I really enjoyed my experience at P.F. Chang's. The ambiance stood out right away. the style of the interior is sleek and inviting, with comfortable seating that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your meal. The staff was attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I tried their 3-course meal deal and thought it was an excellent value. It's reasonably priced and definitely something that will keep me coming back. The food itself was really good: I especially loved the soup, and the egg rolls we had as an appetizer were tasty and fresh. The entrees were solid too. flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, it feels like a higher-end take on Chinese food, and the service matched the quality of the meal. Great atmosphere, great staff, and a great deal. I'll definitely be returning.

Amazing!!! We went to PF Chang on Valentine's Day. This was not our first visit but the decor and ambiance is always on point. I ordered the Mongolian trio (chicken, beef and shrimp) which is new to the menu and was a hit. I hope they don't take that off the menu. Oh, and it was my first time ordering the pork egg rolls and they were delish. For dessert we had the banana spring rolls which always are delicious.

Came here today for a quick lunch. You can't go wrong sitting at the bar as your drinks never wait to be refilled and always attentive service. I ordered off their lunch special menu. I had asked for those little fried crunchy noodles that you dip into duck sauce or hot mustard. Out came the crispy noodles with a temperature hot sort of duck sauce and the spicy mustard. I ordered the pork egg roll and orange chicken with lo mein noodles. That pork roll was so nice and steaming hot and the accompanying sauce some sort of wasabi infused duck sauce? It was vavoom zesty spicy open your sinuses AMAZING. Soon my entree arrived a huge dish of orange chicken and lots of lo mein noodles. Just wished the sauce on the noodles wasn't so sweet. It could have benefited from a touch of ginger to make it pop. Otherwise very good! The bartender provided excellent attentive service and the pace of bringing out my food perfect.

Simply put: they've elevated their dining experience since my last visit a few years ago. Nathaniel was a COOL server. The dynamite shrimp are classic and don't miss. My favorite app? Filet mignon wontons! And they're lit tableside! The green beans with chili sauce were crunchy with a hint of sweetness. The egg rolls were great. And although I don't care for pepper steak, I tried it, and it was good. When it came to boxing up our leftovers, Nathaniel put each food in separate containers AND labeled them. Excellent!

It's been a few years since we have been to this location and they have definitely improved since last time! Our server Erin was great. Friendly, on top of things yet didn't hover. Great attitude, which is so appreciated in servers these days. Food was delicious! We started with the flaming wontons and they were sooooooo good. Not very spicy, so don't shy away....and I can't do spicy much so they really aren't spicy, lol. We also had the crispy green beans. They were very yummy if a tad salty. Just be aware if you try to avoid too much salt. Lastly we tried the dynamite shrimp, which were good. These did have a little kick but not too much. For entree we had Mongolian beef, chicken fried rice and Changs spicy chicken. The spicy chicken was spicy, ha! But flavorful and the spice didn't overpower the flavor. Chicken fried rice was delicious, but the main event that was amazing was the Mongolian Beef. Beef used was solid, the sauce was delicious and the green onions add just the right accoutrements! No dessert bc we were so full from all the food already! Also, the Asian pear mojito is good! A little sweet but I enjoyed it as a treat. Overall, I was happy when we left and look forward to going back soon! Sorry I don't have pics of everything. I was so enjoying the food. And company I forgot to take pictures!

Good looked really good. Unfortunately, it had no taste. Just a regular food as you get it off any Chinese restaurant. Service was great and fast though.

I have had a bad experience at a PF Changs in another city, it was my birthday and I had a birthday dinner with friends and family and when they brought my food, it was so salty. I had everyone taste it and agreed it was really bad. They ended up bringing me another plate. This was years a go but I have had a bad feeling about PG Changs since then. So when my co workers and I decided to go to this one for lunch, I was a bit nervous but it was good, our experience was good. We called 2 hrs before to reserve a table and we were seated right away and our server started right away with drinks and appetizers. We were able to scan a QR to look at the menu. Our server was patient, kind and answered all our questions. We got our foods on time. All of us thought our foods came out good and the lunch prices are reasonable. I got the Chang's spicy chicken which by the way is not spicy at all, more sweet than spicy. I liked it. My one co worker got the mongolian beef and I tasted it, it was very good and I plan to get that when I visit again. It was easy to pay, we scanned a QR code to pay and tip. It made it so easy.

Server was very nice. The decor is dated but pleasant. I will say everything was pretty dirty with food on the floor and a coating of grease on the high chairs. The food was good. A mix between authentic and American. So kind of an odd combo actually. I wish they had done one or the other.

