If you're looking for a good quick meal, you have come to the right place. The restaurant is fairly large, so you shouldn't have to wait . They have bar and regular seating. They have an decent selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The menu has something really for everyone to pick. I selected the tuna poke bowl. It came with tuna, mango, seaweed salad, cucumber, ginger, avocado, wonton chips. It is a decent sized dish for someone my size. With a beer, I was pretty full. I really enjoyed the dish because it has plenty of the things I like. There is enough of this dish to have tuna and avocado in every single bite and I love it. There is plenty of parking because of the area , but have some patience because it is by a gym. I would love to come back and I always do! read more

My husband and I frequent this P. F. Chang's when we are in the area and we've always been happy with the food. We order online and the pick up process is pretty easy. They have spaces to park and call the restaurant to bring the food out but we just go in to get it. All the food was packaged well to go. Rice and sauces, lettuce and filling are separated in sturdy plastic boxes. This visit I ordered kung pao brussels sprouts and vegetarian lettuce wraps. The 'secret recipe' lettuce wraps had tofu and veggies in the filling. The tofu is cut small and there is plenty of seasoning sauce. The sprouts were very tasty also. I'd get either dish again. If I could give zero stars I would. I will honestly say, I will NEVER eat here again. I ordered take out to be delivered and the food was disgusting. I wouldn't have given it to a dog. I ordered Chang's Spicy Chicken and all I got was bits and pieces of chicken and it was like clam strips. It never used to be that way. It was always chunks of white chicken. I ordered 6 pan fried shrimp dumplings that were barely(and I mean BARELY)pan fried that they were almost raw. I then ordered a kids orange chicken and all that was on the dish was battered chicken with no sauce at all. They were advertising a red velvet cake. I called and asked if I could substitute it for a key like and spoke to Heather on the phone and she went and asked her manager that said yes and she asked my last name so she could right it on the slip. I never got it. The management there is TERRIBLE! VERY unprofessional. They don't return phone calls either. When I called and told them the issue, I spoke with Heather, and she gave me some convoluted story that they've been having a problem with their orange chicken, but they didn't have the common sense to call me and say "hey we can't do the orange chicken, would you like something else?". I also asked for plates, soy sauce, fortune cookies, and special sauce that they offer on their site for delivery. Heather told me: "We don't have special sauce". Why offer it as an option if you're not going to put it in the bag? PF Chang's USED TO BE my favorite restaurant, but they have definitely seen the last of me. I recommend going to Panda Express. At least you can see the food being made right in front of you and what's in the window. If you ask them to make it fresh for you, they accommodate gladly. $52.25 is a rip off for what I got and didn't get. read more

I have visited PF Changs dozens of times... typically great experiences. This particular visit, I ordered one of my favorites "chicken pad thai". I was surprised at the amount of tofu that was in this dish? There was way more tofo than chicken? It was ok but definitely not the best I have had. I will probably stick to the kung pau chicken next time I visit. I LOVED the asparagus and totally recommend.. it was good.. still thinking about that. We ordered 2 salads, a vegetarian lettuce wraps in place of the chicken lettuce wraps, and 2 Ma Pa Tofu entrees. I was so pleased with my meal, that a told my daughter, who is 8 months pregnant, about the special. My daughter has had a really horrible pregnancy........all day nausea and throwing up for 6 months, and going into premature labor in her 5th month. The doctors gave her progesterone to stop her labor and so far, everything is holding. Since my daughter has had such a rough time of things, her husband tries to get her special meals that she craves. Tonight, my daughter decided to order the same Chef's Feast that we ordered on Monday and was really craving the vegetarian lettuce wraps. The manager, COURTNEY, started yelling at my 8 MOUTH PREGNANT DAUGHTER, telling her that they cannot substitute vegetarian lettuce wraps for the chicken lettuce wraps, because they will have no way of inventorying them. WAY TO GO COURTNEY! YOU MADE AN 8 MONTH PREGNANT WOMAN CRY! I called and asked to speak with Courtney myself, and she was just as rude to me. My daughter was not exaggerating! What makes a good manager is someone who knows how to handle customer problems in a professional and diplomatic way. Courtney was RUDE and SHE YELLED INSTEAD OF POLITELY DISCUSSING THINGS. Courtney is a huge LIABILITY to PF Chang's and should be fired, or at the very least, put in a position with no access to the public. Came here during pandemic and was pleased to see the measures they took to ensure distance and safety. I had the best tofu Kung Pao. I wasn't sure they could sub tofu instead of chicken and they were able to. The garlic spicy green beans are also one of my favs along with the vegetarian lettuce wraps and the Asian pear mojito. I've had good experiences there before, but, this time was different. It was my daughter's birthday and we ended there mid afternoon. We both ordered Sweet and Sour chicken which is not on their lunch special menu. It's usually light and fluffy and very good. What we got was hard probably old. Almost inedible. The service was bad, too. The waiter didn't put in our spring roll order and the manager brought out our lunch and we had to have him put in the order. So I had been sort of avoiding PF Chang's due to the fact that I don't love supporting big chains or corporations. I actively avoid them to support local businesses instead, our neighbors and peers. After seeing a movie nearby they were one of the only people open and I was feeling some dumplings, and i am so happy I did. Their shrimp shumai and sauce were both incredibly flavorful. Crab Rangoon off the hook.If the staff were annoyed that we came in within 45min-hr before they were going to close while they was super dead (meaning they may have been able to close and leave earlier), I could not tell. In the past, our meals here have been delicious. This dinner visit, we ordered crab wontons, Mongolian beef and shrimp tempura roll. Wontons-dime size crab, wonton hard. Beef-very small portion ($20), beef overcooked. Tempura roll-not fresh, inedible. (pre made then refrigerated?) Nicholas was our server and is "5 stars", he was very attentive. Had dinner here with a friend about two weeks ago. First time back since pre-Covid. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be the same. Smaller menu, higher prices, and just not the quality as before. Our server wasn't the nicest person, either. The hostess was great, maybe she should train the servers in kindness and how to accommodate your customers. Used to love PF Chang's, but this visit (at least to this location in Robinson), was not great. Probably will not run to return anytime soon. read more

