This evening we purchased $74.00 worth of food. We ordered Changs Spicy Chicken with brown rice extra spicy plus add extra chicken which cost. Next was the Salt'n'Pepper Prawns with extra green onions and fried rice, rice cost extra. The third meal item was the Singapore Street Noodles, extra spicy with chili-garlic sauce and extra shrimp that was an additional cost. Finally we purchased an appetizer, the pork pot stickers pan fried. We placed the order at 6:14pm and when my husband went to retrieve it, unbeknownst to him they gave him the wrong meal at their curbside pickup. He came home, shed his clothes and showered before jointing the family for dinner. You see my mother lives with us and has asthma and upper respiratory issues and we also have a 7 month year old son so we try to take every precaution we can to not bring the virus home. And if that's not enough we at least hope we've washed it away before we come in contact with those two specifically. We received a call from a manager name VC that was we received the wrong meal. We explained that we were going to call him as soon as we found the number because we didn't want anything from this meal we brought home. He informed us that he had squared the other customers away and would remake our meal plus refund us our money. So my husband returned for a second time and retrieved the food they brought out, came home and went through his process. I'm attaching pictures because they decided to send us home with what they felt we deserved which was burnt salt'n'pepper prawns without the salt and pepper. A barely there box of fried rice, it actually had two table spoons of fried rice inside a large rice box. Pot stickers that were barely seared on one side and jelly like everywhere else. And no chili-garlic sauce just some kind of dipping sauce I'm not familiar with. I will not order from this location again. We have dined inside twice before and the first time they got my order wrong. The second time they brought my husband someone else's meal. So we stopped going there and frequented the Arlington location. However in honor of Take-Out Tuesday we went with the closest location. Big mistake for us because even with a second chance to wow us the service and the food fell flat. Shame on us for not learning our lesson the first two times. read more

We came in on a Wednesday with an emailed coupon for free Chicken Pad Thai which was terrible. I seriously think it is the worst thing I have ever eaten while dining out. I was very glad I didnt have to pay for it. We order cauliflower tempura as an appetizer and it was delicious. It had a sriracha sauce on it and it was the bomb. I also had the cup of wonton soup which was tasty. I had a glass of the Reisling blend as I had never heard of it before. It wasn't bad but I wouldn't order it again. I like sweet but it was too dry for me. My husband had chicken lo mein and it was very tasty. I'm not sure when beverages started going over 3 but $3.25 seems super high for brewed water. Our waiter was Jay and he was on his game our entire visit. He is an excellent waiter and if you can ask for him because you will not be disappointed. This restaurant has a great bar and lots of seating. I like that tables are not real close to eat other so you enjoy your meal. Stopped in while passing by for lunch and was not disappointed. It has been a while since I have sat down in a P.F. Changs and enjoyed a meal. We were immediately seated upon entering and asked if we preferred a booth or table and we said it didn't matter so they set us at a table. The server was quick to respond and show us the menus and take our drink order. While looking over the menu I was saddened to still see that they have not added my favorite dish of all time the Dan Dan Noodles back to their menu. I asked the server if they would ever add it and just about fell out of my chair when she said the kitchen would happily make it if they had the ingredients on hand. She checked to make sure and low and behold they did. Wow, I was not disappointed and so happy to have my favorite dish back on my plate and tasting so good. I almost feel guilty exposing my now secret menu item!! This place has seriously declined in quality; this location is just awful & the menu selection is extremely limited. Came here with my boyfriend to try and have dinner and drinks after a long work week. We ordered 2 old fashioned with the "hand rolled" pork dumpling as an appetizer. The presentation was questionable and the appetizer and sauce were ice cold. We didn't get a chance to tell our server; because we didn't see him again until our drinks were nearly done. I didn't like that there wasn't a dish to dip the dumplings in the sauce. Instead we doused the dumplings in room temp/cold sauce that was served in a small pour container that looks like it should be used for coffee creamer. Underneath the small dumpling plate was another larger yet mostly empty plate with a bunch of rock salt. Instead of stacking a bunch of plates and using inedible garnish, I wish the staff had emphasized serving hot fresh tasting food. The steamed dumplings were gooey and the filling was underwhelming. For entrees, we ordered 2 short rib fried rice & both arrived with oily, overcooked bits of short rib akin to beef jerky; it was almost as if they'd been deep fried. The mushrooms in my dish were not even cooked. Our server advised us to "order something else if they mess it up again." No manager ever came by. The second bowls of rice came out and the short rib was once again overcooked. I don't understand why the meat was minced so small, like cat food. When the server brought our re-makes, he held my dish up in the air and used my spoon to dig through it and look for the mushrooms to ensure he gave us the correct bowls (my bf ordered no mushrooms). It was really unprofessional. The first few bites were good, and then we ran into more oily short rib "jerky" bits. Date night? Ruined. To add insult to injury, it wasn't busy & the drinks didn't arrived with the meals like we requested. The second old fashioned was so bad that my boyfriend couldn't finish his, and it's his favorite drink. Add this place to your list of DO NOTs. No manager ever came by to do a table touch & our server was completely incompetent, unprofessional, and inattentive. I wish I could give this place no stars. The server took one short rib rice off of our check, which means a manager was made aware of the situation, yet couldn't be bothered to come and check on us. For a long time , I thought I didn't like P.F. Chang's. Last weekend my mind was changed! We came to dinner for my fiance's brothers birthday around 5pm on a Sunday. We had a reservation so we were sat right away, but it wasn't packed at all. The restaurant appears to be very clean, and had a nice bar. Since I wasn't really sure what to order, I decided to try the Mongolian beef dumplings and the fried rice with beef. Mostly everyone at the table ordered their main dish for something with Mongolian beef and I kind of wish I had too because oh my god those dumplings were amazing. The beef is super moist and the outside of the dumplings were crunchy and delicious. I could have ordered 3 plates of those with rice and been happy. Now for the fried rice with beef, that is where I have my regrets. It is a HUGE portion with not that much flavor. I honestly barely ate much of it. Mainly because I was so full from the dumplings (they are around 900 calories after all...) but also because it just wasn't that good. I would not order it again, next time I think I'll try something that has the Mongolian beef since that sauce they use with the beef is amazing. The dumplings were good enough for me to give this place 4 stars. Service overall was pretty good too, and the ambiance was decent as well. I also appreciate that they put the calorie count on the menu for the dishes because some were crazy high! I'll definitely be back for more Mongolian beef! read more

