Kids menu came with One crayon - orange. No water refills throughout the whole meal. Hostess acted like she was doing us a favor seating us. Lettuce wraps had two whole pieces of lettuce that we could each make a complete wrap. Wanton Soup was not very flavorful like it had been in the past. White Rice was crunchy. read more

Ordering for pickup is a nightmare. Set to pickup at 6:45, and am sure the food is ready before that. Arrive at 6:45 and have to wait 25 minutes to pickup! Why they only have 1 person attending to this is beyond me. She disappears into the kitchen for 5 minutes or longer and then comes out with 1 order, and does it again and again. So after waiting 25 minutes to pickup, we get our cold food that we paid $70 for and they expect a tip??? It is like customer pickup they don't care about giving good service! read more

The restaurant manager was just chit chatting with someone for a half hour, not managing anything at all. It's a shame because this is a solid chain in California for sure. Had to wait to be seated (and the restaurant was only like 20% full-- in hindsight I understand why) and our waiter acted like we were bothering him with our presence. I really wanted to like this place as the last time we tried it was over a year ago and the service was horrible then. This time we asked our server for something specific with one of our dishes and she said yes no problem only to have something different delivered to our table. She came and said she tried to track down the manager, but could not find her, and that she would check with the kitchen to see if they could remedy the situation. She avoided us for quite some time going to other tables until finally she saw me eating what she had delivered and she came over and apologized and said the kitchen told her that there was no ground chicken available. Even though they have a dish with ground chicken on it! The manager was nowhere to be found at the end of the evening we saw her just chatting with some guests that came in and wiping down tables never coming over to ask how we were, how our meal was, or to even affirm that our server had talked to her about our problem. This restaurant has turned into a fast food joint at best. So either our server lied to us and never tried to find the manager or the manager had no interest in trying to ensure that the guests had a good experience. read more

