We must have arrived at an off time. We have had dinner a number of times always happy. This time I would say service was off and we had two issues with dinner. My wife's shrimp dish was ordered without melon ball but server delivered with the melon ( so that was returned to the kitchen for a redo ). My crispy chicken was not even close to crispy so we had to wait for the server to come back to our table to return that for a remake. When the server returned with the crispy chicken he told me when he orders that dish he orders it extra crispy so he knows it will be crispy! When the bill was delivered it seemed pricy ! We were being charged for two shrimp dishes ! They issued a new bill and we left. Too many mistakes for one visit. But the appetizers were great ! read more

We went on a Monday for an early supper so it was understandably not busy. Service was good. We had the $39.99 4 course meal for 2 and it may be worth it but is not as great as it sounds. The main course contained ample portions but that price doesn't include drinks? I mean Coke not alcohol. Also the dessert was laughable. It was more of a sample size. Seriously. We busted out laughing when the server brought them. If you want a "regular" size dessert you have to pay extra. All in all it was a decent experience but not 5 star. I feel like 4 star is too generous because had it been busy I know it would have been a different experience. I will round up however & give them the benefit of the doubt. Would I go again? I've never had good service from this location. The staff is always rude and awful. The food is usually mediocre at best. The food is hit or miss. They have curbside, which is never actually curbside. There's always cars parked in curbside and if you double park to get the food they tell you they can't "leave the property" to give it to you and tell you to park at another business and walk over to pick it up. I stopped in today to grab some to go food, sweet and sour chicken and an eggplant dish. It was delicious. I live about 20 miles away and do not get to go there very often since it is a bit of a drive. I sat at the bar and the bartender Rita was really nice and professional. This is a pretty standard P.F. Chang's. I love the lettuce wraps so I make sure to get them every time. The last time I went they had accidentally made an extra chicken chopped salad so they offered it to my husband. It was a nice and tasty surprise. I ordered the mu shu chicken (one of my favorites) and it was delicious. Don't come here expecting gourmet authentic Chinese food because you'll be disappointed but for Americanized Chinese food, it's pretty good. read more

PF Chang's does a great Happy Hour. The food, the service, the location, everything is top notch and I always leave happy. I belly up to the bar and eat my way through their extensive happy hour menu. We always get the chicken lettuce wraps and the pork dumplings but this time we also tried the Jicama street tacos. The tacos are on the small side but are full of flavor and I will be adding them to my regular rotation. This location seems to always be busy but somehow I have managed to get a seat at the bar every time with no wait. I feel the service is better at the bar as well, thank you Justin!They are a chain and it is Americanized Asian food but they do it well and they are consistent. Delicious food at some great prices coupled with some splendid drink specials keeps me coming back for more. PF Chang's don't change a thing! read more

A good place to go with family & friends because of the family style dining, you can share and experiment different plates. But also can be a romantic dinner/lunch with your significant other. If you like oriental food, this is a big step up in quality yet the pricing is affordable. Dinner for two about $30 with enough to take home for next day's lunch. Good service and atmosphere and during the warm weather months, you can dine outside. Try the Asian slaw with spring rolls and Hot and Spicy chicken with shrimp fried rice. This past Saturday night, three booths along the wall were full with customers while tables in the inner, bigger section were empty. Ordered takeout and the staff did not ensure adequate items were packed: no cups or spoons for soup, and no napkins provided. Was there tonight, the hostess sat our table and then we waited 20 minutes and not a single person acknowledged us or came by to take our order so we got up and left. I don't usually leave reviews but my family and I were so disappointed with our order tonight that I had to say something. We have been dining at PF Changs for so many years and we always order the same dishes. The last time we ordered the food wasn't as good but tonight the entire order was horrible. I am not sure if there was a change in the recipes but every single dish we ordered lacked the flavor and quality that we were use to. The sweet and sour chicken was over cooked leaving the usual honey colored sauce dark brown and bitter. The chicken were little bits, mainly breading and skin. The Mongolian Beef was hard, chewy and over salted. Definitely not the same cut of beef. Finally the combination rice was flavorless and bland. We usually don't mind spending the premium cost for these dishes because the flavor profile and quality was always consistent. Unfortunately once a restaurant loses its quality and consistency, this will definitely push people away, as in this case. We will not be going back. read more

