One word to describe this restaurants food. SALTY. The food here is obviously not authentic and definitely caters to the American pallet. So I'm not surprised that the stuff we ordered would be filled with a huge cup of salt. We ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce and the combination lo mein. It was just way too salty I had to grab some rice so my mouth wouldn't dry up. This is the reason why I usually hate chain restaurants because everything is so greasy and salty. Probably the worst P.F. Chang's I have been to. The service is just not good. We called ahead to make reservations knowing it would probably be a wait on a Friday night. Arrived early, about 25 minutes before our reservation. We were told it would still be a 40 minute wait even with our reservation (we knew we might have to wait until our reservation time, which wasn't an issue) it became an issue when we weren't seated until 30 minutes after our reservation, almost a full hour after we had arrived. I love this place. I gave gone to a few locations and had awful service but not this time. We usually only go once a year for birthdays or events. This time we went to celebrate and find out our babys gender. Our food was so good and our service was amazing. The server said it was his first day, idk if he was kidding or not because he was AMAZING. I have never loved (or tipped) a server so much (His name was Isaac). They did bring out the wrong meal for my boyfriend. But fixed it right away. It wasn't a big deal at all. We weren't upset. P.F. Chang's has always had great food, but they really stepped up the presentation and customer service since we were there last. Every plate that came out looked like it belonged on a brochure. Our Server, Jack, was top notch! He provided us with hot, wet towels for our hands, poured the sauce across our dumplings on a sizzling hot plate, and made sure our drinks were always full. I haven't experienced service like this in many 5 Star steakhouses. Furthermore, the bill was very reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

Just went there tonight about 9:45 pm and ordered sushi and shrimp dumplings, DISGUSTING. The sushi was hot! I never had HOT sushi in my life! Shrimp dumplings looked like they were there all day and just heated up, it was so nasty. I asked to speak to the manager, Ben came and once showing him the food he then said "so what can I do for you", me and my fiancée left. Disgusting and horrible customer service. Very UNDER staffed. Tables everywhere left unbussed. The bar was even unbussed, while a dozen folks waited out front. Hosts and waiters are frazzled apologizing for the disaster of a restaurant. Our waiter, Gage, however, was FANTASTIC!!! Calm, cool, polite on top of everything as chaos swirled around us. Management your table turns must be off by 30%. Fast service today for us as we stopped in as we were passing through town. Several of the friends in my party had never been to a P.F. Chang's before. We had the lettuce wraps and dumplings for appetizers. Both were seasoned well and very tasty. We ordered a selection of sushi rolls which were all good and a bit spicy. Not really Chinese food but this place seems to be crowded (at least the bar was) . The food was ok but sort of bland especially since i ordered their new addition to their menu, thai harvest curry chicken (which they didn't ask how spicy i wanted it). Maybe tonight was a bad night because the sound of broken dishes rang continuously throughout the night (hopefully it didn't end up in the food). This PF Chang is near the mall, which makes it a fancy alternative to a Panda Express food court egg roll. The menu is extensive, and generally the food is good. I like the lettuce wraps, myself. And don't forget the novel little sauces they provide you here. You can mix and match to make the right flavor combo, so there's that. Staff has been good to me here. There's an outdoor patio area which is large and equipped with heat lamps. All around, not bad. read more

