We had such a great experience at Pei Wei, and honestly a huge part of that was because of Hannah. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and just had such a positive energy that made our whole visit better. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, and you can really tell she cares about the customers. We ended up coming back another time, actually hoping to see her again and when we found out she wasn't working there anymore, we were genuinely so sad. I cannot believe I've been sleeping on Pei Wei for years!! I'm usually not one to review fast food but this deserves one. I think it tastes like PF changs but a little cheaper. I got the firecracker chicken and it was hot on all fronts: spicy and nice and fresh! I loved it, even if I had to blow my nose afterwards! My husband loved his bowl as well. The wontons were really great, I just wish they had a bigger order! Next time we plan to get a family meal deal which looked like the best option. It can be on the pricier side for fast food ($11-15 a person) so getting a meal deal to share that can feed 3-4 people is worth it! I am really looking forward to coming back. This was our first time here, and we were immediately greeted by Jose, the manager, who was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to walk us through the menu in detail, which we really appreciated as first-timers. The ambiance was pretty clean, everything was organized. I ordered the chicken Pad Thai and my boyfriend had the chicken Drunken Noodles. For appetizers, we tried the lettuce wraps and the 4-piece steamed dumplings. The food was brought to us pretty quick, keeping in mind it wasn't too busy since we came on Monday. My boyfriend rated his dish an 8.5/10, he thought the sauce was a bit too strong for his taste. I'd give my Pad Thai a 9/10. It was delicious, especially with the crushed peanuts, though I felt it could've used just a bit more flavor. The lettuce wraps weren't my favorite, and I've had better dumplings elsewhere, but the Mandarin green tea I got was pretty refreshing and full of flavor. Our total was $45. Overall, this spot offers a great variety of Asian cuisines, and we'll definitely be back to try more! read more

Yikes, this Pei Wei had old reviews that were bad. I was hesitant, but excited to see a Pei Wei. This was what we were looking for. Quick good food, not pricey and close to 75 so we can hop on and go home! That was it! This is a nice location too! Was super impressed. I ordered the house chicken and asked for lettuce. Impressed with the pineapples, veggies, crunchy rice sticks, veggies, & flavor. My hubby had their chicken lettuce wraps app which he always loved. We were super happy. WORST Chinese food I've ever had. We were on our way to Panda Express and saw Pei Wei right next door so we decided to give it a shot. For 2 orders of food we waited 30 minutes... hopeful that the wait meant that the food would be amazing we were horribly mistaken. The Burbon chicken was actually pretty good but the honey chicken was a total let down. It wasn't crispy. It was more sour than it was sweet given it's honey chicken not sweet and sour. But the worst part is the noodles. Typically you expect the noodles to be at least lightly stir fried but NOPE. These noodles were literally just boiled bland noodles. Threw away most of the meal because it was so bad. The most mind blowing part was even the fortune cookie were bad!!! I thought they were standard but I've never seen such a jaggedy looking cookies! Picked up some food for dinner. I tried to order online but the website was a mess. It was quoting wrong prices and incorrect family meals. I ended up calling and got everything set straight. The family meal is a good deal for a small family. You get to regular dinners, one side, 4 crab wontons, and doughnuts for $30. This is enough food for two or maybe three adults. Three is pushing it though. Still, $30 is a good price for dinner for two. We got the sweet and sour chicken, general tso, and a side of lo mein. I ate the chicken dishes. The sweet and sour was below average. I like it crisp and this was far from that. The generals was good though. It had some good spice to it. read more
