Another one bites the dust. Prices are way up and quality is down. I understand that. It's 2026, that's the norm. Service is the one thing you can do something about. There were 6 people in the entire restaurant and my server should have been all over me. He wasn't. I finished my meal with an empty glass in front on me. Apparently 1 refill on iced tea is the limit. I was pretty surprised when my dumplings came out room temperature. I didn't say anything because my server did not want to be working on a Sunday night. Anyway, CEO's are wondering why business is down, way down. We can deal with the prices and even the quality but when you couple that with poor service, well that's where Mr. CEO should start to look for downward profits. It's their bonus at stake. I can eat anywhere. PF Changs is now in the rear view mirror.

I know it's Americanized and mass market, but when the flavor profiles and textures deliver, I don't hesitate. My friend liked his mojito, which I tasted and finished clean. But my black pepper chicken was a highlight entree. Usually served breaded, this chicken had crunch and crisp seemingly directly on top of the protein, with a good ratio of crisp in each bite. We waited like 3-4 minutes to be seated, which wouldn't be worth mentioning except that there was no line. And the bench-style seats are ridiculous: not supportive and too low relative to the table. I wish we'd tried the chaired tables or one of the booths.

Great lunch specials that includes a starter, an entrée, plus rice and noodles for just $14.99. Food is always tasty (albeit it is a chain restaurant). Great cocktails, at the bar seating, and lots of interesting choices. Don't miss the chicken lettuce wraps.

Pulled up to P.F. Chang's and, as always, had to start with the lettuce wraps--never miss! Fresh, flavorful, and a solid way to kick things off. For my main, I tried the Mongolian Beef Trio, which came with shrimp and chicken. While everything was cooked well and had good flavor, I'll probably just stick to the beef next time--three proteins was a bit much. My friend got the honey chicken, and I stole a bite--solid choice if you like a sweeter dish. Ambience was nice, very classic chain restaurant vibes but well-maintained. The service was great--attentive but not overbearing. Overall, a good experience! Would definitely come back but with a more streamlined order.

I was eager to try food here after my mom raved about their major tofu dish. We ordered food for takeout. I called last night to order by phone and I was out on hold for almost 10 minutes before someone took my order. The staff member told me it would take 15 minutes for my order to be ready. It wasn't ready at the time they said it would be. Secondly, the food was a bit oily. We ordered mapo tofu with white rice, Kung Pao chicken with white rice, and teriyaki chicken with brown rice and another serving of brown rice. While the teriyaki chicken dish was flavorful, the brown rice was al dente. I don't like to eat my rice al dente, don't need the stomach issues. The chicken in the Kung Pao chicken dish was burnt. We had to scrap of the burnt bits to eat it. And the mapo tofu was decent. I was really disappointed in their dishes and service. They need to do better.

Haven't been to PF Chang's in years. It was pretty good for a chain in the mall! Our waitress was awesome and answered our questions. When we first walked in they asked if we wanted to participate in their daily specials for apps and drinks, in order to do so you need to sit at the bar or the patio area. The "patio" area is located outside the restaurant in the mall area. It can be very noisy out there. I enjoyed the food more than I thought I would and what I remembered it to be.

Had a delightful lunch at P.F. Chang's recently with two of my sisters. We all enjoyed our meals which included Sesame Chicken Bowl with Lo Mein, Sweet & Sour Shrimp ( the shrimp was subbed in from chicken), and a Honey Chicken Bowl with fried rice. I also had an egg roll that was just okay. One of my sisters got the Peach Boba Breeze which she enjoyed. We shared a (generous) piece of Chocolate Peanut Butter cake. The service we received from Tara was over the top! Bathrooms are clean. The restaurant is located in the mall, so plenty of parking. Would not hesitate to return.

Food was decent, but our waiter was awesome! Ty was absolutely hysterical. From the minute we came in until we left. Very pleasant guy and was great with checking in on us. Not overly hovering but just the right amount to see how we were doing. Chicken with broccoli was good, lots of garlic and onion in it. Orange chicken nice flavor with a tiny kick.

