Service was awful. I kept asking for rice that was cooked all the way, but I kept getting rice that was maybe half way cooked.

A solid three stars. Atmosphere and service is great, but the food is mediocre at best. It doesn't doesn't taste fresh, more like reheated frozen food with a few fresh garnishes. Very salty and heavy on sauces to camouflage the protein. We've visited a few times but this will probably be our last. Its just too expensive for the quality of food they serve. We visited last night. Food was what we expected from a chain restaurant Service was quick and good. The only thing was as hubby and I were chatting whilst waiting for our check a young girl who did not identify herself came by our table. Rudely interrupted our conversation and asked how everything was. We therefore assumed she was maybe a manager?. Hard to determine as she was dressed as if sge were going or coming from the gym.We responded that the food was good. She responded with so everything was delicious? I responded it was good, to which she said " not delicious?....(she Kind of chuckled) and said " what's wrong". We responded nothing is wrong the food was good and again she said "but not delicious". Then she walked away. No idea who she was, no idea what her point was. If she is a manager she would benefit greatly from a class in social etiquette. read more

Im from Atlanta, so I was a little skeptical about eating Chinese food at the beach, but it was the only thing open late (that I knew of..) The service was AMAZING. I was in the restaurant industry for 8 years so I naturally pay attention to everything when I walk into a restaurant. Every single staff member I encountered was pleasant and actually looked as if they enjoyed being there. The food was really good as well, got the Kung Pao Chicken with brown rice. Customer service wasn't good . They seated us close to the kitchen which was annoying people constantly coming in and out we been to many P.F. I have always heard wonderful things about P.F. Chang's. I figured it would be a great place to celebrate a birthday. We had a large party and were given two servers who were not very experienced. The service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We remained patient taking into consideration we were a large party. They had forgotten our drink orders multiple times, and our one server had a terrible attitude from the moment we sat down. She was rude, disrespectful, and made me feel uncomfortable ordering food. What was suppose to be a good dining experience for my birthday ended up being a disaster. I would not recommend. read more

Ok let me start off by saying it was wonderful that they had heated outdoor seating available right away...food was great...however our waiter needs Ritalin half way through our order he walked away and came back 5 mins later after he realized what he did...then when we got our food finally we needed more drinks he took the order and disappeared then we waited a while and the finally came then we finished our meal and we waited probably a good 20 mins before we grabbed another waitresses attention so we could have our check when a manager came to bring it to us he was inattentive but at least he was nice it was just an odd experience but at least the food was good read more

We made reservations for our party of six for 6:30 PM on Friday, September 5, 2014. The restaurant was very busy but our table was ready at least five minutes early. Our server was LG and he was great! Our appetizer arrived quickly as did our drinks. He kept our drinks full all evening. Our Food Was Delicious! We had a few leftovers which were placed in a carryout bag with an origami fold closure. LG was very pleasant during our entire meal. We will definitely be returning! read more

We came in this evening, around 4:45PM, there was no wait and we were immediately taken to a table. We were greeted and served drinks by Jeremy, the General Manager who was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful in decision-making. After our drinks were served, our waiter, who came in for the 5PM shift, Marlon, brought our egg-roll appetizers. He was extremely nice and welcoming, and was attentive throughout our entire meal. Marlon did an excellent job of distributing our meals so that we would all have a chance to try each plate if we liked. He brought us drink refills when we were nearing empty glasses and checked up on us midway through our meal. He was personable and enjoyable to speak with throughout the evening. The Banana Spring Rolls were heavenly, to round out the meal. Fantastic food complimented by superior service. A+ read more

Made reservations for 8PM. I guess the reservations kept you from having to wait for 2 hours. We only had to wait for 40 minutes. I know it was a Friday night but couldn't one of the "3" snotty hostess's have got out there and helped turn the tables to help catch up. Our waiter appeared new and had trouble getting check back to us. The whole experience made the food seem less than average and made you very critical. I found myself picking everything apart including noodles in the lettuce wraps. Obviously stale compared to how they are normally crunchy. Thought I was gonna break a tooth on one. Will not go back. I felt like our party of 4 and the many other people standing upfront waiting on tables were the subject of the 3 hostess's comments as I noticed them continually looking over and giggling with each other. read more

This past Saturday my husband and I went to our favorite Asian dining at PF CHANGS. We were seated promptly and our server Michael was quite funny and attentive. It was extremely crowded which shouldn't have made a difference in the quality of food served to us. Drinks came in a timely fashion and so did our meals including pork fried rice which was ordered. Needless to say the rice was over cooked and gummy, which is not their usual way of serving this item. There were large pieces of very fatty pork which was odd. Our meals were not hot at all, luke warm at best. We didn't complain as we knew it would take to long to wait for reheating. I'm not sure if at this rate it will remain a favorite restaurant in the future. The only reason for three stars is for the great server. Well after I posted this review, there was a less than desirable reply. They thanked me for the review and said they would pass it on to their team. I would have expected a little more restitution from such a prestigious Asian Restaurant. We spent hard earned money for a great meal when all we received was mediocre. Not the best PF Chang's I've been to, but no complaints on the service and atmosphere. My meal was nothing special, don't expect to be mindblown or anything...but it is still a decent place to eat in the Market Common area and most people seem to like it. read more

