I had the misfortune of visiting this restaurant today for lunch. Never again the food was ok the lack of management overtly clear. I spent 88.00 on marginal food and terrible service. We were seated near a large table of business professionals 90% Caucasian and a booth with 3 Caucasian people. As soon as the large table left the people in the booth began playing videos on there phone extremely loud. As if we should just put up with being disturbed. The waiter heard it and I asked him could you say something to these people. He stated no. Nor did he get a manager so while he was there I asked the table very nicely if they could lower their phone because we couldn't even converse with that loud music. They reluctantly complied. Then they raised it up again and I asked for a manager. As soon as the manager approached they lowered it again. The behavior was ridiculous and I still don't understand why come to a restaurant to play on your phone? Anyway I made her aware of the situation and she walked away. Then the same 2 large Caucasian women came to our table and became belligerent. I can only guess because they were confronted about their behavior. So the manager came back and asked us to leave. Stating that we all should leave. Mind you then large women were the one standing up being loud and distasteful. Yet we were asked to leave. I will never recommend the business to anyone caucasian or otherwise since we were treated so poorly and I even told both the waiter and the manager of the situation. And I know we spent way more money for far less treatment. read more

This was my first time eating here and it wasn't bad. The server was a cool dude. I had a major headache so I wasn't able to fully enjoy my experience. I will come back when I'm feeling better and see if my experience is different. The presentation of the dishes were nice and the atmosphere is very calming. Good for digesting of one's food. Because I wasn't feeling my best, the verdict is still out on whether or not the food was actually good enough for the price I paid. Rest assured I'll let you know if it was or wasnt! read more

Every time we visit our family in Dallas, my (now) wife and I along with the family come to this PF Changs. We were having exceptional service (and a delicious dinner!) when our server went above & beyond and floored when he brought us a delicious dessert combo and a "happy wedding" card signed by all the staff. Our server (wish we knew his name, but he is a tall black gentleman), went around and had the PF Chang team sign the card during a BUSY Saturday night. We felt extremely lucky for his service, kindness and attentiveness. Only solidifies us coming back every time we're in town! read more

Always a great spot to have lunch or dinner. The food is always great and it's has the upscale feel. We like to always get the lettuce wrap which are great, especially when you add the chili paste. We also got the spicy tuna rolls and pork dumplings. All were excellent. Then we ordered a lot for family style, spicy chicken, beef with broccoli, you name it we got it. I highly recommend P.F. Our waiter was excellent. Our order was taken quickly and the food was nice and hot. We ordered pepper steak and sweet and sour chicken. Our order included egg drop soup, spring rolls, crab wontons and combination fried rice. We eat good when we eat out. I do have a few issues that management needs to be aware of. I called at 8:20 pm to reserve a table at 9 pm. The person on the phone indicated that they were NOT taking reservations. I tried online but it said reservations not available. I was told to come in sign my name and wait. We arrive at 9 and we're asked "do you have a reservation ". Crazy. Also the host sat us right across a booth that was loud. No social distance as they were real close. The hostess walked away. We tried to catch her to get us moved but looked like she was anxious to go to the back to talk. Okay. We ask the waiter that we would like a booth but he says he has to ask the hostess. Anyway. She comes to move us and looks annoyed. Well we got a great waiter at the new seat and she sat someone else at that table we emptied. Good job hostess (sarcastically). We love this Pf Chang. Food was served cold and our server was completely focused on a larger party of 22. Our guests chose to eat their warm at best meals while they remade our meal so we watched them eat then they watched us eat. It was total chaos I will not dine here again. Such a waste!! P.F. Chang's is a fancier (read: more expensive) version of Pei Wei. Both share exact menu items, but Chang's does have some unique dishes exclusive to their restaurant. I really like the Singapore black pepper chicken. It's the perfect amount of heat and flavor. You order with either white, brown, or fried ($5.50 up charge) rice to accompany most protein plates. There's also noodle and rice dishes that are popular and delicious. Portions are large and can be shared family style if that's your thing. The chicken lettuce wraps are a super popular appetizer and for good reason- they yield probably 6-8 large servings, the lettuce is always crisp and the chicken is seasoned really nicely. The service was great; we had a party of 6 and our server was attentive and helpful. She was on top of drink refills, had suggestions for appetizers and split our checks separately without any fuss. The restaurant is very clean and open, the kitchen faces the seating area so there's no "hiding" how your meals are prepared. read more