We stopped for a bite in the Bar area and our server was JP, great guy and he is an Ambassador for Chang's. We ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wraps as we have many times before. This time there were plenty of the fried noodles and very little Chicken. I then ordered the Kung Pao Chicken which I have ordered many times before. Today's visit a bit better. Lost 1 star because they cut the lunch menu to shreds. Literally you can't order much at all except small bites. We ate at 3:30. We did get happy hour pricing on lettuce wraps and they were excellent. Our won ton big bowl (serves 6) was DELICIOUS. And kudos to our waiter for making us a dinner portion of double pan fried noodles with mixed meats, as it was sadly removed from all menus. That's the only thing hubby orders and since i like it also we shared this. If they hadn't been able to make it, we would have left. We actually heard they changed the menu so we asked before being seated. All was hot and delicious and wait staff was good. Just lost one star for the brutal demolition of the lunch menu. I have been at this P.F.Chang's many times. I always enjoy the food. It's quite good American Chinese food. The portion is quite generous, and you will be assured that you walk out full. This time I ordered a typical item: broccoli and beef with brown rice. The beef was nicely stir-fried and tender. Each piece got some thickness, so I could really tasted the beef. The brown rice was soft and moist, different from typical brown rice, which is a bit dry and rough in texture. The broccoli added a beautiful color to the dish topped with a few alfalfa bean sprouts. The only negative thing is that there was a little bit too much soy sauce or salt, and I found it quite salty. Next time, I would ask for less sauce or salt. The service was good. I enjoyed a great time with my friends. Overall, the dinning experience was great. read more

The kitchen doesn't get it: tonight's wonton soup was, as usual, warm water (have they never heard of soup stock?) with one badly overdone wonton. Shrimp in Lobster Sauce was, again, not hot and the "sauce" was too little and far too thin. The servers are generally competent, and the managers usually unconscious. Once in a while you find someone there who cares, but too many folks clearly don't. Came here today with a group of friends from work and I have to say I had a pretty decent meal with some great customer service from our server. I am not a huge fan of their very limited lunch menu after they have made recent changes. But I did try the Tempura Bowl which was one of the items recently added. While it was good it was a bunch of fried upon fried food. There were three shrimp tempura and a variety of asparagus green beans cauliflower and peppers all fried and piled up top a pile of fried rice. The limitations of the menu at lunch though are what really kind of rate this rating at a 3. Everything has become either a $10 roll or a $10 some kind of something Bowl. Dawn from the lunch menu are all of the traditional Chinese dishes and those are put back on to the regular menu that you can still get but you do not get any kind of lunch time deal on. read more

