The hostess that seated us was nice. It was about 15 minutes before a server visited our table and at that, it was provoked by my irritated attitude voiced to the hostess of our wait. No water, no drinks, no nothing. Our server seemed to be a bit off of her game. I have Celiac so I always ask questions no matter the restaurant even if it is the same chain. Our server already seemed irritated by my questions. I had asked if something could be made Gluten-Free and her response was "probably not, that is why I work on the floor not the kitchen". At that moment, I should have got up and left. I will never visit this location again. I visit the Happy Valley and Kierland locations all the time and NEVER have I had an issue. The Chef is always consulted on dish revisions. However, the clientele presumes a higher quality of service. In other locations, the MOD always walks around and inquires about the service and in the Peoria location, the MOD was busy talking to the hostess, our server and other servers at the hostess podium. I guess he was too busy to do his job. But he is young. You had better find out what the other locations are doing and implement those procedures and you will get better reviews. read more

Safely Hazard: My family and I have enjoyed P.F. Chang's for 20+ years. Living in AZ the Arrowhead location became our favorite since the past 5 years. Today 12/21 we had the worst experience here as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. My son felt something very sharp in his mouth while eating chicken fried rice and the particle was "fried plastic" as sharp as you can imagine. Our waiter. Aaron was very kind and profusely apologized and immediately informed his manager about this incident. The manager came to our table shortly and explained that the storage for the rice comes in a plastic container and sometimes plastic gets cooked in the rice he asked us if he can pack us another rice bowl (but at this point, we didn't trust if there was more plastic in that batch) .. our biggest concern is if a small child accidentally ended up swallowing a sharp piece of plastic could have gotten severely hurt. The manager did not charge us for the fried rice, however, we were celebrating my husband's birthday. They should have offered us a 50% off discount for the bad experience we had at this location. The only thing that made us happy was the very professional waiter who served us, and the sweet man kept apologizing for our horrible experience and wished he could do something about it, but couldn't!! I ordered a family meal for 4 and an extra chicken wrap. Basically 4 regular entrees, egg drop soup with chicken wrap as the appetizer. If I would have known we would have just ordered separate entrees. The family meal was served as regular entrees. The serving size was small for the price. The soup was not edible because it was too salty. The Lo mein was dry and tasteless and the fried rice was the worst I've ever tried. I spent over $100 and could have just stuck too Big Heng. I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. I went with my 15-year-old grandson to this location yesterday for lunch, and it wasn't the experience I expected from PF Changs. My cloth napkin was frayed; there was slime attached to the inside of the soy sauce bottle on the table, and there was a small beetle on my grandson's plate. I told the server about the soy sauce but was too grossed out to mention the bug, which I killed by leaving the table and stepping on it. Our 2 plates of sushi arrived, and the server had to apologize that the lunch bowl that was ordered was burned so they had to remake it. On Sunday March 12 my family and I dined at P.F. Chang's for my birthday. We started our meal with lettuce wraps which were good. My children wanted the Mongolian beef as their entree so we ordered 2 of those as a dinner entree and one order of Chang's spicy chicken. Once we got our food, our chicken looked very good and fresh. The moment the Mongolian beef came out we noticed it looked dry, there was no sauce on the plate l, and it didn't look like how we normally ever got our favorite Mongolian beef. We still ate it though because my 9 and 10 year old were very hungry. Now we are paying for it at 5 a.m. with bloated tummies and digestive issues. The beef was left out for who knows how long when they quickly reheated it to serve it to us. We spent $50 for the Mongolian beef and used my birthday reward to have this happen to us? I am very disappointed. 2 stars because the Chang's chicken was good but still in pain. read more

I can just imagine my foodie friends shunning me from their presence now.Alright wait but I love me some dim sum so I guess that's not entirely true! Anyway, I normally would have given PF Changs 3 stars for their good, Americanized spin on Chinese dishes but this review just went up one star because now they have a pre-fixe menu! The price factor was always a deterrent for us but this new menu (hopefully its permanent) is totally worth the price! For $39 you get soup, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, rice, and a dessert to share. We got the: * Lettuce wraps- flavorful chicken, scallions, and water chestnuts, this one is always a crowd pleaser. *Crispy Honey Chicken- I love this stuff, especially dipped into their hot mustard sauce. Just the right amount or sweetness and crisp from the batter and puffed rice noodles. L.O.V.E. *Mongolian Beef- they deep fry the beef I think before they toss it in the sauce. Good but I would definitely rather have authentic for this dish. *Soup- we got one of each, hot and sour soup with tofu, chicken and shitake mushrooms and egg drop soup. Although one is tangy while the other is subtle, we liked them both. *Tiramisu- I've had so many bad tiramisus at restaurants that I have stopped ordering this. But the hubby really wanted it and I was glad he picked it! Perfect balance of cream and cake with a subtle hint of espresso and rum. Drool. I even like the way they cook their brown rice, soft but not mushy. Most places seem to undercook the rice. Its a matter of preference though. I finally asked them what the 3 different sauces are that they mix for your table side. Hot mustard, chili garlic sauce, and "pot sticker" sauce. Interesting. But we always enjoy it with our meal. We also really like the ambiance here with the dim lighting and decor. Makes for a great date night. But I highly recommend coming later at night (think past 8:30pm) if you want to avoid the crowds and families. We'll be back! read more

Stay away from the soggy orange chicken....too sweet, not spicy, definitely soggy. Was super let down by the quality of the food.