I had dinner here with my teenage daughter and we had a good time despite the unfriendly front door staff. As usual the restaurant was abuzz with activity on a Friday night. When we arrived there were four young ladies at the hostess stand but no one greeted us. After standing there for a minute a finally greeted the hostess and she ask "How many?". I thanked her for the kind greeting and let her know there were just two of us. She said it would be 30-40 minutes for a table although there were many empty tables. We decided to stay as we were visiting from Houston and didn't want to find a different restaurant. As we waited several other guest came in and chose to go elsewhere due to the wait time. It surprised me when we were seated after a 10 minute wait. Once we were seated our experience got much better. Our waitress was friendly and made us feel very welcome. We tried the waitress suggestions of pan fried dumplings and they were very good. I had the Hokkien street noodles for an entree and it was okay. I would had preferred more sauce as the dish was a bit dry. All together the dinner was okay but I'm not accustomed to getting just okay when I go to P.F. Chang's. The new menu at PFC is definitely worth a try! The staff was polite, prompt and gave us good suggestions to try from the menu. We still got the lettuce wrap and it was as good as the first time we got it. Yum! I enjoyed the crisp honey chicken from the Wok Classics menu. I've tried similar dishes at other restaurants and they are usually jam packed with too much of one ingredient. Not this one; It was perfect from the first bite to the last. The new menu is simple, easy and straight to the point. Everything was served in a timely manor and when we were finished the waiter boxed our food for us table side, which I appreciated. Pretty much as you would expect from PF Changs. I had Chang's spicy chicken which was coated and fries nuggets tossed in a sweet glaze. Tasty but not spicy enough Fried green bean appetizer was really good. Nice coating and crunch. Easy to snack on. Do checkout the draft beers for a local brew. read more

The absolute WORST PF Chang's in the DFW area. The servers are slow. The host staff are rude and become indignant if you ask them to sit you one table over. The menu was dirty. Food attached. I was waiting in my car near the front door and an EMPLOYEE parked at the FRONT! That is reserved for guests. Not for lazy staff. Just very déclassé employees. Service was incredible today. My favorite hangout spot at PF's is the bar area on a not so busy day. Bartenders are very personable and attentive. I love the gluten free selections here. I love this and so do my parents. My parents wanted to eat here before they headed back home. We were excited but that excitement didn't last very long. We ordered the Singapore rice noodles and when they were served they didn't look very appetising and on tasting it was even worse. They were so salty that we could barely eat them. We've been going to Chang's for years, that location because it's closest to us (about an hour away). Food's been up and down over the years, service the same way but tonite these folks were hitting on all cylinders. Food was great but the service is what made the night enjoyable. Our waiter, Dominic actually remembered us from a year ago! And proved it by remembering some of the special ways we like our appetizers. I've never had a bad PF Chang's meal. I don't live anywhere even remotely close to one, so when I'm on vacation, it's a special treat. I ordered takeout through yelp/grubhub and was quoted 30-40 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later and food was handed over promptly by a friendly server, hence the two stars. It only went downhill from there. My favorite dish, Chang's spicy chicken, was not spicy or even remotely crispy. The chili garlic green beans were overly sauced and overcooked. I ate about half of everything and dumped the rest. Should I find myself in the Dallas area again, I'll find somewhere else to go. read more

When we were deciding where to order for dinner, we looked at menus of restaurants in my area. And PF Chang's caught our attention, the food looks delicious, in pictures. So we placed our order, Peking Duck, Mongolian Beef, Lettuce Wraps. We placed the order at 5:40 PM to be picked up at 6:30 PM, plenty of time for the preparation of food, we hoped. Then I was at the curbside pick up at 6:30 PM, called and the food was not ready. So I waited for another 15 minutes for the food to come out. Order online do not expect food will be ready the time you set from PF Chang's. Then took the food home, opened the boxes, we were so very disappointed. The Peking Duck and Mongolian Beef were so over cooked that they were only dry and some of it tasted burned. I cannot believe this is the quality of food that PF Chang's sell to their customers. The size of the dishes were also laughable at that price ($27 for the duck and $19 for the beef). No comments on the Lettuce Wraps since I can get it cheaper somewhere else with same quality. To conclude, I wasted valuable time and money and high expectation turned into big disappointment. I would not recommend PF Chang's to anyone. read more

You can wait if you like" We were gonna wait but as we were looking around there were like 2 tables seated (1 was in a booth) in the bar. But "none were available". So we just left. Sorry P.F. They were at well under 50% capacity, yet we were asked to wait. No other families were in the lobby, but the "hostess" asked us to go wait in our car. Let me start with DONT offer curbside delivery if you can't get it right. This is the second time since moving to this area that I have ordered. The first time the food was 25 minutes late. I thought at the time maybe it was because it was 8p on a Saturday night. This time I ordered at 630p , I arrive a few minutes after the ready time, call to let them know I'm there . I'm told "I will be right out". I wait 20 minute then go inside to see my order just sitting there waiting to be picked up. So many places to choose from in this area.