The wife is a HUGE fan of PF Changs and their crispy honey chicken.. Some people may not have noticed, but during the recession PF Changs lowers some of their key items menu prices; they have since raised them back up.. darn! :) The wife and I visit this PF Changs about once a month when we are in the area. The last 2 times we have had the same server, who does a great job. We went last night after we finished up some shopping, only to find out it was prom night for the area high schools.. The place was pretty busy, and we ate a senior citizen dinner (5pm). Despite it being busy, the only was only about 20 minutes; so we sat at the bar and had a couple drinks. The bar atmosphere is pleasant with good service.. Once we got to our table, things moved at a decent pace; albeit a little slow than normal. We expected that and were in no hurry so it didn't matter. Our server warned us before we ordered anything that it may be a bit slower than normal due to prom and opening night for a chunk of large movies, RIO and Scream 4. Surprising our app and food arrived in decent time and was good as always. You will have a hard time beating the spring rolls and chicken fried rice at PF changs.. Ordered through grub hub and was very disappointed. First, it was supposed to be delivered within 4o to 50 minutes, I check the order status after 50 minutes and it told me I still have to wait for another 40 minutes so I called the restaurant. The lady that answered the phone was impatient and rude and after I asked her why she needs to take that long she hanged up the phone in my face. This is the place to mention that relieves one mile from the restaurant! The food arrived 10 minutes after my Angry call and it was very low quality one day she was very salty and that Pad Thai was sour and really not good. This has always been a favorite restaurant of mine, but after tonight probably won't go back. It has become WAY overpriced and the portion sizes have significantly shrunk. A glass of La Marca Prosecco is $13 per glass, which is the price of a bottle. They also got rid of happy hour. It's always been expensive, but it's past expensive. We wanted a fun night out as a family and chose P.F. Chang's for the sushi. All seemed fine until our food was given to another table and had to be reordered. They brought out one guests entree while the rest of us sat waiting another 20 minutes to only receive the the wrong order. Two of the entrees had no meat. The waiter seemed frustrated with us when he failed to write down the order and it was his mistake. Again, another 15 minutes to correct the order. He told us the manager couldn't come out and speak to us. Never apologized nor offered to comp at least part of the order. Spent $150.00 and had an awful experience. The restaurant was dirty, the service was probably some of the worst I've ever experienced (took over 10 minutes to be acknowledged and the service station was right by our table) and the food was not warm/good. Other tables in the area were also constantly looking for the server and getting frustrated. I came here for a solo lunch on Monday. I usually go to the PF Chang's on Went End, but I was in the Franklin area already. As an ex-server, I know no one wants to wait on a one top, so I headed to the bar. I sat there for 7 minutes, and the bartender never acknowledged me. I did see her interact with all 4 of her other customers in the time I was waiting. (Yes, there were only 4 other people at the bar.) I was going to walk out but the thought of Chang's spicy, delicious, addictive chicken made me stay. I went to the host stand, and I was sat at a table. Kimberly took care of me. It turns out it was her first day. She did a wonderful job, and she made up for the lack of service at the bar. I got the hot and sour soup, Chang's spicy chicken and fried rice. They were all wonderful, as always. PF Chang's has a great lunch menu. It's a lot less expensive than the dinner menu, and your entree comes with soup. What can I say. Every PF Chang's just keeps feeling more and more commercial as of late. The food is decent, the service is decent, but it is just nothing special. My wife and I are new to the Franklin area (and TN for that matter, just moved from CA and are in search of good eats and drinks). From what it seems like, PF Chang's, May actually be the only decent Chinese food around, hoping we can find something with a little more charm, authenticity, and freshness. Don't get me wrong, when you're in a pinch, this will fulfill a bit of your Chinese fix, but it always seems to leave a bit off the table, making you want something more authentic. We used GrubHub for the first time, although the driver was extremely polite and very courteous, the order was almost an hour and a half past the estimated delivery time, (again, to no fault of the driver, just GrubHub issue) however, the staff with PF Chang's was extremely helpful and apologetic, attempting to make sure our order arrived hot and as soon as possible. what happened last night at PF Chang,s in Cool Springs last night Dec 18 2022. We were a party of 5 with reservations. Our wait after ordering for our food was one hour. When it came it came in pieces One person never did get their meal the soup was never brought-the explanation- there were no clean soup bowls.. four of us ordered drinks from the bar. After one and a half hour one person got their drink. We were told a bartender had walked out. The dining area was noisy for the amount of people in the restaurant. The waitress was nice but very soft spoken and with all the noise was difficult to hear. One person said they could hear screaming coming from the kitchen. If PF Chang's did not have kitchen or bartending staff why did they open up? They only hurt their business. read more

I admittedly eat here almost once a week, because I work nearby. I typically walk in and eat lunch at the bar. People don't think of this place for lunch, so compared to other Cool Springs places it doesn't get the rush. I can get in and out quickly! The steamed/fried dumplings and Chang's Spicy Chicken are my go-to dishes. I also like their Honey Chicken dish, but it is heavier than the Chang's chicken. The waitstaff has always been great to me, especially those behind the bar. I keep coming back because I know that I can eat well, and eat quickly if needed. They even have a lighter menu and craft beers on tap. Not your average chain restaurant, at least for this location! read more

