Nice location for the Tesla Supercharger that is a few hundred feet away. On our visit we had great service, but the food was not great. We had a the lunch special and the spring rolls were quite soggy, and the Mongolian Beef was pretty chewy. I'm hopeful it was an off day for the kitchen. Yummy Asian cuisine with, wait for it, yummy gluten free options!!! Not only GF options, but GF soy sauce as well. Everything I ate was delicious. Had dinner here recently & like the upscale feel of the restaurant. Very clean. Easy parking outside. Service was their weak spot. Used to love P.F. Chang's b/c of their large gluten free menu, knowledge of ingredients & attention to cross contamination (even came out on plate w/a different rim). GF menu has shrunk quite a bit, server forgot to ask chef to make mine gf (I noticed sauces on it that shouldn't b there) & then seemed confused with having to fix it. We like to sit at the bar for dinner. The bar was set up with menus and silver.setup. We were greeted by two different servers. The coconut mojitos and red sangria are the best! We ordered butternut squash dumplings appetizer which was delicious and split the spicy chicken entry with shrimp add-on that did not disappoint. The Chang,s Chrissy spices chicken left me asking where was the chicken. Small prices mostly breading. Looked like I got the bottom of the bag. We were to get the choice of what rice or noodle we could have with the meal but that was not offered. Management decided on sharable. I like fried rice but was not offered. Tea was weak. The place was a circus with many unhappy people who were in a similar situation. PF Changs The food was good, the wait staff was very nice. However!! The menu was, what the auto industry would call "bait and switch". On the menu it said $13.99 lunch, pick three items. Of the three you can pick soup or salad, then pick out rice or noodles then pick out your protein. And very small letters somewhere along there it said there could be an up charge of three dollars for certain things. OK, that would've been OK. Of course, then they shouldn't say $13.99 lunch special. But, whatever. So I ordered the lunch special with the soup, fried rice and shrimp. Got my bill all of a sudden the lunch special was no longer $13.99. It was $14.99. Also four dollars up charge for the rice and four dollar up charge for the soup. Now they've added a total of nine dollars. That is pitiful. When I whined about it, they took off four dollars. Totally unacceptable. I will not go there again. read more

Always a good feeling when we walk in..... Asian decor and smelling the spices ... ooh so good !!! We ordered cocktails, then our meal. My husband ordered the Kung Pao Beef with brown rice and i ordered the Pad Thai combo with beef & shrimp. Both were very delicious. I don't like brown rice so i ordered a side of Pork Fried Rice BUT.... Our Server told us that Pork Fried Rice is no longer available !! ‍‍. WHY. !! That's one of the reasons we go there. Never have I gone to a PF Chang and experienced the lack of service I encountered yesterday night. We were a large group and was being serviced by 2 servers. One was okay, but its understandable being she was carrying the weight of the other girl. We sat for 3 hours and it was so slow. We were constantly asking for things, things that should be standard. Like, soy sauce if someone orders sushi! I asked several times with no luck. My kids ate them dry, but I chose to wait the 10 minutes. Our meals came before the appetizers and we're told we still had to pay for it even though we stated not to bring it out. The girl didn't even introduce herself. She wore dark lipstick and had a piss poor attitude. They had plates piling up the whole time. They had no bus boys! If it weren't for the auto gratuities, I would have given tips. Such as, smile, be kind, and act like you're working. Ill never be coming back to this restaurant. Training for guest experience is way overdue at this location. She even charged us wrong. My wife and I order from here fairly often and never had issues. This changed this past Sunday when we ordered 2 x desserts. Once they were delivered, you can imagine our surprise when we received fried rice and egg rolls! We called the restaurant and were assisted by MARIBELLE. What a wonderful stroke of luck for us. Although, we did not receive what we were looking for that night (it was late and she offered a pickup option yet we were close to going to bed by that time), she MORE than made up for it with her kind service. MARIBELLE offered to send out our desserts and "something on her" the next time we ordered. Abysmal service and rude wait staff seems to be the norm here. After several frustrating experiences at this location,we hadn't been back in about 1 year. Today however we made the mistake to try again.We where promptly seated.After a while the waitress came over to take our oder. As we already knew what we wanted to eat,we had plenty of time to read the menu multiple times before she showed up after all,we tried to order. Both of us ordered water and I started telling he what my order was. Never go to this establishment. They could care less about customer experience. We had a 6:15 reservation on 2/14. When we arrived at 6:05 we were told that there were a lot of walk-ins and we needed to wait an hour or so because they had put 35 parties ahead of us. When I questioned why walk ins were on the list before us, I was told that they were following corporate policy. A reservation does not mean anything. I have visited many other PF Chang's all over the country. Never have I been treated more rudely. The entire MGMT team needs to be replaced. We finally received a text one hour and 30 minutes after our reservation time that our table was ready. read more

Our server was either overloaded or distracted because I noticed myself seeing where she was to place our order, order more drinks, or provide a kids menu. So my husband decided to surprise me with PF Changs take out for dinner. Unfortunately they don't check orders before they go out as my Wagu Steak ( beef) was totally missing. The other parts of our order was there including entrees and appetizers . So after working all day my husband has to drive 30 minutes back to the restaurant. I was not sure how was this was going to go because he was not happy. Thirty minutes later, he's back and apparently the manager on duty the night after Memorial Day was really good. No excuses for not making an expensive meal and she apologized for the inconvenience. She also has the kitchen make the forgotten entree but credited it to us for the inconvenience. Had chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer, they were delicious and light. For entrees my wife had General Toa's spicy chicken and I had Pepper Steak. They both were delicious. The chicken wasn't that spicy if you stated away from the small hot peppers that were in there. I didn't think the pepper steak was spicy but it had a little kick, but not too much. We enjoyed both meals and even had some to take home for another meal. The flank steak had a kind of char on it that made it crunchy even though it was covered in the sauce. I really liked it. The waiter kept the lemonades flowing cause we were both thirsty from walking around gulf coast in the high 90s heat. read more

My wife and I visited this PF Changes on 7/6/25 and to say it was an all around disaster is an understatement. The appetizers were served late and had to wait for small plates. Entrees came out and the Shrimp Lo Mein was burnt and over cooked. The Mongolian Trio had portly cooked chicken and shrimp. The manager came out and took the meals back and never returned and only offered free desert. At this point the waiter was avoiding us without any type of reduction.
