I've tried P.F. Chang's Kung Pao Chicken in California and really liked it. so I decided to try it here. Really delicious! Will definitely order it again sometime. Also tried their Korean Glass Noodles (with chicken) today. Not a fan. Sweet flavor, and good taste, but not something I would order again. Staff was nice. I was only in the front lobby to pick up. From there, the restaurant looked clean and orderly, with a nice ambiance. Just one issue. I always check if the chicken in the dishes I order is chicken breast. The girl who took my order over the phone had no idea what i was talking about. Staff needs a little more training on things like that. I was quickly reminded of why I love PF Chang's. I had been awhile since I last visited so I have forgotten how lovely they are. The different staffs are ALWAYS wonderful with being responsive and courteous but this site, especially, has the most professional, friendly and polite team that I have seen in awhile. The food? While the menu offers a great selection, I wish they would return concentrate only to Chinese only instead of venturing into the diverse Asian influences. By "doing more," the selections for a specific fusion lacks and the prices increase. I miss the Moo Goo Pai Pan which was excellent for those who prefer unbattered chicken and plentiful veggies. Have eaten here twice before over the years and was disappointed with the lack of flavor of their food both times. Yesterday I was in the area with a friend from the UK and decided to give them a try since so many years had passed. My friend saw that that had lunch specials and wanted to try them. I figured the honey chicken dish she ordered would be sweet and so I chose the Spicy Chicken instead as my protein for the lunch special. To begin, we ordered the crispy egg roll and it was cool to the touch, literally bending when picked up it was so droopy as well as soggy and tasteless. I was so sorry at this point for trying a lunch special but remained hopeful. The Spicy Chicken was so damn sweet I was only able to eat about half of it and the fried rice was a flavorless utter disappointment. So when our waitress, Silvia, came by to see how things were going, I told her that it was just not what I expected and left it at that. She was offering dessert on the house since I'd left so much food but I was just over the entire disappointing meal. No need for dessert since the chicken was cloyingly sweet. She returned with the check and had used her employee discount because she felt badly and I suppose the manager wasn't willing to comp my lunch special and agreed to let her use her discount. Silvia was the highlight of this visit and I can assure you, if I'd seen the Yelp reviews before the visit I'd have kept driving to Chinatown. Live & learn and I hope if they continue doing a lunch special they will focus on some diversity in the entrees and quality control so one can minimally expect their food to be fresh and hot. They rearranged things since my last visit. This is a great spot to meet up with friends or family. The parking lot is always full. You can have reservations, but I may also recommend to go for an early dinner to avoid the wait. I gave 4 stars because for some reason unless someone else invites I can't think of a reason to stop by. It may be that it's a bit pricer than other asian restaurant options. I did a curbside pickup online order at 5:45pm for a pick up of 6:02pm of 2 orders of Kung Pao Shrimp and 1 order of the pan seared shrimp dumplings. Unfortunately, even using their text pickup option my order wasn't ready for pickup until 6:20pm instead of the said time for pickup of 6:02pm. The individual that was in charge of the curbside orders had no idea that they even had a text option. I showed her the texts and she was still surprised and said she didn't even know it was an option.. kind of strange since this isn't the first time I've done a curbside pickup and used this option... after reviewing the text messages she went back to the kitchen the kitchen to verify the status of my order and said that it would take a couple minutes .. At 6:05pm I asked her for an update since I received a text message that my food was ready.. she stated that my order is ready she's just waiting for it to be bagged... I asked her again at 6:15pm and she stated the same statement as she did previously.... and then again I asked her 6:20pm and she finally got my order. Food is ALWAYS great, which is the ONLY reason I come back everytime.... 5 stars for strictly the food, but the 3 stars are the inept curbside service that I recieved. P.F. Chang's. Probably the closest thing to an upscale Chinese chain restaurant that I know of, I've never been disappointed in the food, at least. I've found, however, that the service tends to vary depending on which one you go to -- and in this case, the relatively slow service was really the only thing that prevented me from fully enjoying my experience here. Anyway, my mother and I came here for dinner and ended up taking advantage of the happy hour deals. Even when we sat in the bar area, it took a good ten or so minutes before we even got any attention -- that I attribute to the general lack of servers in the bar area. There was really only one person taking orders and busing for that part of the restaurant. We ordered pork and shrimp dumplings, cauliflower tempura, calamari and vegetable tempura, crab wontons, and a large bowl of wonton soup to split since it was unseasonably cold at the time. Again, it took a while for our food to come out, but when it did come out it came out quickly, which we appreciated. What we didn't appreciate was having empty and dirty plates piled up on our table as the food came out -- and with it being a small table, we felt rushed, like we had to finish eating everything quickly or we wouldn't have room for the next part of our order. Again, this is due to the lack of servers in the bar area -- please fix that, management? Please? We also noticed that people who were in the bar area who ordered entrees were waiting upwards of 20-30 minutes before getting their orders -- which is much longer than you'd really want to wait for food, and why I'm glad that we took advantage of happy hour. Afterwards we got dessert -- their good fortune cheesecake -- and even then we still had enough dirty plates on our table that we were concerned over having space for the mini dessert. You can even see that in the photos I have attached to this review. While the food didn't disappoint, the service and the lack of servers where we ate detracted from our enjoyment of our meal. I'm hopeful that this will be remedied sooner rather than later, but until then I think I'll stick to my usual location in Town Square... read more