Fully knowing this is a chain that we have frequented in many other cities, the decor inside is exactly what you would expect. Very tasteful and appropriately elegant without going over the top. The wait staff was amazing, and there service was completely through the roof. So why only three stars you might ask? Not sure exactly what was going on but all of the food had an oily taste to it. Like there was a little too much grease or oil in almost every part of our meal. It's still tasted really good so we ate it. However, when we got home, about an hour and a half after eating we all got pretty significant digestive issues as a result and spent the remainder of our evening in and out of the bathrooms at the house. Please note: We are in no way implying any sort of food poisoning or anything along those lines. Just that this particular location's grease level was more than our bodies can handle. We have frequented many other restaurants in the area so not sure if it is a cultural difference or just that single location's cooking style. read more

I have been craving Asian food for quite some time and this definitely hit the spot! On a Sunday evening, it was not packed what so ever. My partner and I, had a very kind waiter. He recommended his favorites, as well as checked on us in a nice timely manner. The food was so great! My husband and I have ordered delivery from this location before and loved how they had their employees deliver and didn't subcontract. Well we ordered delivery in April (it is now July...) and they subcontracted it out... We were missing our soups and all the sauces. I texted the driver several times and no response. I called the restaurant and they confirmed the driver never picked up the soup and sauces. The person I spoke to said order the soup again online (and pay for it again,) plus anything else we wanted and he would refund that order and send me a gift card. We re-ordered the soup plus a desert. We got it about 30 minutes later. A month went by and I never received the refund for the extra order or a gift card!!!! I sent a message to corporate and nothing! Now three months later and nothing! Our first order was $100 and the second $35. I feel scammed! I will never eat at a PF changs again! read more

Whenever we're in the valley this is one of the places we like to go and eat. Food is still good but was disappointed in the menu change. A much smaller menu, however one of the items not listed the cooks would still make so I was glad about that and did order that among all the other things like fried rice etc. the wonton soup didn't have any wontons I it like it used to either so will probably not order that again. Overpriced and overrated in my opinion. The orange chicken was BAD :( Like if you can't get oRaNgE cHiCkEn right then what the heck are you even doing in the Chinese food game to begin with?? That's a major red flag. I also ordered extra beef and extra broccoli in my other entree but it tasted like they just put extra salt instead -they charged extra for the request and there was nothing to reflect the charges in my order. If there isn't enough inventory to meet a requests for a little more then don't offer it on the menu in the first place. Don't just charge someone for something and take their money, and give them nothing. Overall this take out experience was unimpressive. So then I called to complain and they just left me on hold, I hung up after 5 min. If you're getting take out here just be sure to check the food before you pull off. Okay, I'm from the Philippines, so basically our foods there are mainly Chinese inspired..we have stir fried noodles (pansit), egg rolls (lumpia) and some other dishes that are just yummy! Well I love to cook! It's my passion ‍ For the many 'Chinese kind of' restaurants I've tried, I love them, well you cannot really compare them to the authentic Asian dishes, but at least they try. And of course, they have to have the western taste mix.. As far as the taste, food presentation, cleanliness and good service. This place is pretty good! I love it here! We normally come here with my inlaws or friends during weekends. I always order same thing -wanton soup, grilled salmon and lettuce wrap. A soup and a rice should always be there to complete my meal! lolHubby always tease me, because Filipinos cannot live without rice and 'sabaw' (soup) which I admit! This is our first time at PF Changs and I have a few issues with our order. We ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken and Pepper Steak. My wife loved the Sweet and Sour chicken but she didn't get any pineapples I love pepper steak but this was the worst I've ever had. There was so much pepper that you couldn't taste anything and it takes a lot to over power garlic. The steak itself was really over cooked and tough. I understand that this is a restaurant but that was not a $17.00 plate. Also this is the only place I couldn't order an egg roll. I didn't want a appetizer platter of 6 egg rolls. My husband and I decided to go to this PF Chang's. What a huge disappointment that was. I would rate our server a higher rate, because he was good. I ordered the lo mein when I received it and was super salty. My husband ordered the Kung Pao shrimp with no peanuts and ended up getting a completely different order. I told my server that my meal was salty and he said that Asian food is salty, I told him no it's not I am Asian. He offered to have it made with less sauce. So if you want less salty on your meal ask for Less sauce. I won't be going back. read more

Sat at the bar and was ignored for over ten minutes, the male bartender named "Ryan" informed me he was too busy. He asked if I wanted to order and walked away as I was telling him what I wanted to eat. The entire bar was complaining about how horrible Ryan was, none of us received silverware, I didn't get a refill on my water, and the other bartenders were complaining with the serving staff about how terrible Ryan was and how he was "purposely ignoring customers".