Me and my mother, use to eat there quite often. and we always had the same waitress, she was very mean, and acted like asking her to do her job and serve us. (like she's supposed to) she got a attitud. and never did her job, was always busy talking or flirting with some guy. and he's she works at the bar area with brown hair in the left corner. There hasn't been a problem the past few times we went. until our last. we went in on a Friday afternoon. to eat some lunch together with my sister who was from out of town. and I poured our soy for the food that just came out. and there was spit in the soy. I was completely disgusted and left. me and my family's day was ruined. and we went to go back after that incident to talk to the manager because our server was very very nasty. we were banned from the restaurant. because of speaking on the health code. and SPIT in our soy souse. so please if you eat there. PF Changs is a decent restaurant. For being a chain, I like it. Its way better than your local Chinese delivery and not too much more expensive. I am never disappointing when I eat here. They have a wide selection of food and drinks, and a lighter menu with smaller portions for lunch. This location has outdoor seating, which is always a plus in my book. The service outside is a little slow though. As for the food, you can't go wrong with the lettuce wraps. They are delicious. I'd also recommend the lobster avocado roll or Chang's spicy Chicken. The portions are very large. My last visit here, I got the Thai Harvest Curry. I didn't love it, but it was okay. The flavors were great, but the vegetables were way under cooked and hard. I am not sure I'd order that again. If you've never tried a PF Changs, I'd give it a shot. read more

Ordered pickup during pandemic and was told 20 minutes. It took 45 minutes. They were not apologetic and just said they were behind. I understand they get more take out than normal so since you know you are running behind you need to let us know that so we can plan accordingly and not stand around waiting. Incredible customer service from the manager on shift on Sunday night February 6, 2022. My phone is too old I cannot order uber to go there. I am just 3 minutes by car at a hotel nearby but it's hard to cross the highway in the dark. I told the manager about it and she said she's going to get a driver here soon... I was like how could she get a driver here so quickly? She herself is driving my food here for me. When I thanked her profusely, she is like it's nothing. There were 14 of us for lunch on October 24. We were all pleased with the food and our waitress who took great care of us!

Haven't been to P.F. Chang's in years mainly because I always forget it's there. We happened to remember this week so we stopped by for happy hour. We opted to share a few appetizers because they have some great options. They have numerous drink and food options for either $5 or $6. We went with the usual lettuce wraps, pork dumplings, spicy green beans side, and pork egg rolls. Everything was absolutely delicious. I also got a pear mojito and a glass of sangria. The mojito drink didn't taste much like a true mojito in my opinion but it was still a solid drink. I definitely preferred the sangria though. We will definitely be back very soon! read more

