I recently went here for the first time in years and I enjoyed it very much. They are definitely on the pricier side but I was impressed by the food I got. The menu has a lot of different options and variety. For an appetizer we got the firecracker shrimp which were really good but not that many shrimp. We also ordered margaritas which were super good and flavorful. For entrees, my boyfriend got the firecracker sushi which he really liked but didn't expect the shrimp to be on the outside he thought it was gonna be more of a shrimp tempura but he still really liked it. I got the sesame chicken which I absolutely loved. The chicken was super flavorful and it was a big meal. We also got yum yum sauce which made it even better. Our waiter, I forgot his name, but he was very nice and attentive. He explained things about the menu and checked on our table many times. He also gave me to go yum yum sauce which was very nice. Our food didn't take too long to come out. As for the atmosphere in the restaurant itself it is very nice inside and they have a bar. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for a nicer dinner and I will be returning as they had many other menu options I wanted to try read more

Pf Changs used to be delicious what has happened to it. I could get better Chinese food from the mall food court. The last few times I've had it it's been actually sickening . I keep thinking it's just a bad restaurant location nope it's garbage now Everything coated in batter and deep fried and covered is sauce. I do not at all recommend the dynamite shrimp. I got a takeout order of it which was $15 before tax, and there was maybe 8 or 9 shrimp in there. The picture I took was after eating 1 or 2, and the portion size again was horrible. There was 0 sauce on the shrimp and it was the worst i've had by far. The vegetable slaw was hard/soggy and the shrimp itself was super oily. There was no sauce at all, so I don't know how this is even considered dynamite shrimp instead of tempura. OMG. I love Chinese food but I have never eaten here before and I loved all of it. It's was my first time coming to this restaurant. When I first walked in the scene was beautiful like how everything was set up the atmosphere was perfect. The food was good. But the service wasn't the best. People who were seated after and even placed their orders after us received their food way before us. And it was only two people in our party and the other people had 3 to 4 people in theirs party. And then we requested like saucers and things to go. We never got them and we asked a few times. It was not the best experience. I will probably never come back to this place again. I'll probably stick to my usual places like Yummy House. read more

It was midday on a Sunday and I had just finished up my shopping down the road when I decided that a stop for lunch at PF Changs might be a good thing. It seems like I got in there at the right time of day, because while it was kind of slow, it did pick up after I had been seated and had ordered. I guess I beat out the regular lunch crowd on Sundays by about fifteen minutes. Seated, I got my drink order in and then went over the menu. I already knew what I was getting for an appetizer... I love the lettuce wraps! But coming up with a main course was going to be a bit more daunting for me. Eventually I decided on the Spicy Chicken. The appetizer came out, and I went to it. Good food, always has been. I know that you can request a second batch of lettuce (I always have leftover filling and could easily use a second batch of lettuce without issue) but I don't worry about that. Instead, I just hold onto it and when my main comes out, dump the leftover filling right on top of the spicy chicken dish... yum! My only real complaint is that the spicy chicken isn't really all that spicy. Not even a little bit as far as I can tell. I had to request some chili sambal to kick it up to the required heat level for me. With the added heat, the dish was excellent! Good meal, and I was satiated for the rest of the day. read more

Disappointing that the hostess would not seat us in a booth when the restaurant was not even close to full, and there were many open booths in the same area as some other guests. The hostess said they were short on kitchen staff. I asked her what difference to the short-staffed kitchen did it make if we sat in a booth? Took my wife here for lunch. The wait was about ten minutes, because they only had one server, which to me was a matter of poor planning; however, the food was great. My wife did say her white rice was kinda mushy, but overall, much better than the one we patronized in Colorado. Will be eating here again soon. read more

This was a good experience here. Our server Kayla was informative and friendly. For an appetizer we ordered the seasonal duck spring rolls. It came with a slightly spicy dipping sauce. Very tasty. My husband ordered Korean glass noodles which had a kick. I ordered the pad Thai with tofu. Delicious. For dessert we ordered the sticky toffee cake--the only disappointment. It was dry. The other one we ordered was the banana spring rolls. Now THAT was a good dessert. We will be back. read more

I went in on a Saturday night. Sat at the bar that was empty. The staff stayed at the opposite end of the bar...until I called them over. My champagne was flat so they gave me another glass after I ...again had to call them over as they were chatting at the other end of the bar. I was hungry but they never asked what I wanted. Again I called them over. I ordered an appetizer. The waitress literally dropped it in front of me and left. No napkin, nothing. PF Chang was so disappointing, I ordered shrimp fried rice it was the worst fired rice I have ever had. The rice was clumpy just nasty. I think it was left over rice from sushi. I gave them another chance I ordered Veggie Lo-main. It wasn't bad, the side salad was horrible. I am not sure if I will go back. I visited Jacksonville P.F. Chang's it was very good. I think Gainesville location doesn't care, they cook the food like they don't care. Don't get me started on the front customer service. read more
