    Great spot for lunch
    Gerard S.

Great lunch specials that includes a starter, an entrée, plus rice and noodles for just $14.99. Food is always tasty (albeit it is a chain restaurant). Great cocktails, at the bar seating, and lots of interesting choices. Don't miss the chicken lettuce wraps.

Pulled up to P.F. Chang's and, as always, had to start with the lettuce wraps--never miss! Fresh, flavorful, and a solid way to kick things off. For my main, I tried the Mongolian Beef Trio, which came with shrimp and chicken. While everything was cooked well and had good flavor, I'll probably just stick to the beef next time--three proteins was a bit much. My friend got the honey chicken, and I stole a bite--solid choice if you like a sweeter dish. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience was nice, very classic chain restaurant vibes but well-maintained.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was great--attentive but not overbearing. Overall, a good experience! Would definitely come back but with a more streamlined order.

Kung Pao chicken with white rice

I was eager to try food here after my mom raved about their major tofu dish. We ordered food for takeout. I called last night to order by phone and I was out on hold for almost 10 minutes before someone took my order. The staff member told me it would take 15 minutes for my order to be ready. It wasn't ready at the time they said it would be. Secondly, the food was a bit oily. We ordered mapo tofu with white rice, Kung Pao chicken with white rice, and teriyaki chicken with brown rice and another serving of brown rice. While the teriyaki chicken dish was flavorful, the brown rice was al dente. I don't like to eat my rice al dente, don't need the stomach issues. The chicken in the Kung Pao chicken dish was burnt. We had to scrap of the burnt bits to eat it. And the mapo tofu was decent. I was really disappointed in their dishes and service. They need to do better.

Had a delightful lunch at P.F. Chang's recently with two of my sisters. We all enjoyed our meals which included Sesame Chicken Bowl with Lo Mein, Sweet & Sour Shrimp ( the shrimp was subbed in from chicken), and a Honey Chicken Bowl with fried rice. I also had an egg roll that was just okay. One of my sisters got the Peach Boba Breeze which she enjoyed. We shared a (generous) piece of Chocolate Peanut Butter cake. The service we received from Tara was over the top! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bathrooms are clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The restaurant is located in the mall, so plenty of parking. Would not hesitate to return.

Haven't been to PF Chang's in years. It was pretty good for a chain in the mall! Our waitress was awesome and answered our questions. When we first walked in they asked if we wanted to participate in their daily specials for apps and drinks, in order to do so you need to sit at the bar or the patio area. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The "patio" area is located outside the restaurant in the mall area. It can be very noisy out there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I enjoyed the food more than I thought I would and what I remembered it to be.

    Practically Empty Restaurant

Service is horrible. They are always behind even when restaurant is practically empty.. just horrible service... will not go back!

    Chicken with Broccoli

Food was decent, but our waiter was awesome! Ty was absolutely hysterical. From the minute we came in until we left. Very pleasant guy and was great with checking in on us. Not overly hovering but just the right amount to see how we were doing. Chicken with broccoli was good, lots of garlic and onion in it. Orange chicken nice flavor with a tiny kick.

I paid $17 for 8 pieces of orange chicken, brown rice, and soup. I was disappointed with the amount of food that was presented, since this was my mother's day dinner. The other reviews show more amounts of chicken, so I'm not sure if they ran out or intentionally put that little amount of chicken. Here's a photo reference

The last couple of times I tried to come here, the wait was out the door, so long that my group bailed. So I called tonight, just two people, and we went right in with no wait! Third time's the charm. This place is as charming on the inside as it is on the outside. If it seems overdone on the outside (make sure to enjoy the live koi!), it gives way to tasteful elegance on the inside. There is no dress code, but don't wear shorts or a T-shirt. Level up a bit. For those who remember Chengdu 46, that's what it's like here - upscale ambiance without being a gourmet restaurant. That said: this is gourmet cuisine. I ordered from the full page of Chinese authentic recipes: Szechuan boiled stew - with beef as it is the traditional meat, I was told. SIde of rice, extra spicy. When it came out, presentation: 10/10. My stars, that was enough food for an entire family. I took my first bite and immediately stopped responding to the outside world. How was my food? I nodded. Other than more water and requesting a second bowl of rice (which was gladly provided at no fee), I went through pretty much the entire gigantic platter in one go. That. is five stars. My mother said chicken and mixed vegetable was 5 stars delicious. The only flaw was too much starch in the sauce, but a review later confirmed that traditional Chinese sauce does use a lot of starch. Authentic through and through. And if you couldn't tell from this, service is also gourmet. You are greeted immediately, escorted straight to your seat, and water appears. Utensils appear. WIth the size of this restaurant and the population ordering inside, there is almost always a staff member walking by your table. If they don't notice you need something, all you have to do is signal or ask, and it will be yours. Chopsticks. More water. More rice. To-go container. Young, old, different dress, we had at least 8 different people come by at some point for something. Spectacular. Out came the bill. In the end, it wasn't all that much for the quantity and quality of food that we got. Now I'm forewarned next time I come: bring my appetite. And more people to share all the food. Join me.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the atmosphere. We ordered a variety of dishes, but each one lacked flavor. While the service was excellent, the food wasn't memorable enough for me to return. Overall, the restaurant has good service, but I probably won't be back because of the food.

The person who took my order was very nice and you could tell she was passionate about the food she brings to her customers. When I first heard of this restaurant, I was hesitant about the quality of the food, due to the fact that it is multiple Asian cuisines under one roof. However, once I took a bite of my food, my concerns were gone. I ordered the Veggie Ramen (Spicy). Trust me, the spice really brings out the flavor. The noodles were perfectly cooked it holds firms on the chopsticks. You have the option to either have your tofu steamed or fried (I chose fried). The black fungus gives a meaty texture to the dish, which works well for any vegetarians missing out. The real star of the dish, in my opinion, is the broth. This is where the flavor really comes from; the savory elements blends with the noodles and the tofu every time you dip your chopsticks. The crunchiness from the corn, scallions, and bamboo shoots balances out the noodles. After this fantastic experience, I have no doubt that I will return to Kazu and relive it all over again!