A shell of its former self…read more Food If I had written this review a year or two ago I would have said it was our favorite place to get Poke bowls. The food was fresh unique and delicious. It isn't an exaggeration to say our whole family LOVED it! We went back today to find that they no longer served poke bowls and only had boring Chinese food. We were hungry so we stayed anyway. The General Tao Chicken and fried rice was some of the worst I have ever had. Rice is flavorless. Chicken was too sweet and not good quality meat. The Beef with mixed vegetables was terrible. Only thing decent was the egg drop soup. Service Don't have any complaints. They are nice and helpful. Ambiance Nothing special has a few tables to sit at. Decor is boring. Place is clean enough. So I really hate to leave this review because it went from our favorite place to eat when we were in the area to a place I would never go back to. So sad like a little part of me has died.

They come with entree, fried or white rice, and an egg roll. The general tso chicken was good. Flavorful and not spicy at all, which is what I'm used to. There also was no broccoli. The fried rice was a bit dry. Even after I added soy sauce it seemed like day old, refrigerated rice. The sesame chicken was the exact same chicken with sesame seeds. Service was average and the inside was nice and clean. If I'm in the area I'd try again, but definitely not taking a special trip to visit again.

The entryway is interesting and provides some shelter from the rain, allowing you to manage your umbrella before entering. We were seated within seconds, and our server, Liza, came by very promptly with some water for our table. I felt slightly anxious at first, being that we were in a cozy two-top amongst the fray, but it subsided quickly because everyone was respectful and reasonably quiet. We ordered the veggie spring rolls to start, and I had the Chinatown Ramen, and my partner had the Chicken Fried Noodles. The appetizer was hot, savory, and spicy with the duck sauce and hot mustard mixture. If you like milder sauce, do not mix it. The entrees came out within five or so minutes of the appetizers, which seemed quick for a busy night. The ramen was spicy, hot, and filling. I was only able to finish about half. We will be enjoying those leftovers tonight. My partner said that her noodles and chicken were well-seasoned and delicious, too. Looking around the restaurant, it is clear that they support the local LGBTQ+ community, and it is even labeled as a Safe Space on the beautifully manicured, makeshift chalkboard/menu/posting board. The clientele and staff alike seemed warm and kind, based solely on limited interactions and observation on my part. If you are looking for a traditional American-Chinese food restaurant (think buffet-style items), this is likely not the place for you. There were no mishaps or snafus with our orders. Liza performed her duties well, and I can surely recommend this restaurant to anyone who doesn't mind a mix of Japanese and Chinese cuisine.

This one is in Richmond proper. The menus are generally similar but a little bit different at each. I got a cabbage dish that you often see at these restaurants as well as a kung pao tofu that I don't recall ordering before. Their interpretation of the tofu was distinctive, with a zingy flavor redolent of cooking wine and asparagus as well as the more typical bell peppers and peanuts. The cabbage is uncommonly delicious the way they prepare it. The price was kind of high for two takeout vegetable dishes, but the quality was about what I'd hoped.

The Scotts Addition space is warm and inviting, and was not crowded when we dropped in on a Thursday evening. Our food was quite good; the only complaint is that they brought everything out at once rather than appetizers first. Appetizers: The pork fried dumplings are tender and flavorful. Not too doughy, and accompanied by two dipping sauces. The fish rolls were excellent. Light, crispy, with a savory fish filling. So satisfying. For entrees we got dry fried shredded chicken (so tasty and unique), shredded duck, and three pepper beef. The chicken was the star - crispy strip of chicken delicately seasoned. The duck dish was good, but probably not the best way to order duck. The three pepper beef was spicy and fragrant. We left full and happy and will pop in again next time we have a yen for Chinese.

And it's not dumbed down American Chinese at all. My husband and I both work from home so we get to go have lunch at area restaurants from time to time. We have our regular places and we order Peter Chang's for takeout sometimes, but when we were deciding where to eat and knowing we were short on time, I suggested Peter Chang. For our meal we ordered dumplings, which were amazing. The dipping sauce was to die for...I need to research it and try to make it. We also got the scallion pancake, which came with a curry dipping sauce. Also very good. For lunch there is a menu that is typical of Chinese restaurants where you get a choice of soup (I chose hot and sour) and rice (I chose white rice). For my main I selected hot and numbing chicken from the lunch menu. My husband got three pepper steak. We also got jasmine tea, although if you prefer an adult beverage they have a bar. The food was excellent, service was attentive but not overbearing. It was a great meal and we both have lots of leftovers. The restaurant can be a bit noisy because it's just a big open room, but it's okay. The table next to use was loud talkers with no inside voice, so I got to hear all about their trip to Charlottesville for a concert. Sounds like they had a good time. I wish people were more self-aware about the volume of their voices in public but maybe his ears were wrecked from the concert. P.S.
