Normally good but ordered veggie fried rice and they gave me a disproportionate amount of broccoli, like 1/4 of the meal was broccoli, half of it was partially discolored and just big huge clumps. Disappointing because it could be the type of restaurant I would commit to at least once every week or two. Hope this is noted by them. read more

Most unprofessional staff I've ever seen in any restaurant. You will stand at the take out stand by the entrance forever as staff pass you by and ignore you. I waited one day for 10 minutes as I stood and stared at my to go order behind the desk, the hostesses just standing there chit chatting amongst themselves, looking at you from time to time, but not offering any help at all whatsoever. Got seated right away on the patio- very clean and comfortable- Started with a Rising dragon (A Pomegranite Margarita!! yummmmm!!! ) The Food was delicious as always- We enjoyed two main meals- Spicy Chicken and and added cashews - it was delicious! I haven't been to PF Chang's since before COVID and I won't ever be going back. Stopped tonight for take out. Ordered the Singapore Street Noodles, Pork Fried Rice and Mongolian Beef. All were our favorites years ago. Beef was completely dried out and had zero flavor. Fried rice had no flavor although the small pieces of pork did have some. The Singapore Street Noodles were just so overly spicy (peppery) it was difficult to eat. To say we were disappointed doesn't cover it. Especially since those three dishes totaled over $70. Don't bother. There has clearly been some major changes over the last few years. read more

PF Changs has changed a lot over the years. I feel like the food quality has gone down while prices have stayed the same. Portion sizes have decreased as well. I still occasionally pop in for some Chang's spicy chicken, but not at the same rate I used to. read more

It's been a while since I was here but boy has this place changed. Their website say all items are made from scratch in the restaurant. I ordered Mongolian potstickers which were clearly visably machine made. They tasted like they were frozen. They looked nothing like the photo. The shrimp in the shrimp dish were small. Ordered takeout. The Lo mein was oversaturated in soy sauce in which you really could not not eat it and some of the noodles were not all the way cooked. Did not enjoy that dish; however, the Crispy Honey Shrimp bowl was delicious and this was the second time I ordered this takeout this week. I do not usually post here. BUT-What happened with the lettuce wraps? Have eaten these for over 15 +years in many locations CA and AZ. Many Lunches and Dinners -plus dinners for our family of 10 often. They all order Lettuce wraps to go with meal! Saw the Romaine when served, and asked for Iceberg. They no longer have it. Whatever! S Then I started to prepare it and had hot romaine lettuce "Probably left under the warming lights too long". I was told.They Brought new Romaine which was fine. But then I loaded the Chicken mix. OMGoodness-it tasted like canned warm dog food. Sauce changed too. I tried, but I could not eat it. The Menu actually touted it as "their signature dish."Need we say more?". YES you need to say more and say we are serving food that tastes like Canned dog food in place of the regular. Server was awesome, and explained they had changed the recipe along with others. My meal was comped to their credit and was told by the manager, who was very apologetic, but said the menu has changed. Went here on a double date last night and was overall disappointed with my experience. The server, Jada, was amazing, cheery, and accommodating, but I can't say much good about anything else. My husband and I ordered the spare ribs, California roll, and broccoli beef with lo mein to share. The California roll did NOT seem fresh at all, and the only thing that saved the flavor was the umami sauce. My friends ordered brown rice with their food, and it seemed undercooked and was crunchy. We asked for the manager and she let us know that this has been an issue for the past few weeks, but did little to nothing to save the situation other than blame everyone else. Coming from a management position in the past, and having been in the food industry, I am just disappointed in the level of professionalism that this manager lacked. P.F. Chang's is an abysmal shadow of there pre covid self. The restaurant is dirty and not maintained, service is sub-par, and the food is terrible. As I sat at the bar, I looked around and couldn't help but notice how dirty and dusty everything was. Moreover, our bartender was slow, I mean incredibly slow, and she complained the whole time about having to do her job. Next, we finally ordered our food, and it was terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible! The only good thing was the waitress. First of all who and the heck doesn't have menus. Portion sizes have dropped by a quarter. The Asian Ceasar salad was $12.50 and was not even 1/2 of what it used to be. Worth maybe $4.50. Now I realize that prices have gone up and portion sizes are smaller but that was ridiculous. Lots of great selections to choose from; our server, Patrick, answered our questions about the menu and made sure we knew there were some options to make our choices healthy. I took my two nephews here for dinner before heading back to Texas. I ordered the Oolong Sea Bass, which was stellar, as always. One of my nephews got it too, and loved it. We ordered dumplings but did not come with our food order. the server delivering the food said she would check but never returned with the order. It was a however removed from the bill. Alot of things have changed at PF Changs. It is much more mainstream and they got rid of alot of the novelties that set them apart. No more sauce mixers, recipes have been changed, and servers are new to the business and lack experience, yet the prices have increased. Food was so so, no what it used to be. My first impression was unwrapping the place setting and finding the chopsticks and fork stuck together in a syrupy dried sauce. How does an employee wrap these without noticing? We should have left. I consistently have great meals here. I've always had good service, the staff is friendly and prompt. My go to meal is the walnut shrimp with melon. Yum... I also really like their Changs fried rice. I called in my take-out order. Waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes before I walked into the restaurant. I had a server go check on my food to see how much longer my wait would be. This server comes out and says that they don't have an order for my call. Then the manager comes out and says some of their orders go through a third-party. I asked her "was she kidding." She then got extremely smart with me, saying what do you mean am I kidding?! Wow!!!!! The nerve. This will be my last time ever visiting this location in urge anyone who is in the area to try other Chinese bistro's around. Smh read more
