and said it was great. He opted not to get the lunch portion, and the big portion was way too much for him to eat so he gets to take some home. I got the Singapore street noodles and they were off the hook. An explosion of flavor. A little spicy but I like it that way. We also splurged and got the Vietnamese lava cake for dessert. It was delicious. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommend!!! read more

Crab wontons: Everybody keeps talking about them so I order them. $7 came with sex. $1 each is overrated for such a small size. Orange peel beef: Great orange taste. Bad beef. It was also too salty. It had a spicy rating but there it was not hot at all. I tasted salty orange. My friend ordered Lamb with Chinese pancakes. First of all: Chinese people don't really eat lamb. Second of all: Chinese pancakes don't exist. They looked and tasted like tortillas. Decor: All PF Chang's look great. It's part of their charm I guess. Service: Service is always excellent at PF Changs. The manager must beat their staff. Their waiters love explaining their sauces. Tell them you are allergic to salt and must use MSG instead. This particular P.F. Chang's is not the best place to go. I came with some friends on 4th of July for my friends birthday and it wasn't busy at all. We were placed at a table with dirty plates and sliver ware. The workers were nice enough to replace it with new plates and sliver ware. Then we order our food and my friend had ordered the miso salmon and it came out raw. We asked to speak with a manager and immediately he insisted that the it says in the menu that food is subject to come out raw. We asked him to show us that in the menu and he couldn't. He ruined my friends birthday dinner and didn't apologize until I told him I was going to go above him. This is a nice place however you run the risk of uncooked food. I went to PFC recently. I ordered the Mongolian beef with broccoli added. I was hoping that it tasted the same as it did at the downtown location. And it did! It was absolutely delicious! The beef was so tender. I kept the green onion that's included in the original recipe, but it was so much, I had to spoon some of it to the side. I wished they had put more broccoli since I paid extra for it. I also ordered the lobster tacos as an app. I tried them at the downtown location, and they were very tasty. They were just okay this time around. Whenever I want to treat myself to some delish Mongolian beef, I'll come back here. Sans the green onion. =) read more

I had a Good experience dining here recently. Located at White Marsh getting there and parking is a breeze. I started with fried dumplings (7.95). They were tasty but nothing extraordinary. Next was the Mahi Mahi ( 19.99) The fish saved this meal from mediocrity. The Mahi was grilled perfectly, flaky and moist full of fresh flavor of lemongrass and garlic sauce. I enjoyed every bite. I sipped a silky glass of blended white wine while savoring this dish. The rice served with it was a bit dry as it seemed to be plated well before the fish was done. For desert I tried something new, the Banana Spring Rolls (5.95) were damn good. Warm crispy bites of pineapple icecream with caramel and vanilla sauce. Yes. I also sampled the Great Wall Of Chocolate from my dining partner, great stuff but a bit rich for me. My dining partner had no complaints as we had the same meal. We waited a long time for our drinks and I thought that may be the worst of it...until the mouse ran right by our table! It continued to run around our table. My children were screaming. The workers all were upset also. The manager took a long time to come address this, and the mouse continued to show itself. He stated "I can't run around, chasing it. It would draw attention". So we were just going to have to deal with it in our area. We obviously wanted to just leave. Our check came and it wasn't forgiven, as you would expect, as we sat with our feet on our chairs. I eat at a lot of PFChangs and ordered the Mongolian beef. Edges were burnt and it was just ok. The drink the waiter got me was awful. Strawberry mixed with lime and too many veggies in the drink. I couldn't drink it. Husband however said his beef and broccoli was perfect. I ordered 3 kids meals To go and my order was terrible rice was over cooked and lo mein was hard and crunchy so I called the restaurant when I got home and this was the second time we got our order To go and spoke with the General Manager Rob and he was super understanding and concerned and offered to refund us or give us a remake and I did pick to get a remake for another day we did not come back the next day due to me working. So I called today to verify if I was still able to get our order remade before driving back to the location and the manager on duty Lisa was very rude and questioned me even though I stated I spoke with Rob, what was said was "didn't I already have your food remade multiple times" "aren't you the person with the berry allergy" I did state to her yes I was but this was a different order on a different day. So Lisa also states on the line with me "how about you come in and place your order directly with me and I open up your food in front of you to make sure it is right". I just felt as a customer I should not have gotten questioned that way especially with me being the customer, even if I order have day with me paying my money my food should be made correctly if it is To go or dine in. I feel I just pay for the food not make it so the way Lisa handled this situation was very rude and I told her that and I will be contacting the General Manger tomorrow with the way the Manger on duty tonight Lisa handled her customer service. Yes the food was better with me getting our food remade but it should not have went that far and I should not have been treated as I am the one that makes the food, I just paid my money like any other Customer. read more