I feel like this whole franchise is headed down hill (Pei Wei too), which makes me SO sad because I used to LOVE PF Changs. But the past couple of times I've gone there, the food has just been subpar. The service is always good, and the waiters are very attentive to our needs. The most recent time I visited was with a large group for a birthday, and they did a great job making sure we were all taken care of. I ordered chicken lettuce wraps and their honey seared chicken. The lettuce wraps were good, but it seems like each time I go, there is less and less chicken in them. And the entree was good, but the quality of chicken was low and very chewy. First time at this famous chain and had a good experience. Not fancy and oh my- such huge portions!! We shared the lettuce wrap with the ground chicken and crispy rice noodles. I loved loved loved it! That would have been enough haha. We also shared steamed pork dumplings. Dumplings were good! I ordered a chicken salad as an entree and I liked it until I found a cut up piece of strawberry leaf, clearly a thing that should have been discarded from another dish. I stopped eating after this because I wasn't sure what else I would find in there but the manager was kind enough to offer to replace it, I had enough food by then so the dish was complimentary. I've tasted better quality meals from the frozen food department at the local grocery store. In fact, the food from this particular location tastes like it was a low quality frozen meal. P.F. Chang's is one of those places that should be consistent, but it isn't. You would think since to-go orders are literally the only things they can do right now they would figure out a way to keep things fresh and hot, but everything was cold from our order. We picked the food up right when it was ready and only had a 10 minute drive home. We opened everything the second we got home and we TORE into it because we were so hungry and we were so disappointed. All of the hot foods were literally cold. Not even lukewarm...cold. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the salmon was cooked perfectly. It was cold, but it was yummy. The Mandarin Crunch salad was ok but they didn't have it all chopped up like they normally do and I tasted absolutely no mango in the whole thing which is disappointing because that's the best part of the salad. Honey crispy chicken was cold and soggy, the chicken lettuce wraps were ok but they didn't add any of those white crispies at the bottom which I look forward to every time I order the lettuce wraps. The pork dumplings were one of the most disgusting things I have ever eaten. I am so glad I tried it last because I took one small bite and almost threw up. It was cold, undercooked, and I think I bit my tooth off from some sort of rubber or maybe even a bone or something ground up in the meat. I've gone to PF Chang's once every couple years hoping it will be good, but every time the food is sub average. I think this most recent visit is the last time I'll ever go there. I watched a television show where they ate dim sum and for days that's all I wanted. Googling "dim sum near me" pulled up PF Chang's. My husband swore up and down that we'd been to PF Chang's years before, and when we pulled up, I realized he was right. As food serves as a memory trigger for me, the fact that I had little recollection of the place wasn't a good sign, nor was the fact that we never returned after our first visit. When we walked in, the restaurant had that plasticky smell I so often associate with chain restaurants. I don't know what it is, but several of them smell that way. Like Rainforest Cafe. Have you ever been there? It smells like plastic too. Regardless, I was after dim sum. Ironically, I did not order dim sum. I know, I know... Anywho, we ordered chicken wraps, brussels sprouts, and sweet and sour chicken. It all tasted watered down. There wasn't any pronounced flavor. The brussels sprouts had the most flavor but the flavors didn't blend and the dish was oily. I wouldn't say that PF Chang's did anything wrong, it's just that I would hands down rather eat at Panda Express even knowing how bad it is for you. The atmosphere at Chang's was lacking, it smelled weird, and the food wasn't good. Hopefully, even if I manage to block this most recent visit from my memory, this review will serve as a reminder that I should not try PF Chang's again. read more

It didn't taste good at all and what I had was fried to a crisp. Even the rice was hard. This location is very disappointing in terms of appearance. It was not very busy at 7:30 on a Saturday night but As we were guided to our table I realized 5 or 6 tables around us had not been bussed. I'm talking plates on tables, too/ not just glasses. They stayed that way for 3/4 of our dining experience. Who wants to look at that? The floor was sticky and the silverware was dirty. The food was good though. Not spectacular. We liked the chicken lettuce wraps and we enjoyed the sea bass. We ordered wonton soup bowl which is supposed to serve 6 per the menu. Start rant: Our food took almost an hour, it was missing an item, we got over charged on food, we were told an item no longer was on the menu 15 minutes after we ordered it & our server never communicated with us why things were taking so long & only came to the table every 15 minutes or so. After we called the manager over, he did take care of some of our food but we asked to have everything to go so we could go home. It took another several minutes for our check & then I had to flag down the server just to pay after no one came to the table after 10 more minutes. My husband and I visited on Mother's Day. Needless to say the place was packed. We found 2 seats at the bar and received excellent service. The bartender set our expectations that entrees would take 40 minutes. We put in an order for appetizers knowing it would be awhile. Our bartender offered to pay our drinks.