Rhome our waiter was phenomenal. So polite, so professional. I appreciated the fact that he brought out the kitchen manager when I had a question he couldn't answer. Most waiters don't go the extra mile like he did, instead they'll try to tell you what they think they know, even if they have no clue at all.. The Moscow mule wasn't my favorite, due to the overwhelmingly fresh ginger, they took it off the bill with no hesitation. The food was fresh and hot, no complaints what so ever.. Both the vegetarian lettuce wraps are a must have along with the tempura green beans (both are vegan options). The green beans were so good they could be eaten without the sauce that comes with it. Been a year or so since our last visit to a PFChangs in Tomball, TX. Tried this one in Grapevine, TX and was impressed with the food as usual but a little less so with the facility and Staff. Thursday afternoon around 4:00 pm. Not many people here when we walked in. The Hostess was clearly bored and/or annoyed with us coming in. Seated us in a clean booth in the main dining room. Our Sever was a nice young lady named Sam that also works the bar. She took our drink order and appetizer choices. Professional and efficient, she got better as the meal progressed. While waiting I went to the restroom and while walking through the bar noticed the floor clearly hadn't been swept for awhile. Every table in the bar was not cleaned or bussed. The bathroom was no better. Dirty floor, mirror and sinks. My Wife said the woman's was the same. Our drinks were perfect; large and well balanced. For dinner apps, we chose the wonton and hot & sour soups. Both were delicious and devoured quickly. Main choices were Short Rib Fried Rice, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, and Chicken Lo Mein Noodles. The shrimp was superb as always. 16 medium size shrimp cooked perfectly with wonderful seasoning. The fried rice was kind of how I cook it at home; everything I have left over goes in it and this was the same. Short ribs, edamame, kimchi, etc. good spice, flavorful and a large portion. Lo Mein noodles were very good with the WOK taste prevalent and cooked perfectly. The only negative was the chicken. Overcooked and very dry. We tried the seasonal Apple Crumb for desert and found it to be good with spectacular coconut/pineapple ice cream. Sam boxed us up, took care of payment quickly and received a holiday tip for her efforts. People like her make dining out a pleasure. Managers, I know you're understaffed and it was probably right around shift change but the Hostess backed up four tables deep with over half the seating empty then stopping and talking to other employees every time she seated anyone was a clear indication she goes not like her job read more

Went to P.F. Chang's for lunch. The restaurant was not very busy but due to the season there were a few large parties celebrating the holidays. No big deal. There was a long wait for the waitress to check in with our table to get our drink order. Again no complaints considering my main focus was catching up with my guest. Moving on to the ordering: we ended up ordering the Kung pao chicken and Chilean sea bass. The King pao chicken was extremely salty. To the point my guest had a hard time eating the dish. The Chilean sea bass came the table literally chard from the pan. When I explained that the $30 fish was over cooked the manager told me I was wrong and that it looked over cooked due to being marinate over night but took the fish away and prepared a new one. A short time later, the line cook brought out the replacement fish and asked, "does this one look better?". The cook dropped the plate on the table and without waiting for a reply walked off. I was shocked that he was persistent that the fish wasn't over cooked. After trying the second piece it too was over cooked. The waitress was very pleasant and made the visit enjoyable but sadly the experience with the food, manager and kitchen staff at this location was unsatisfactory. read more

Tried pf changs again after many years. Menu is mostly standard american chinese but was hoping for different. Tried pad tai. Nothing special. Not much sauce or flavor. Cilantro old and wilted dark on edges. Chicken and egg both deep fried. Not much chicken and dry. Lime so dry no juice. Too much carrot but didnt impact meal much, tho i cant recall having carrot in pad thai before. I ate every scrap and was left hungry. Was just okay. Oh wait, it's not 1997 anymore... it's usually pretty good, you remember it as great, and you keep coming back. Today we had THE BEST Changs I've had in SO LONG. 2 years? 5 years? Since they changed from short grain brown rice to regular? Lol Honestly, in a time when restaurants are struggling, TODAY, (Friday 2pm) the Grapevine Pf Changs knocked it out of the park. Every singe item was as good as I have ever had it. It was the Chang's I hold in my head as ideal. And my boyfriend said the same.
