Great place to celebrate special occasions. Free valet parking, excellent service, phenomenal food. They've got a kitchen in the back where everything is prepared fresh daily--plus great Kill Bill / La Femme Nakita-esque atmospheric decor to top it off. Worst ambiance of any PFC's I've ever been to. Bright lights, uncomfortable tables, and generally bad spatial organization. The real killer was the service - why do we have to ask multiple times to get water for everyone at the table? To order food? To pay? Still pricey for portion size. Quality is usually good most are consistent. Done a good job in training non Chinese chefs. They get a good wok hei (which is where flame jumps in wok giving food a great char effect. Home chefs unless you have outside propane tank cannot create the wok heat needed to properly cook chinese. Using flank steak primarily for beef dishes they know secrets of marinade and tenderization. They also tend to cook in more oil getting good carmelization and Lee kum sauces very authentic. Dishes probably more Chinese American style. When they first opened first 5-6 yrs they were very very good. Today there decent but overpriced for what u get. JMHO read more

After a really lackluster experience with take out at the Highland Village P.F. Chang's, it had been a while. The excuse came up recently to check out their replacement location next to the Galleria, and needless to say, I was not disappointed. The decor of this location is much fresher and service was on point. We started with pork egg rolls, then moved onto the Kung Pao Chicken and Crispy Honey Chicken. It was the typical P.F. Chang's experience but it was very tasty at that. My only request is that the menu could be clearer in terms of calories. The Kung Pao Chicken was listed on the menu as being 960 calories -- I learned later after checking on their online ordering site that rice, while included with the chicken, is not included in the calorie count. Big oops. A good time and great flavors at Chang's. A dependable choice, I'm sure we'll be back if we're craving Chinese and are in the area. read more

I checked out this new location because I really haven't been to a PF Chang's in years. It's definitely smaller that how I'm used to seeing it as it's attached to a business building, which also means no horse outside lol. I sat at the bar and ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken & fried rice. And tried their boba drink. The chicken had it's same usual taste. Nothing really exciting. It's been over a week and my stomach hasn't been back to normal. My lunch partner had the chicken bowl and was fine. Stay away from their shrimp. Zero stars. Service was ok. Wasn't bad, wasn't great. Usually at the end of a meal, I'm asked "can I get you any dessert/ anything else?" But instead "can I get you more drinks to go?" They clearly wanted us out before the lunch rush. Two stars. The two of us came here Tuesday night for dinner to use $100 in gift cards we got for Christmas. My wife loved the Chinese New Year drink you all had and her beef and broccoli. The spicy green beans before the meal were outstanding! However, my spicy chicken wasn't spicy at all. It tasted more like sweet and sour chicken with broccoli. I was not impressed. Had I known it wouldn't be that flavorful I would have asked to make it hotter. We will be back because of the location and because you all just opened this location. My husband and I have always wanted to try this place. And this location was very nice. Our waiter was great. I ordered the chicken pad Thai which are waiter recommended getting a side of the spicy green bean dipping sauce. That was the way to go. It added so much flavor to the pad Thai. My husband got the Chang spicy chicken and it was crispy, crunchy and delicious. We both had a pomegranate lemonade. These were really good and made by the bartender. Kind of like a mocktail. We also had two appetizers not pictured. We ordered the chicken, lettuce wraps and the pork egg rolls. Everything was good but it was a little pricey. I guess you pay for the ambiance. read more

I came by the restaurant around 6pm, after the caterer who was supposed to deliver dinner for 35 students that night bailed on us. Lauren was extremely helpful, and helped me decide what would be best for us to have for dinner, advised on the quantities and took the dinner order for us. I utilized P.F. Chang's catering for a recent birthday party and had the most incredible experience. However it didn't start off that way. The website and on site ordering systems need a major overhaul as it made the ordering process varied. Managers explained that certain computers on site had software that others didn't, and that the customer facing website shows different pricing and menu options than their on site registers do. The day I called in the manager Adam shared their card system was down, while this was not my experience, I can see how these mishaps can affect the staffs ability to provide efficient service. Other than that, the team was incredible in helping me place a large order for 10+ people. Iman, Adam, and Nicole specifically took their time and patience to help me answer questions and personally assisted me with troubleshooting the technology mishaps. Adam took the time to answer questions over the phone. Iman was great when I arrived in person and walked me through placing my order. And Nicole was top notch with offering different menu options and ensuring my order would be correct, which it was, all 14 dishes! The order was delivered early and hot and fresh. we booked a family celebration at 5 yesterday Sunday Oct 2. we had to wait some time for the table, even though the restaurant was not busy. The service was poor, disinterested, and even worse. Half the meals arrived after a considerable delay, the other half didnt arrive until 20/30 minutes later, and were cold. this spoilt the whole family celebration. IF YOU DOT HAVE SUFFICIENT STAFF TO RUN THE RESTAURANT PROPERLY, ESPECIALLY IN THE KITCHEN, DO NOT OPEN, OR ENSURE YOUR BOOKINGS DO NOT EXCEED YOUR CAPACITY. Just a not good experience. The place is poorly managed. They only scheduled one waiter. The tuna sushi was very low quality. High quality sushi can be found at Kata Robata this is mushy inferior stuff. The plates, utensils, and glassware were all dirty and had blemishes and spots on them. When the other helpers came by I was about to ask for something and they just walked away twice. There's zero vegetables with the chicken and rice. Our waiter forgot to bring the hot & sour soup.