(I work in a restaurant and hate to complain like this but the way we were treated and how our food was is unacceptable) Ordered To-go threw door dash as soon as we received our food I looked through the bag and we were missing 2 items and the rest of our food was cold not even lukewarm. So I immediately called and told them they offered to just bring new food but we decided not to considering how bad it already was the first time. So I asked for a refund and offered to take the food in as proof. (Not even 10 min after receiving our food) the lady on the phone told me of corse and she would refund it immediately but never asked for my name or card just my phone number which I thought was weird and then she hung up. I assumed she would just take care of it at that point. The next day I checked online and there was no refund or nothing pending from them either which it would be if there was a refund pending. I called and told them about how I was supposed to get a refund but never did and they asked me if I new who I spoke to last night and I said no I didn't and they said becuase I didn't know who I happened to speak to on the phone I couldn't get my refund (which is something oh never heard of in the restaurant Business and is unacceptable management) I also don't believe they even told me there name last night. I said that not going to happen and that I want a refund like I was told I would get. They told me they would speak with to-go and call me back no one ever called me back it's been 2 days. Really hate to rate a restaurant based on just one visit...but here goes: Lunched there today - Nov. 11, 2008 - for the first time with mixed expectations. This restaurant opened amid great fanfare in the newly minted Market Commons - an ill-conceived plan to create an upscale total living environment on the old Air Force Base in Myrtle Beach. It opened just when the real estate market was circling the toilet and is rumored to have declared bankruptcy. (Market Commons - not P.F.s) Other rumors circulated about Chang's. They declined reservations - they would only accept reservations. The prices were outrageous. The food was wonderful. The food was terrible. Hence the mixed expectations. I never expect authentic Chinese food at a restaurant like this - just well prepared versions of what the savvy Chinese learned long ago appealed to the American -um -palate. The space is modern and done in beiges and browns. I would guess fifty tables - polished wood and set with black. The menu is disconcerting at first - items are right justified and unsettling to the eye accustomed to reading left-justified text. Our server was efficient, knowledgeable and did not try to become my BFF (much appreciated) and I tipped her 25%. For starters I had Crispy Green Beans...haricots verts deep fried in a light batter and absolutely addictive. Could have been a meal in itself and a bargain at six bucks. For my main course I had Ma Po Tofu ..."Sichuan's famous dish of crispy silken tofu in a vegetarian sauce with steamed broccoli" and it was just that. Tender little nuggets in a satiny sauce topped with finely minced scallions. Enough for two at eight dollars. From the dessert cart - a "mini" Tres Leches lemon curd in an oversize shot glass - creamy and tart. Seven or eight tiny spoonfuls - a perfect way to end a meal. Two bucks. My friend had Chicken Chopped Salad - a nice Spring Mix with grilled chicken and she loved the ginger dressing it came with. All for nine. I will definitely return to sample other items on the very expensive menu. read more

P.F. Chang's is a dependable staple and this location held up very well. The egg drop soup was very good and the street noodles were extremely flavorful. The service was excellent and there was really nothing to complain about. The only thing I don't like - that is endemic to every P.F. Chang's location, unfortunately - is that items on the gluten free portion of the menu cost a dollar more than the exact same item on the regular side of the menu. We had our 1st PF Changs experience tonight & it was amazing!! I am gf & df and our server, Catie, was so helpful in guiding me to which items I could eat. The house made ginger beer is gf & so good! For an app the lettuce wrap was amazing & the pad Thai was stuff dreams are made of! I can't wait to eat the leftovers. They also put all gf items on a special PF Chang plate rather than a regular plate so it's easier to identify the gf food. Can't wait to go back! read more

