I placed an order online. Went to pick it up. It was not ready yet as I was told, which was fine. Except that after taking my name three times the waiter finally came back with a manager (after 30 minutes!!) to tell me there was no order under my name. I did make a mistake (verified once I got back home) by not clicking on the "place order"button as I thought I did. However the waiter was totally incompetent. Instead of telling me "we do not have an order under your name, would you like to place an order now?" , he lets me wait 30 minutes and comes back with a manager as clueless as he was! We regularly order from PF Chang's. This time we ordered directly through their website instead of a third party delivery app. This time it was a bad experience. The rice was dry, beef was too salty. Finally some runner brings our soups came out, cold...which was expected, then on top of that our server then comes with another batch of soups. Obviously communication wasn't our servers strength. I love Chinese food, and this is a nice spin compared to most traditional restaurants. I ordered the Singapore Street noodles, which was supposed to have a curried noodles tossed in chicken, shrimp, beef and vegetables. It was nice, however I expected a little more "curry" in the flavor considering. But once I added the chilli paste that came with it, the noodles were even better. It also came with a mixed green salad that had a creamy lemon zest vinaigrette dressing. Overall, I think the ambiance of this place is quite nice, great for small get togethers with friends or a nice night out. read more

Ashley was our server last night. Highly impressed but the service and food. We have been coming here for years. My one complaint has been consistent with every meal, the service is so slow. It usually takes 5-10 mins just to get greeted. Get drinks and get the order in. They are definitely on island time. We sat down at the coldest table in the restaurant, asked our server if we could move and if it would mess up rotation and she said "whatever we can do to accommodate you, it's your evening" which was the perfect answer. We didn't want to change servers so we literally sat at a cold table and drank hot soki just so we didn't have to get a different waitress. We ordered the fried green beans-which are always amazing. Must have it with sauce otherwise a bit bland. I would recommend they add a vegan sauce to go with them. We also got the veggie spring rolls which are phenomenal, and the Buddha's feast bowl with fried tofu. The tofu is pan fried-not fried fried, which is misleading but everything was great! We were all full and satisfied from our meal-which was plenty for three. But Ashley convinced us to get dessert and I'm so glad she did, we got the cheese cake and the donuts. The cheesecake was creamy but served in a warm plate which is strange, and would have tasted better cold. The donuts were 5 stars in itself though. You must save room for the donuts! I hadn't been here in a while, but I was in the area and too hungry to go home and cook. Placing the order was quick and easy. The hostess was very friendly while taking the order. I decided upon chicken fried rice, an order of ribs, and egg rolls. Excellent choice because everything was extremely fresh! Their fried rice is so good and I love that it's not greasy. There's the option to add chicken, pork, shrimp or a combination of protein. I've had the chicken and shrimp before and both were delicious. The ribs were equally tasty because they were tender and flavorful. As a woman who appreciates good ribs, I have much respect for ribs that nearly fall from the bone. The ribs came with a side of slaw which was decent. The egg rolls were also fresh and tasty. Right now I try to avoid having to pay at restaurants but here I had to use their handheld to process my hard. I had gloves and hand sanitizer so be prepared for that. read more

We started with appetizers: crab rangoon, fried shrimp dumpling, egg drop soup and hot and sour soup. The crab rangoon was dry, don't like the recipe, the shrimp dumplings were 7/10, the hot and sour was 8/10, now the egg drop soup looked and tasted like dishwater, I thought adding salt and pepper would help, Nope, took off tab. Next our entrees, I got chicken lo mein, very dry, celery overload 4/10, my gf got honey shrimp with a side of dry lo mein 8/10. Where do I even start with this one... The good: service & cocktails. So good, and our waiter was so patient and just good! Very nice, affable, very punctual and explained everything without much prompting. Always paid attention to water, very on top of everything. The night was super busy but he paid the perfect amount of attention. Lovely service. Cocktails are very yummy, a good amount of alcohol and the flavors are great. Giving an extra star for the service & drinks. The bad: food. It's not just limited to this particular location, but it spans across all P.F. Chang's locations. The food is just a higher quality Pei Wei. The taste is not unique, the dishes are average, etc. Obviously, the food is inauthentic. Usually I don't have anything against that but everything here tasted similar, all too cloyingly sweet, not a good balance of flavor. Not to mention, probably not worth the price. The portions are rather small, and the value is just not worth, imo. Good place for a not super casual, but casual night out (as romantic an ambiance as you can get with an Chinese restaurant in this area). My husband and I went here for date night on Saturday. Julia was our server. Everything was amazing! We had pan fried pork dumplings do an appetizer. I had Mongolian beef and my hubby had the spare ribs. The only thing wrong with the food was the ribs were a little dry. We had the sticky toffee pudding and apple crunch for dessert. Definitely the most overpriced fast food in the world, shortened their sizes and they will say they weigh the food before cooking but it's all cooked in the same wok and will be measured by eye when plated by sloppy workers who just wanna get through it, the rice is absolute trash. You can find better and cheaper Asian cuisine at a whole in the wall restaurant, staff is wonderful but if you have money to throw away this place is for you. Dined in for the first time at this location today. Such a cute spot for a date night or girls night for happy hour. Pretty sad I arrived an hour later than happy hour, theirs looked to be pretty good. I definitely want to come back for it. I was indecisive on what to order, it was between sushi and the vietnamese salad (I know, neither are Chinese, lol). I ended up getting the vietnamese salad, because it looked more appealing and I was more in the mood for that. The salad was flavorful, some spice and the shrimp was a nice touch. I wouldn't order it again though, the spice added up and it didn't wow me. However, the crispy honey chicken? - SO GOOD. Definitely recommend. Our server was attentive. However, I find it a bit odd that we were given a plastic to go container to put our food in and the table next to us had theirs boxed up by their waiter in the small Chinese take out boxes with wire handles? I really didn't mind, as our plastic take out container looks cooler and is reusable, but just found it kind of odd. I also noticed we weren't offered, nor shown a dessert menu/tray. Wonder why.. The worse Mongolian I have ever had at any Chang's anywhere. Not the flavor, but the quality of the beef they are using at this location. Literally tasted like old beef jerky. Stop buying lower quality beef to keep your food costs down. This is a 19.00 dish. No one cared as they took my plate away that was hardly touched. Asked if they had floss and he thought that was funny. To top it off, we were solicited on the way out by some weird group of people who were authorized by Chang's because they had a table set up. Begging for money. Not a good look guys. We spend a 100.00 on subpar food and then get hounded all the way to the car for a donation. Came here a few times with family and I realized that they're consistently bad. The establishment is big and there are a lot of tables. Service is usually not bad. Sometimes they would disappear, but every now and then they would pop in to see how you're doing. PAD THAI- rice noodles, thai spices, tofu, green onion, crushed peanuts, and shrimp This dish is bland. The tofu was not seasoned. I couldn't taste any thai spices. If I had to describe this dish it would just be one-note. No flavor whatsoever. CHILI-GARLIC GREEN BEANS I liked the crispness of the green beans and the garlic flavors. Texture and flavor were on point. SALT & PEPPER CALAMARI- wok-crisped calamari with fresno peppers and sweet chili dipping sauce The calamari didn't have that crisp skin and the flavors weren't impressive. There was no wow factor. The dipping sauce was too light and didn't really serve any type of purpose to the dish. HUNAN DRAGON WINGS- hunan spice, chili jam, sesame seeds, and pickled vegetables The chicken wasn't dry, but the flavors didn't soak into the meat. The skin had a sweetness to it, but once you've eaten through the skin, the chicken was bland. The flavors were lacking. WOK-CHARRED BRUSSELS SPROUTS This is the dish I liked most. The brussels sprouts had a nice crunchiness and I liked the sweet char on the skin. There was some citrus notes, which added a deeper layer of flavor to the subtle spice. MONGOLIAN BEEF- sweet soy glaze, flank steak, garlic, and snipped green onion The meat was tough and chewy. I liked that the sweetness worked well with the flavors of the garlic, but it was nothing original or amazing. MA PO TOFU- spicy red chili sauce, crispy silken tofu, and steamed broccoli I was so disappointed because the tofu was bland. The texture was soft, but the lack of seasoning made this dish unoriginal and basic. The broccoli was steamed to the point that it lost its crispness so it was too mushy. CECILIA'S DUMPLING- pan-fried and drizzled with a light chili sauce The dumplings did not taste fresh. The odor of the pork was so strong that we had to return it to the kitchen. They made us a new batch, but there was the same problem. If the pork wasn't so bad then the dish would've been really good because I really liked the chili sauce. It was sweet and savory with a hint of spice. The food here is boring and not worth the time and money. I would prefer to dine elsewhere. Service here slow and the servers would disappear. The manager Travis went above and beyond for us today. We have had two deaths in two days. My pregnant daughter and I were both completely stressed and hangry. I offered to buy our lunch if she would fly to pick it up. We had issues with leaving cards at home (mine and hers) and Travis went out of his way to help us sort it out.