There's a lot to choose from, but overall, I don't think the combination was worth the price. For the hot pot, we tried the Original Style broth and the Chinese Herbal Style broth. The Original was okay, but the Chinese Herbal broth was really delicious and easily the better of the two. We tried fatty beef, Kobe beef, sliced beef belly, premium beef, Angus beef, steak ribs, house special pork belly, tripe, shrimp, oysters, lobster balls, tofu, seaweed, watercress, Napa cabbage, corn, pumpkin and udon noodles. The steak ribs were one of the standouts and were a very good cut of meat. The pumpkin was surprisingly good too. It tasted almost like they added butter to it. Unfortunately, the Angus beef was disappointing. There was practically no marbling, and it was a very tough cut of meat. Most of the other items were just okay. Another issue was the bathroom. It wasn't maintained particularly well, which stood out even more because the restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived. When a restaurant isn't crowded, I expect areas like the bathroom to be kept in better condition. Dessert was probably the weakest part. In my opinion, the dessert selection was almost nonexistent. There was ice cream and only a couple of other choices, including red bean and a tapioca dessert. The tapioca tasted like it came from a can. For $36.99 per person, the Hot Pot + BBQ combination just wasn't worth it for us. There were too many items that were simply average, especially considering the price. If we had chosen just the hot pot, however, I think I would have felt differently. The Chinese Herbal broth was excellent, and the hot pot alone would have felt like a much better value. Overall, there were some definite highlights, but between the inconsistent meat quality, limited dessert selection, bathroom upkeep and the overall price, three stars feels fair.

That sadly was the best part of the night. We ordered; 8 AYCE and 2 ordered ala carte. My wife's vegetarian and doesn't eat much and my mom doesn't eat raw sushi and ordered the teriyaki shrimp. 1. The service is horrible. We waited 20mins to get our first appetizers. The waitress just dropped off plates and didn't explain what they were. My mom noticed the table next to us ordered what she got and a few minutes later, the waitress asked if she received her entree, which she replied no, and then she went to the table next to us and grabbed their plate and brought it back to the kitchen. We assume they reheated and replated the dish because it was way overcooked. 2. Long wait. Some items didn't arrived after over an hour and we asked about them multiple times. As we were ordering our 2nd round, we just reordered them. We got our waters refilled often but they never checked in to see if we were receiving our food or if we wanted to order more. Like they didn't ask one time. 3. Lost in translation. My parents are immigrants, so I am pretty understanding but the waitress didn't understand much of what I was saying and when I asked for extra ginger while pointing at it she looked very confused. I also asked her what a few items were when she brought them, and she didn't respond. 4. 10% coupon: don't bother trying to use the 10% off coupon from their own website. When we asked for the check, I showed her the coupon and she looked confused like I made it up and I let her know it was from their website under "coupons". I mentioned that the coupon doesn't have any fine print except it can't be used with any other offers, and she didn't try to help at all which was frustrating. At the end of the day, it was probably one of the worst meals I've ever had. The food quality was ok except for my mom getting a reheated meal. But the service was terrible. It sucks to have to wait so long for food and things coming out randomly and my son and wife waiting over an hour for their items while others are pretty much done. It was kind of flaky and kept falling apart every time I tried to use it to scoop up some curry. The curry was a little watery and not all that flavorful, and I defintiely would've appreciated more than just one or two chunks of potato and chicken. The chicken sambal and soup were additionally a bit disappointing. The chicken sambal was just okay for me, and the flavor didn't really blow me out of the water. It almost felt like something I could make at home. The soup similarly did not have a particularly rich or flavorful broth, and left me a little dissapointed. Another thing that really influences my review is how cold it was inside. It got even colder when people opened and closed the door. It was so cold that our food didn't seem hot.