So, I typically like PF Changs, it's a fairly good chain restaurant, and you always know what to expect when you order. On this particular visit, the service was lacking, but the food was exactly what you would expect from a Changs. We went at 11pm (they close at midnight on the weekends) and they had already tossed the brown rice for the night (an hour before closing?) and there was really no apology for it, our server just brought white rice and said that's all they had to offer. Then when we asked for to go containers and a side of white rice to go, our server returned to said they had already tossed it out as well now. One of my favorite establishments in the Park Meadows area, because the dine-in experience is a must. The views, breathtaking. The atmosphere, pleasant and warm. The food, always a win in my book. Whether we take a seat at the bar for some drinks and apps, or a booth in the dining room, I am always satisfied with the service. A few weeks ago, I ordered a vodka sprite with a lemon, choosing Kettle One vodka. The bartender was charming as he made our drinks, and stepped aside to cut some fresh lemons. I continued to chat with my friend and didn't watch him actually make the drinks. He set them down, asked if we were ready to order our food, and then promptly realized he had used the wrong vodka in my drink! I told him not to fret or worry, that I would be ordering a second drink later and would fix it then. He insisted that he remake the drink, admitting to his mistake. I was beyond impressed and was happy to give him the large tip he deserved. I only wish I had gotten his name! It's because of service like that, something so simple, that I continue to revisit P.F. I hadn't been to P.F. Chang in years before visiting recently during a trip to Denver but I'll definitely be visiting more after the positive experience I had. The service was great, atmosphere/decor was cozy & the food was fantastic. I ordered the mandarin chicken w/the egg rolls as an appetizer. I didn't care for the egg rolls but I ate them because I paid for them. They had a bitter taste to them & didn't have a hint of the sweetness I expected. The mandarin chicken more than made up for it though. It was delicious... the perfect blend of sweet & spicy. The chicken & veggies were cooked to perfection too. I can't wait to visit P.F. This location has good food and service if you dine in. On the other hand, I will never order via grubhub, postmates, etc... again. Not due to the delivery service but due to the quality of food being delivered. First order -weeks ago, was incorrect. The order last night was not good. Pad Thai had no sauce (eating dry-un flavored noodles) and the sesame chicken was tough to eat. For the record, this is my first yelp review and I'm not a picky eater. Have not been here for quite awhile. Ordered a salad, lettuce wraps and Brussel sprouts with pineapple. The salad was pretty good. I ordered it with the shrimp. I expected regular sized shrimp. The shrimp on the salad was very small and all uniform in size which reminded me of canned shrimp. The lettuce wraps were pretty good. First of all, what a view from the deck!! Just too bad for us that a huge thunder down pour started right before we were about to walk in. We ended up sitting at the bar since all the deck people moved indoors but what a delightful experience we had. The staff was 100% on top of each and every customer, there were no waits or lack of service, ever. That said, the food is just as yummy as always. Great meal! We had just arrived back in Denver from Germany. Wanted something Chinese and light. Dumplings and Tsao chicken were perfect. Pinot Grigio wine to go with it was wonderful. My wife likes sauvignon blanc; they have a great selection to keep us both happy. Service was excellent, as usual, and the vibe was fun. It was really busy for 8:30 pm! I've been going to PF Chang's for many years now and the food is usually delicious or they fix it for you. I had the mongolian beef lunch with a cup of sweet/sour soup, no drink, ate in around 11:45 Friday. It was hot and delicious, service was quick and friendly, atmosphere was clean and pleasant noise level, especially for business lunch hour during the week. This location has an amazing patio. My only complaint is: soup used to come with the lunch, now it's an add-on. $16 seemed a little high for what I had, but maybe a sign of the times. This is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, I used to work in the business and a cup of soup seems like a low expense item that you can include in a business lunch and given the volume of customers still make a profit. I definitely recommend it for the yummy and healthy food choices. I'm glad they got rid of the valet parking (at least it wasn't there during lunch like it used to be), now you can park in the first few rows without having to tip someone. It seemed a little pretentious. Consider toning down on the green onion tops as garnish, way too many. It's pretty, but I have to pick it all off and they add no flavor vs thin sliced green onion from the bulb of the plant included in the dish. I noticed others removing them as well, maybe that is expected but seems like a waste. In future, I'll have to remember to ask to not include these. read more

I really enjoy going to P.F. Chang's for all our big family events, birthdays and promotions. Recently, I felt like their recipes have changed and their prices have gotten higher. I called and spoke to the manager ( sorry I can't remember his name) and he was so gracious and kind. He explained that their recipes and menu have changed.
