Their new idea of an entree size and a scoop of fried rice
    Vickie V.

Update 6/25/26: I just had what I thought was an entree plus fried rice delivered to find surely PF's must have gotten confused in what they sent. I paid $33.39 for an entree portion of Mongolian Beef plus $4 to upgrade to fried rice. Look at the pic, you are basically getting an appetizer portion of Mongolian Beef and a scoop of fried rice. Look at my older pix and you will see the size difference. Then let's talk about how the dish should be called Mongolian Onions because there's more onions than beef. Please note someone just chopped up fresh onions and didn't even bother to sauté them as they should have! If I could, I would have asked for a refund! I will not be ordering from here again.

We have been to PF Changs before and it's been while since we ate there. So decided to order -delivery thru doordash. Everything was good except Lo mein side noodles no viggies vs the main portion has veggies. The garlic noodles is on sweet side. The key lime dessert was smaller than I expected was $7.49 and there's a dessert flight get 3 off desserts for $ 21.29.

I belong to PF Chang's Rewards program, where you get a free appetizer or dessert during your birthday month. We came to celebrate my birthday early and ordered Mongolian Beef, Chicken Pad Thai (my favorite), Pork Egg Rolls, Egg Drop Soup, and for my free appetizer I chose Chicken Lettuce Wraps (love these). To drink I had a Pomegranate Lemonade (non-alcoholic). The service was very good and the ambiance is casual, as it is connected to the Cerritos Mall. This is one of my favorite places to go because the food is delicious, I have never encountered an issue regarding customer service, and the Rewards program. Most restaurants don't offer birthday rewards anymore, but I appreciate anything free. Who doesn't enjoy a treat?

Service: Service was very welcoming and pleasant upon arriving for a birthday dinner. Ambiance: The esthetic red chairs popped with the decor of the restaurant, giving a colorful atmosphere. Food: The sweet & sour chicken was a tuff to cut and the rice was cooked hard. Although my pomegranate lemonade was delicious! Unfortunately, our server was slow in providing us with our needs, but he apologized and smiled. Well P.F might be a hit or miss here!

    Very fresh OC

Popped n2 my local PF Changs to kill some time, and grab something to drink. I ordered a smokey old fashioned. It was made by Frank and served by Clarissa.....it was outstanding! Ive included a copy of the receipt because my drink was only $13.99....which is pretty competitive for a good cocktail. The food wasn't as good as it's been here but the service was excellent. No real ambiance to speak of, but the staff makes up for it by being helpful and friendly.

We haven't gone to P.F. Chang's in a long time. In fact, we thought they were going out of business. We found one in Cerritos and to our surprise the food was OK definitely not as good as it used to be. However, the prices were reasonable. The egg drop soup was perfect. The hot and sour soup was good and I liked the house noodles but they were very bland they paired well with the glazed shrimp. The service was good and the atmosphere was like it was in the days of old. It was a mid experience overall.

Plenty of parking of course at the Cerritos mall. We were seated right away with out reservation. Ambiance is cozy. We came before dinner time. Service was excellent. Sabrina was a very nice and professional server. Food was so tasty. Only thing the plates are smaller. Smaller portions than they used to be.

What a super fun time we had here!! It's the most fun, beautifully decorated place we've been to in a very long time. A great vibe! Our waiter was FABULOUS!! REALLY top notch service! I had to give 3 stars because my shrimp dish tasted "fishy" and it shouldn't! It was hard to eat, but it was really spicy so that helped! We went for mom's last birthday celebration with my nephew and went early! The flaming cheesecake was so fun!! We will be back for sure

I made reservations online and ordered the Kung Pao Chicken (with extra chicken) and Mongolian Beef dinners. Each came with a side and rice. The salad and hot and sour soup were both delicious. The entrees were good and what you'd expect at this restaurant. The happy hour prices were decent and service from Yanisa was exceptional.

Came to eat with my wife and we got the three course meal each that way we could share a little bit of everything and the food was delicious. We sat at the bar and Frank gave us the best service ever. He made sure everything came out good and fast and kept checking up upon us to see if we needed more drink drinks .

Not to mentioned that we added our name to their waiting list

A very disappointing experience. We were given a 3-hour wait time for a party of 3, which included my husband, myself, and our 3-year-old child, while parties of 2 were being seated right away with no wait. I even asked if it would be possible to be seated on the patio because of our toddler, but we were turned down. Both Maritza and Ashley did a poor job explaining the situation and showed very little understanding or customer service throughout the experience

This specific location is not good. We reserved a table for 2 but when we sat the seatings accommodation was not comfortable. We decided to go to the bar and the bar tender doesn't have a good attitude to treat people, he is an OK bar tender, he never came to see if we needed anything else, he messed up one of my orders, He took longer to take our order and once the food came everything was dry, overcooked and it tasted burned. We ordered beef Mongolian (super dry and burnt) and Lomein noodles with chicken and also chicken was overcooked. We are definitely not coming back. We spent $130 for two plates, 1 appetizer and 4 drinks. Restaurant was clean and other bar tenders looked nicer than the one we got.

I ordered takeout from P.F. Chang's before and found it to be just okay. My friend suggested that dining in might offer a better experience since reheated food can affect the taste. We arrived on a Saturday evening. The restaurant wasn't too crowded, and our server, Megan, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Service was 5 stars. Drinks, we ordered strawberry lemonade and strawberry cucumber limeade. Both were good and refreshing. We ordered the orange chicken with noodles and the honey crispy shrimp with fried rice. Unfortunately, the food didn't impress. I didn't enjoy the orange chicken at all, though my friend thought it was decent. I liked the shrimp, but my friend found it just okay. Food was 2 stars. Whelp, it seems it doesn't matter if you are dining in or getting takeout. The food was still underwhelming. Based on this dine-in experience, we won't be returning.

It's 2:05 pm on a Wednesday..the restaurant is well set up and lit up not too busy

Sat at the bar and was barely acknowledged. The gossip was too good between the workers for them to service customers.

We had a couple things : the corn cheese plate which came hot and melty. It was really savory tasting and was not just one note the way others tend to be. We ordered the toothpick lamb dish as well which was so good. No funk and no musk which I'm very sensitive to. I tend to avoid lamb all together but actually really liked this. We ended up getting Mango Grahams, Pancit, Siomai and Popcorn Chicken. Before we placed the order, it was communicated clearly from the staff that there would be a wait (there were 3 parties ahead of us, and one of them was huge, so we kinda expected a wait anyways.) We also weren't in a rush and were willing to wait regardless, so that didn't really bother us. The Mango Grahams were exactly and more than we expected; definitely satiated my cravings. The food was also good and arrived in a reasonable manner. Again, we only wanted to check this place out because of the Mango Grahams, but we were surprised at how many other options they had for desserts, appetizers, food, and drinks. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I wouldn't mind the distance knowing the quality and options they have. Also, I briefly looked into this place before driving here, and I was expecting like a quick "boba store" environment, but it also has a sit down ambiance. Great for quick hang outs with friends or sit down meals with your family. Also, I'm specifically writing this review because of the staff. Given how busy they were, I want to recognize how friendly and welcoming they were. There were lots of orders, but they came out in an understandable amount of time, and the person in the front always had a smile of her face. She always communicated clearly and warmly about the waits, and was very accommodating to the customers. I can't wait to go back for more Mango Grahams (and also check out their other menu items!)