Today was a disaster, for starters they completely changed the lunch menu and now the lunches are all bowls and they also raised the price of the already too expensive add-owns. We went twice during our stay at Myrtle Beach last week. The first night was Father's Day, and we were pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to wait. When we went back on Friday night, there was about an hour wait. After 45 min, we asked the host about an update on our wait, and come to find out that one of the hostesses never even put our name down, which was frustrating. Thankfully, the other hosts apologized and were able to seat us right away. Other than that mishap, the food was excellent as always and our servers were very nice and helpful. read more

This restaurant is located on one end of Market Common with plenty of parking options close by. We arrived without reservations on a Wednesday evening. We were told it would be a 40 minute wait but they texted within about 10 minutes that our table was ready. Being a rewards member, we received a free chicken lo mein entree with purchase of another entree. My husband ordered the pepper steak. We had the pork egg rolls and bowl of hot and sour soup to accompany our entrees. The entrees were picturesque with a matching taste. All ingredients were obviously fresh and well chosen. The soup was chunk full of vegetables with just enough spice to take it over the top good. The egg rolls were crispy on the outside and stuffed with goodness. The sauce added a special touch. 4/10/2017 Service was slow as the restaurant was very busy, even for a Monday night. We ordered 3 dishes, Shrimp Fried rice, a chicken dish, and a beef dish, to share. At first everything seemed good, as other experiences at PF Chang restaurant's around the country. But about 15 minutes after leaving the restaurant, both of us had SEVERE stomach complaints and spent the next few hours in and out of the bathroom. I cannot pinpoint the dish that was responsible, it may have been the food in general. This made both of us hesitant about eating at Chang's again. Not just a bad taste in your mouth, after a night in the bathroom. I did not hear about anyone else having issues, but then not everyone posts reviews afterwards. I waited a few weeks before I decided to leave this review. I would walk past the restaurant in search of something else next time. GOOD LUCK, and be careful. read more

I have been to this restaurant 3 times in the past 2 years. I've had 3 unsatisfactory experiences there. The first time, my family and I waited for 2 hours during lunch time, for our food. Granted, it was busy, but I believe there was a miscommunication between our waitress and the kitchen. After an hour of sitting there, we saw our food come out of the kitchen, but then it was dropped on the floor. The manager and the waitress kept apologizing, but by then, my 3 hungry children were upset and frustrated, as was I. Fortunately, our meal was comped and I did not miss my airplane. The second time, our waiter forgot one menu item. An apology was given, but that was it. At our last visit, today, our waiter was very nice. However, it was obvious he was new. After we placed our order, it took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Our appetizers, lettuce wraps and calamari, arrived the same time as our entrees. We were hungry, but to our dismay, all the food was lukewarm! It's like all the food had just sit in the kitchen for a long time. We also had no room on our table because he had brought the appetizers the same time as our entrees. We had to hold and scoop out dishes so we could get rid of the plates. It's almost a running joke about the service now at this particular PF Changs. We love the location in Dallas, but the one in Myrtle Beach really needs to step things up. I will not be surprised if the next time I come, it is closed down. The restaurant over time has been less and less crowded each time I've come since my first bad experience. A solid three stars. Atmosphere and service is great, but the food is mediocre at best. It doesn't doesn't taste fresh, more like reheated frozen food with a few fresh garnishes. Very salty and heavy on sauces to camouflage the protein. We've visited a few times but this will probably be our last. Its just too expensive for the quality of food they serve. The food and bar service is outstanding. We go about once a week because we love this place since the selections are cover a full range of tastes and the quality is tops. The only complaint we have is that the rest rooms are not maintained properly. The floors are sticky, paper runs out during a busy evening, the sinks are not cleaned up during a busy evening dining session. This needs to be fixed soon by management!! read more
