Great little sushi spot in Coppell. Setting/decor was nicer than expected inside. They had comfortable booths and a huge tv too. The servers were really nice and accommodating. They had a few bottles of wine 1/2 price and similar options for sake. There was a huge selection of sushi including dozen or so that were rice free. Miso soup and seaweed salad were very fresh. The spicy edamame was good but a little too spicy for my friend.

Food was delicious! Guns and Roses was so fresh tasting. Place was clean and so cute. We don't live close but definitely would recommend 10/10

This a lovely picture place that's hidden right in Lewisville/Coppell off of I-35. I personally think it's a wonderful place if you're wanting a date night out. It's actually a lot bigger on the inside than expected. I came right at lunch so it was very quiet and empty. The staff here are lovely and gave their personal recommendations. The fresh sushi itself was cut exquisitely and was incredible quality with generous portions. I personally recommend the Tuna if you like that rich flavor.

We found this place on Yelp and came here for dinner. Our experience was very pleasant from the first step inside! The host Esther was very friendly and helpful. We got sushi, rolls and appetizers. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. I liked the interior of this place and how clean it is. All staff was obliging and polite. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Staff was super kind and attentive! I went early on a Sunday so not too crowded and wait times were really short. I ordered the Louisiana Roll which was amazingggg and got the beef fried rice (great portions) to go. Will definitely be back and looking forward to making this one my staples!

For hometown sushi this place is very interesting modern interior, quick service and as good as you can imagine this far from an ocean. Good lunch specials.

Our recent visit to Sakana Sushi-Sake-Grill was largely delightful. From the moment we stepped in, we appreciated the restaurant's clean ambiance and the warm welcome from the staff, who promptly seated us and served water and gave us the menus to order. We started with our usual vegetable and shrimp tempura in appetizer both perfectly crispy and delicious. And for main we order the Rainbow Roll and California Tempura Roll were also amazing, fresh and expertly prepared. We did notice they have a full bar for drinks including hot & cold sakes, cocktails, wines, beer, etc. They offer a limited happy hours menu daily from 3-6pm as well including drinks. However, a couple of issues did detract from an otherwise excellent meal. We found the wasabi lacked freshness, which was a minor disappointment. More significantly, our hostess was little pushy about clearing dishes, attempting to take plates away while we were still actively eating. This felt rather disrespectful and rushed. Aside from these points, we had no other complaints and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. Food was reasonably priced and the bill came with two small slices of taiyaki filled with ice cream. Amazing and light dessert to end a meal.

This place is fire. The sushi is literally on fire and needs to be recognized! Hidden gem in these Coppell streets. Went in during lunch and they took care of us quick. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Clean location with adorable decor too. HIGHLY recommend the dancing fire shrimp roll.

The shrimp fried rice was quite frankly the best fried rice I've had to date. We tried the shaggy dog, which was amazing. We also had the role that I think was called snow Mountain? Very beautiful and clean inside. I hope to stop by again while we are still in town.

Very well done with service and quality of food. It is on the more expensive side but worth the date night spot. We will definitely be back!

Since we were craving ramen, we stumbled upon Rakkan Ramen, and I'm glad we did! The restaurant is located in a very swanky and beautiful area. The inside is elegant, well organized, spotless, and so clean you almost feel guilty leaving footprints. As luck would have it, we accidentally entered through the rear entrance and confidently walked right up to the counter as if we knew exactly what we were doing. We were warmly greeted by Ms. Emily and Ms. Jaime, who were both serving as hostess and waitress. Emily escorted us to a comfortable booth and quickly brought us glasses of water, making us feel right at home. We started with the five-piece Chicken Karaage served with arugula and a slice of lemon for $9.50. The chicken was wonderfully crispy, which I really enjoyed. I squeezed that lemon over every piece, hoping for a little extra magic. While the texture was excellent, I thought the chicken itself could have used a bit more seasoning. For our main course, my daughter ordered the Quartz Ramen with chicken and a boiled egg. The broth was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, with fresh vegetables that made every bite enjoyable. I ordered the Garnet Ramen, which was just as delicious, with flavorful broth, chicken, vegetables, and a boiled egg. Both bowls were $17, and while they were absolutely tasty, I couldn't help but wish they had been a little more generous with the noodles. I guess they wanted to leave us wanting more! Overall, this place is truly awesome, and you can bet I'll be back--even if I have to go by myself! One little heads-up: finding a parking spot might test your patience, but the walk gives you a chance to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, so it's not a bad trade-off. I hope to see you there!

I got the Sushi Flight that has smoked salmon, salmon, scallop and shrimp and it was amazing! My family ordered their ramen and said it tasted pretty well. The only con was that the server didn't set down any of our food. She would hand it to us as if it was our duty to place it down even when she had the space. Holding really hot bowls and passing it down to my family members where there were much space to put the bowls and plates down in front of us made me upset knowing I was with older adults whom cannot take the steaming ramen bowls.

The noodles had great texture, the broth was rich without being overly salty, and the side dishes were fresh and plentiful. You won't feel ignored, but you also won't be on a first-name basis with your server by the end of the night. Ambiance is simple and casual. It's not trying to be fancy--it's more of a laid-back, everyday kind of place where the focus is clearly on the food. If you're looking for a trendy vibe, this isn't it.