There are far too many restaurants in this White Marsh corridor to waste your time and money here. I went here on a Friday evening with a friend for happy hour. My friend and I arrived and sat at the bar. We were greeted and orders taken promptly, which were three appetizers, one of which included vegetarian lettuce wraps. About 15 minutes after my friend's two apps arrived, I inquired about my lettuce wraps to the bartender. They forgot to put the order in. Annoyance number one. After about another 10 minutes of waiting, I was informed by the bartender that the kitchen was out of lettuce wraps and it would take a little bit of time as they were being made from scratch. In the meantime, we ordered other items. One of the other items we ordered was veggie fried rice. Upon arrival, it looked a bit suspicious to me, so I asked my friend, who is not a vegetarian, to try it first. Turns out that it was pork fried rice. We brought it to the attention of our server, who was nice and apologized and stated that it was a kitchen error. He also stated that the lettuce wraps should be coming out soon. Eventually, the correct fried rice was brought out but still no lettuce wraps. After being there for about 75 minutes, we decided that we were done waiting and requested the check, reminding the bartender that we never got our lettuce wraps and they were to be removed from the check. Prior to leaving, we spoke with the manager to inform her of our poor experience. Unfortunately, she didn't appear to be too concerned with our situation and was very quick to remind us that she did remove the lettuce wrap from the bill, as if she were doing us a favor. I found her comment particular frustrating as that was to be expected since we never received the lettuce wraps so of course we shouldn't be responsible for paying for an item that we never received. I will never return to this location again and will dissuade my friends as well. The ball was dropped multiple times during our visit. I feel bad for the servers, who appeared to actually be competent. Unfortunately, by having the kitchen as a weak link, it affected our overall service. Don't waste your time and try one of the many (much better) restaurants in this area. Update: Originally posted on 6.17.17, which is also the same date I emailed corporate headquarters regarding my experience. I have since been contacted as of 6.18.17 by the location's general manager with a sincere apology and notification that he will speak with the managers and servers to ensure this doesn't happen again to others. I deeply appreciated that. As a previous server, I totally understand that mistakes happen but I greatly appreciate the fact that the manager stepped up and accepted responsibility for the multiple errors and poor dining experience. This is a great location and fantastic experience! I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail--the waiter inquired about food allergies while taking the order and proceeded to bring me a list of ingredients when I informed him of my nut allergies. That has never happened at any restaurant for me and this care and consideration has earned them a customer for life. Though it was extremely busy (it's like that every day of the week) we quickly got a seat at the bar. The drinks were strong and good. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I don't really have any complaints...the food here was good, just not great. I know that's not the kitchen's fault. Chain restaurants have specific recipes and the chefs have to adhere to them. So everything was exactly as it should be, but nothing wowed. Staff was friendly. Got here pretty late, and I appreciate that there were no visible grumbles...I can't say that I'd be that nice lol. Very popular! An upscale chain that always has long lines out the door. We braved going early on a Saturday night and only had to wait for a half-hour. We tried a medley of things. The crunchy green beans appetizer was very good. I liked the creamy, spicy sauce a lot. I also got Harvest Spring Rolls, which husband didn't like, but I did. They were a little peppery, a little greasy, but overall a good taste. I got the Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps for my entree and I liked it a lot. It was very salty, but I think that is something to be expected for Chinese cuisine, at least in America. The overall flavor was nice--salty, spicy, a little crunchy. Husband got Mongolian Beef which was recommended by waitress. He liked it a lot. Service was fine. One could tell that everyone had been trained very well. Overall, I don't see what all the waiting fuss is about, but it's a good place to go when you're craving some bold flavors. read more

So I'm thinking, the kitchen was just having an "off" day, which happens and since the wait staff and management seemed to truly care, this restaurant is worth a second go around. Just want to note, that there are times where we get over cooked/under cooked or simply not what we wanted cooked foods and there are times where we experience unpleasant/slow/uncaring servers and the same with management. This was my first ever visit to a P F Chang so I did not know what to expect. The White Marsh location is open enough to host a special event or a corporate dinner. They have a mixture of booths and table seating. The decor was okay little too dark for me. On Saturdays you can still order off the reduce lunch menu as well as the dinner menu. I had a hard time deciding on an entree. Chang's BBQ Spare Ribs had me do a double take...tangy sauce. I'm have some time for that! Keeping with the tangy vibe I chose the Chang's Spicy Chicken with chili sauce. The portions was just right. The best drink ever is the Pineapple Mai Tai, it is the truth with a punch of rum my belly was happy. The drink sneaks up on you and later you are out like a light. I ordered the kid's chicken lo mein for my 2 year old granddaughter. I really like that they have the trainer chop sticks for the children to learn how to use. My granddaughter had fun using the red trainer chop stick to eat her meal. She know thinks she is a pro. P F Chang service is slow paced I don't recommend coming here staving as you will eat your napkin. read more

I finally visited this one! So, we ordered -Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps -Shanghai shrimp with garlic sauce -Crispy honey chicken -Stir-fried spinach -2 mini-desserts The lettuce wraps were ok, but I could have used another piece or two of lettuce. They give you a lot of filling without much to hold it. The shrimp was good, but forgettable. Nothing far off from what my fiance could make. The honey chicken tasted close to orange chicken, and I can get that at a Panda Express for less. The spinach was tasty, and I recommend a small for anywhere between 1-3 people. The two of us ate it, and a third person could have had a small portion as well. The 2 desserts (Strawberry Shortcake and Great Wall of Chocolate) were not good. DON'T get them. Service was the main problem. The waiter didn't write down our order and a shrimp version of the chicken dish was brought instead. When the server was told this, he went to get the right dish. 10 minutes go by . . . the waiter comes and says he will take care of it . . . another 10 minutes or so . . . they sent our dish to the wrong table. We get it taken off our tab, but then we get it about 5-10 minutes after that. For the desserts, we were never even offered the other kinds of desserts, just the mini-ones. Umm . . . hello? You have others that we might like! We also never received a water refill, and this is a must for restaurant Chinese food that seemed to have MSG.