I love PF Changs but after our last visit I will not be back to this location! Food was good. The hostess was nice but our server was not at the level expected. It is a shame because I took my mom and sister there for their 1st visit to a PF Changs. We order appetizers and we told our server that we would order our drinks and entrees late. She never came back to check on us!! I finally called her over and we order. There was no offers for more wine or to refill our waters or my mom's coffee. Again she never came back! She came over while sweeping the floor and said "You doing ok?" The night ended with a small vistor crawling onto the back of my cushion! I capture it with my napkin giving it to the hostess. Telling her take it away!!! The Manager came over and barely apologized and she did not seem to be concern with having pests. She gave us 25% off. We will not be back! read more

I've never gotten a bad meal here. Rather than settle into some standbys, I decided to expand and try new appetizers and entrees. For the price, the quality is superb. At the MB Chang's, the wait staff is good, some excellent, but few are legendary. The chicken wraps are always a good choice for an app to share, so is the ahi tuna, friend green beams, etc. when the menu states " the spiciest dish on the menu", take then at their word. The Dali chicken brought a sweat to by brow...I loved it! All the salmon, and chicken dishes are hit, fresh, and delish. Also the egg drop soup is a fave of mine too. The warrior club gives you free apps and food discounts. This is certainly worth a sign up! Also, get the Chang's app if you have a smart phone! The only reason they got 4 instead of 5 is management needs to be more responsive and wait staff better trained. Also, just discovered they accept reservations. Otherwise, it will stay in my rotation if fave restaurants. read more

Nice area. Restaurant was busy, but service was great and fast once we were seated. The spicy wings were excellent. Crispy and the sauce had a kick at the end that may be too hot for some, but perfect if you aren't afraid of a little spice. Spring rolls were good the dipping sauce is the bomb. Pork dumplings were pan fried and yummy. Again, the sauce here was great. The portion sizes are big. Even the kids meal portion was big. We got fried rice and lo mein in addition to the white rice that comes with the meals. Would skip that if you like white or brown rice, because it's just too much food. But they were both good. Spicy chicken was excellent, not too spicy. I could have handled a little more heat, but for my friend, it was plenty hot. Probably typical PF Changs, but we don't have one close to where we live, so it's a treat for us. read more

Seated immediately at lunch. Food was piping hot, fresh, and delicious. Service was good, not great...but my wife drinks 5-6 refills every meal and he kept up with it so kudos. We've been to this location a few time and it's always good however our latest visit was a perfect display of incredible customer service. We arrived just before the end of happy hour (literally minutes) and our waitress was fantastic about letting us still get the happy hour rate for our app, that's probably common but she really was sweet about it. We ordered the wings and she did warn us they are very hot, we love spicy food so we weren't worried but still very nice. The gentleman who brought our wings out checked back with us and I asked if there was any kind of sauce people usually ask for or that might go with the wings- he said he'd check. I assumed he was going to dump some ranch in a ramekin and be on his way but he brought out 3 different sauces and explained them! For a chain restaurant to give that level of service- I'm impressed. There is a local guy who owns a few of the more trendy up and coming places in Myrtle beach and their CS is consistently uppity and unfriendly, this visit was so much fun! read more

GREAT GLUTEN FREE MENU. I was soooo happy to find GF egg drop soup, lettuce wraps, and approx 12 dishes on the GF menu. We had GF chicken fried rice, GF Mongolian beef, GF schezuan beef and GF ginger chicken. All really good. I also loved the margarita and coconut lemon sour ( a martini of sorts). First time trying PF Changs after wanting to for along time. My husband and I went around 5, and the place was packed, but we were seated immediately. Our server arrived promptly and she was super friendly and gracious. We ordered egg rolls and potstickers for our apps. They were fresh and delicious the sauce for the potstickers was delicious. We ordered sweet and sour chicken and street noodles to share. I also wanted to try the tuna poke since I have never had it. The tuna poke was fresh and tasty, but a very small portion for 11$. The sweet and sour chicken was delicious, really enjoyed the pineapple chunks in it. The street noodles however was a disappointment they were awful, not sure what taste they are going for. We only ate 2 bites and left the rest to be tossed. Next time I'd like to go back when they have the street food specials. I would recommend them! read more

I absolutely love PF Changs! The atmosphere is relaxing and the service is amazing. My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and we went there a few times and the staff all knows our names. The server explains everything to you in such detail that you are just in awe. They are such nice people. The food is great! My favorite is the Cashew and Almond chicken. Also, try the wonton soup. It is the only wonton soup I have had that has shrimp and chicken in it! You can also reheat this Chinese food unlike any other place because it tastes like garbage. read more

We ordered the spring rolls, dumplings, pork lo mein, and the honey chicken and it was to die for. We always enjoy PF Chang's. Great variety and quality. We do have our favorites. I enjoy Mongolian shrimp or chicken. Mongolian beef is made with flank steak and can be tough. Dim sum is always delicious, but be wary if you can't take hot food; ask for it without the red pepper sauce. You might ask if any food you order is on the spicy side; it can always be made without the heat. I really love the wonton soup which has shrimp, spinach, and pork wontons. Egg drop soup is ok, but I prefer it thick and made with all the egg, not just the whites. Of course the usual Chinese food--sweet and sour dishes and others--is delicious, often with their own twist. Can't really talk about desserts since we're usually too full to have any. I don't think you'll be disappointed going to Chang's! read more

Than our waitress Catie was fantastic very knowledgeable about the menu alongside fantastic suggestions. Well def have to ask for her every time.