I just ordered online pickup from them tonight. While the food was decent there were two things wrong that make me give them a one star rating. One is that the food was supposed to be ready for pickup when I got there, it was not, I had to wait 27 minutes for my pickup order, so from the time of order until I was able to walk out the door with it was about 50 minutes. The second and biggest reason I will not be ordering from them again is the price and portions. I ordered entrees Mongolian Beef and Sesame chicken with extra meat and what I received looked like small lunch portion rather than a dinner entree with extra meat, they charged a pretty penny for this too. I came here for a business dinner. The service was excellent!!! One of the best servers I have had. The food was excellent! The fried green beans are amazing! Everything came out hot, fresh and tasted great! No complaints there. They also left plenty of time between appetizers and the main course. No issues with getting everything all at once. The only suggestion I would make is when you come to a place like this, have menus. Not a QR code or a paper menu. I understand the reasoning behind this, but P.F. My girlfriend likes the food, so I have reluctantly ordered from this location many times. There is not a single good quality about this place. The food is fine, but you will have to make SURE that you check your Togo orders because there is a 100% chance that your order is wrong. Also, if you want something not listed online (like a side order of rice for example) you will have to call in to order rather than place the order online. This is a problem because there is about a 65% chance that you will be on a long hold and then untimely disconnected. Save your headache and order from the Chang's in town square or just go a different direction all together. read more

Solid date night meal. We arrived at 7:15PM and were quickly seated. After perusing the menu we opted to have a couple glasses of plum wine and ordered our entrees. The wife ordered the Kung Pao Chicken which is served with spicy sichuan chili sauce, peanuts, green onion and red chili peppers. We also asked for some chili sauce to dip the chicken for some added heat 4/5. I ordered the Crispy Honey Shrimp which is battered and covered in a tangy honey sauce with green onions 4/5. Rice accompanies both entrees so we opted to have a mix of brown and white. Nice attentive server quick to refill the waters and inquire how the meal was progressing. It's been some time since we came here for happy hour and now after seeing the menu and the new cocktail listing, I am sure we will be back soon to partake. Service Okay The Food Was Just fresh Out Of The Freezer It Was So Good For Many Years Now Just A Very $$$$ Fast Food Joint

