Five of us sat at the bar and was greeted right away. The restaurant is busy but not packed. Place drink and appetizer order. Appetizer showing up randomly. Lettice wraps, then dumpling, then soup, then green beans. All the apps were very good. Ordered food and that all came out timely. The music is a bit loud, so that makes people speak loud, in turn it makes it hard to hear your neighbors conversations. My son likes to eat here so I'm sure we'll be back. read more

Weekend happy hour and a 3 course dinner for 2 value option? Sold! I hadn't been to PF Changs in years but I am now a super fan. This was my first time at the Cerritos location. It is bright and fun and the bar area has lots of bar top seating. I made reservations but my husband and I opted for bar top seats instead. Everything was wonderful. We had egg drop soup, pan fried dumplings, fried rice, crispy honey chicken and Mongolian beef. Everything was delicious but the crispy honey chicken stole the show. Went to PF Changs on a Sunday evening and it was pretty busy! The ambiance was nice; service was a little slow but the server was very accommodating and really tried his best. The food is just okay. We got the sweet and sour soup, Chang's spicy chicken, and the Brussel sprouts. Nothing really wowed us. It tastes more like a higher quality Panda Express if I were to describe it but this location is very convenient for shoppers who are hungry! read more

My wife had a bad experience because the woman who was seating people was giving her a bad attitude so she talked to the manager Cecilia who took care of us by seating us at a half booth which was what we wanted but she also took care of us by giving us a great server by the name of Megan P who also gave us great service. Cecilia was very understanding of the situation and made us feel appreciated like special customers that go there all the time. We will definitely be back but wanted to give her the recognition she deserves. We need more managers like Cecilia in this world. The place was empty! I was alone and took a seat at the bar. The bartender was quick to take my order. It was Happy Hour and drinks were $8. Why not a Tropical Tiki?? I mean let's celebrate mid-week! A friend and I came here for the first time to celebrate her birthday. The bar had happy hour so we sat there. We ordered some plates to share an app and some drinks. The service was not all there despite there not being too many people. We had to ask for water 3 times. I also had to ask for a refill on my drink as I was never asked. We went on a Saturday night around 6 and it wasn't too full, there were empty tables but all the booths were fill out. We wanted a booth table, so the front staff let us know it would be a short wait, which we didn't mind. Our server for the night was Patrick, and he was awesome! He was very attentive and accommodating. The food was alright, nothing too special about it. I got the spicy Kung Pao chicken. And requested it to be extra spicy. The chicken came out very hot and the sauce was good with a hit of sweet and salty, but it was not spicy at all. The Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts were pretty good, maybe a tad bit too hard for me. My husband's Mongolian beef had thinly sliced pieces that were okay but was disappointing that it's only stir fried with green onion. Let's start off with the raw pork dumplings they gave us. I cut into that I was going to give my daughter and it was bright pink raw inside. My husband unfortunately did eat one. So fingers crossed he doesn't get food poisoning. The appetizer came out after our entrees because the first time they sent it out it had chili sauce on top and we had asked for that to be on the side. I guess they were rushing and sent out raw meat instead of taking their time to get it done correctly. We ordered my daughter the kids beef teriyaki and its was chewy fatty inedible beef. The only reason I didn't get a five was because other locations are a little more intimate. I took my wife for dinner didn't make reservations walked in. Their happy hour is very deceiving. We ordered ribs and dumplings, expecting 50% off discount appetizers like the sign in front advertised. Instead, they simply sell you half the portion for half the price. For example, dumplings are normally $15.50 for 6 pieces, but during happy hour they're $7.75 for only 3 pieces. The ribs are $18 for 6 pieces, and $9.15 for 3 pieces at "happy hour." There's no actual deal--it's just the same price per piece, dressed up as a discount. Ever since my daughter was little, her absolute favorite was chicken lettuce wraps from PF Changs. So even though we had lunch plans somewhere else for her birthday, we stopped here on the way for appetizers and the lettuce wraps were even better than we remembered. The lettuce was different, I googled it and I think it's called "Paris White Cos". Or romaine hearts? Whatever it is, it's perfect for lettuce wraps. I love love love pf changs and have been going to various locations for years. This location is clean with a good amount of seating and we've always had great service. Unfortunately, the food has really dipped in quality. Honestly, i think it has gone down ever since they took the lemon chicken off the menu and replaced it with crispy honey chicken. Now i really enjoy the CHC but this last time i went, it was giant pieces of chicken and some pieces of fried batter. Now you might think, okay how can you complain about giant chicken? Well in the past, one could go to pf changs and the orders would feed the whole table. Not anymore. Its just a regular dinner size amount now, made to LOOK like a huge amount. So that is very disappointing. They also took my favorite drink of the menu - the chang's coconut cooler. They thankfully still made it for me!! And i used to love the banana spring rolls but now they just lack flavor. I used to love going there and now i know its just mediocre food. HOWEVER, they still have a large selection of gluten free for my husband (he likes going still!) and they've added some new things to the menu. They also make the best hour n sour soup ever. But with the high costs and the low quality, i only go maybe once a year now. Wish they'd go back to how they were 6-7 years ago. read more