I was on the fence about whether this should be three stars or four. I settled on four stars because the server, Tia, was magnificent; Not only was the service top-notch, but she also headed off a potentially dangerous situation with my son. My son is allergic to shellfish; about 2 weeks ago we were in Jamaica. Despite having told both the host and people serving the food of his allergy, they gave him octopus. We reacted quickly, thus he fortunately did not have a life-threatening reaction, but it made us a little gun-shy when it comes to eating out, especially at restaurants the serve a lot of shrimp and other crustaceans, because of potential cross-contamination. When we came to PF Chang's last night, after we had ordered the appetizers and she was taking our order for the main course, I had mentioned to the server about his shellfish allergy because there is crispy honey shrimp and I wanted to make sure that it is cooked separately from the crispy honey chicken, which my son orders. She checked on the appetizers we had ordered and fortunately caught it in time - the appetizer he had ordered, despite not containing any shellfish, was cooked in oyster sauce. She then came back with a menu that is safe for people with shellfish allergies. I was surprised at the sheer number of foods unavailable to people with shellfish allergies. All but three appetizers were verboten for people with shellfish allergies due to either being shellfish, containing shellfish, being cooked in the pan/pot as shellfish, or are cooked in sauces made from shelfish. Even the egg-drop soup was gone from the shellfish-allergy-friendly menu (he had eaten it in late 2019, but I'm not taking chances.) I felt bad that he could not have his preferred appetizer, so I ordered him the beef short ribs as an appetizer which was one of maybe 10 entrees that were safe for people with shellfish allergies. We're gonna talk about that in a sec, but I wanna stick with the positives first, and the biggest positive of the night was Tia. She was ever-present, kept the drink refills coming, and probably gave us the best service we've had in a long time. I wish we could just have her be our server no matter what restaurant we go to, that way I know we'll never be disappointed (and I'll go broke shelling out 50% tips as I did yesterday, but totally worth it.) Let's dish the food. (See what I did there?) The kung-pao chicken at this restaurant is bomb. That is not a dish I order anywhere else, but for some reason, the way they make it at PF Chang's is magnifico! I got the lo-mein for $3.50 upcharge - not worth it. My son raved about his crispy honey chicken, 87 carbs per serving in terms of the nutrition per the PF Chang's website, but my son, who also has the misfortune of being a type I diabetic, experienced a sharp increase in blood glucose, so that might be an estimate on the low side. I had the Wagyu beef dumplings as an appetizer, and man, those things were fan-fargin-tastic! I'm still dreaming of them. And they're apparently a limited-time offering, so get your ass down to PF Chang's and try that out! One thing I do NOT recommend is the short ribs. This is 5 small slices of beef short rib nicely presented on the bone on a bed of pineapple fried rice - for $26. TWENTY-SIX dollars! I wouldn't even have minded paying it if they were any good. First, they were mostly fat. Huge chunks of fat. Like my ass, but at least my ass is edible. Remember in Pulp Fiction when Vincent has to know what a 5-dollar milkshake (that's actually pretty cheap by 2022 standards!) tastes like? And it was "pretty fucking good?" I had to know what a $26 plate of about 1.5 oz of edible portion of short ribs tastes like. At PF Chang's, not very good, I'm afraid. They had some serious stones charging $26 for that, and given how there are so many things that people with shellfish allergies SHOULD be able to eat but can't because of the way they prepare it, my initial rating was 3 stars. I am adding one back because of Tia, because if you keep superstars like her in your employ, then you deserve to be thought of as being better than just "OK." We'll probably be back in the future, and I hope that someday they can expand their shellfish-allergy-friendly offerings. read more

Homestead Waterfront location: They were 20 minutes late for our reservatio. sat us at a table with no lighting. Literally dark, needed our phone flashlight. Waited and waited for appy order, asked to be moved to where there was light, no go, had no tables the waiter said. I asked for our check to square up for the coffee and first half of Appy and th waiter literally threw it on the table. The manager finally got involved and offered up a table in the light by then it was too late. We agreed to pay but he stoically said no. we left with no dinner about 1 hour and 10 minutes of arriving and 1 hour after complaining of no light. So, not sure why the manager decided to tell me that this is how they always serve the Mongolian Beef, as my myriad prior dining experiences at this restaurant beg to differ. What's super funny is that I didn't want a replacement or compensation for this dish. All I wanted was to bring it to their attention so that the kitchen could get it together. And yet, Ms. Manager thought that trying to snow me was the way to handle this situation. My favorite part was that after she told me that this many scallions (it's seriously like someone went to the Giant Eagle next door, grabbed a handful of scallions, came back to the kitchen, and cut all of them directly into my plate... like, they weren't even sautéed) are ALWAYS included in this dish, she then said that she didn't see my plate before it went out of the kitchen. Which tells me that the scallion to beef ratio was, in fact, way off base. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be some bizarre cost-cutting measure or what, but how is a real live human expected to digest all of these? As you peruse my photos (I've included a picture of the dish from their website as well, for the sake of comparison), please keep in mind that I had already eaten a fair amount of said scallions. This isn't really about scallions. It's about customer service and accountability. This restaurant evidently has neither. As a result, I won't be back. Which is sad because I love the chicken lettuce wraps and the Mongolian Beef, minus about 75% of the scallions I was served tonight. read more

Better than average Chinese food but pricey. We usually only come to pf chang's with a bogo entrée. Prices are about $15 per meal. I feel for the price, you should get a lot more. You also don't get soup or egg roll or fried rice so have to pay extra for each. Service and atmosphere has always been good. read more