Worst dining experience since COVID-19. Rude hostess, poor service even after multiple reminders for refills, missing sides & a request for management. They refused to give us a paper menu and insisted we download a QR reader so that we could view the full menu. After downloading the QR reader we were finally able to see the available menu. We waited 15 minutes for our server to take our drinks, another 15 minutes for the drinks. During these 30 minutes we noticed the dirt walls and mirrors we were sat in front of. Our table was just adjacent to the kitchen so we witnessed employees without PPE, masks and/or gloves including one of the cooks. Finally, our drinks and appetizers showed up 10 minutes later our entrees. Our food was cold: Korean steak was rare and cold, ribs appeared re-warmed so they were cold and tough, the accompanying potatoes to each entree were hard as if uncooked. Icing on the cake was when I asked for a knife to cut my ribs and was brought a butter knife. At this point, we were done. I was done. P. F. Chang's at Green Valley Ranch is a great place for lunch or dinner. This location is near I-215 and Green Valley Parkway. They have their own lot, with plenty of parking. The wait staff here is always friendly. The food is consistently good and if reasonably good quality. My most recent visit for lunch was tougher than usual - with the server bringing the incorrect food a few times. Unfortunately, we were pressed for time and didn't complain - the food was still tasty, but just not exactly what we ordered. However, based on multiple visits to this location- this is definitely not the norm! Not the best Chinese in town - but it's good, and it's a great place to meet friends or do a business meeting! read more

This is a review of the Green Valley operation. We reserved a booth for two on Saturday night (7/19/25) and were amazed at how few patrons there were. We were seated quickly, but I then began receiving text messages as if I were not there, saying that we had only a few minutes more to arrive before we lost our reservation. Then another one came that said "See you next time." It was a harbinger of things to come. I ordered the miso glazed salmon with brown rice. My wife ordered pepper steak and white rice. A simple order, right? After about 20 minutes the server brought out my salmon with fried rice (not brown rice). Instead of pepper steak and white rice for my wife, the server plopped down Mongolian beef and noodles! The server blamed the kitchen, but she should have checked to make sure the order was correct before bringing it out. Another 15 minutes transpired before the correct pepper steak, white rice, and brown rice appeared. Meanwhile the salmon was getting cold. The salmon dish came with large pieces of tasteless broccoli. But there was no knife to slice it up, just a fork and chopsticks. We will probably never eat here again -- and neither should you. read more

I am somewhat new to the area and discovered PF Chang's by accident one day while shopping at the District. Overall I like this place, they have a great happy hour in the bar area. Usually I enjoy great service with a smile, but last week I stopped in and had a less then positive experience which prompted me to write my first ever review on Yelp! I sat down at the bar as normal, however this time I was not greeted by the bartender. It took the bartender sometime to acknowledge me which was surprising since the bar area was not busy. I ordered a draft beer and an order of the chicken lettuce wraps. It took a more then few minutes for the beer, but the food came out timely and was great as usual. Finished my first beer and was waiting to order second when I finally got the bartenders attention. She came by and told me she would get to me "when she could". When I finally got my second beer I had already finished my food. The bartender had an attitude that was basically "I don't care". I found this really uncharacteristic considering how welcome I had been treated in bar on my previous visits. For lack of a better description she was a total "B". On the way out the door I asked the hostess who was tending bar today since I had not encountered her before. I was told her name was Larissa (sp?). I feel bad for other bartenders (who have all been wonderful) but next time I come in and Larissa is behind the bar I will turn around and take my business elsewhere. read more

We started with the crab wontons, the veggie lettuce wraps, the spring rolls & kung pao brussel sprouts. We shared the kung pao shrimp and the honey shrimp for the main course. Pleasant Atmosphere and Surprisingly Great Sushi! I came in with my daughter for a late lunch. The hostess immediately greeted us upon arrival. Super friendly and quick to seat us. We were seated on a high booth giving us a good view of the whole venue. The restaurant has a modern and sophisticated twist. A QR code code is needed to view the menu but I am sure if you request a regular menu, they will provide it to you. We were surprised to see that sushi was offered ( YAY !) and decided to share a few items. Edamame, Dynamite Roll, Kung Pao Dragon Roll, and a small side salad. Dish presentation was on point and flavor profiles were amazing! I loved how creative the rolls were prepared. The sushi had different flavors to each bite with the different sauces ( YUMM ). I also appreciated the server did not automatically bring out water to the table like some other venues do. So good that I did not take any pics this time around!
