we've been here a few times and food has always been consistently delicious! we were on the waitlist and got seated right away despite it being super busy. we ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and calamari for appetizers. lettuce wraps were absolutely delicious. the calamari was a new item and the flavor was good, however it was not crispy at all. squid was tender and not overcooked. for entree, we had the mongolian beef and miso glazed salmon. both were absolutely delicious. our service was alright. she checked in on us once and kinda left us to ourselves which was nice. the price of the meal was very high. i understand the area is expensive but also the chain itself is already expensive. this is only a treat for us but still delicious! read more

Best P.F. Chang's I've ever set foot in, and it's not even close. I know reviewing a second P.F. Chang's is a little ridiculous. But there are levels to this, and this place is the pinnacle. I was blown away by how nice it is. The room is beautifully designed and clean top to bottom, run like a fine-tuned machine. And the kitchen? Incredible. The food was perfect. Every single bite. The cocktails were excellent, and everything came out piping hot. The whole family was in heaven. The P.F. Chang's back home is fine. Just okay, a typical chain. This is a different animal. P.F.Chang's did not disappoint last night. From the food to the drinks, especially the drinks. They have a special spring menu called Freshly Bloomed Flavor and the drink I ordered off that menu was the Cherry Blossom Martini. It's the ingredients that got me. St. Germain Elderflower, Strawberry Lychee, Pineapple, Lemon, and Hendrick's...a recipe for the taking. It was absolutely delicious. Fun Fact: this cocktail recipe has a huge following that they keep bringing back by popular demand. My husband went with the Japanese Old Fashioned and enjoyed it thoroughly. The food was great. And the cheesecake we ordered to go was even better. The vibes were divine. Dark and moody with eye-catching artwork and decor. Loved the wine glasses that adorned each table. We were seated in a booth that could easily fit six people but to us it felt like a big hug. Our waitress Michelle was attentive and made sure our experience was a memorable one. When you have Latin chefs (could not speak English) cooking "Asian fusion". The "host" would not dare to try that soy peppered with crushed seeds. The hottest crawfish in the world is milder than that soy. No wonder the place was empty!!! When you refuse to sample YOUR OWN FOOD- "it speaks volumes...." I drove to the closest drugstore. I live here in the area. I have eaten at this restaurant five times over the last five years or so, coming back each time in hopes that the food, the service and the ambience had improved. It was poor the first time, mediocre the next few times, but today, 8/24/2026, was just terrible. First I had to hunt down our server after being seated and waiting for about 10 minutes. I requested water twice, finally my wife asked for a second water and we got it, halfway through the meal. I ordered Pad Thai and it was utterly without flavor. They apparently left the sauce off. I would have returned it if our server had come back to check on us, but he hadn't, so I ate about half of it before giving up and leaving the rest on the plate. The background music being played throughout the place was rap, rap for crying out loud! Lovely ambience. $105.00 tab. OK I expected that and in spite of the above I tipped $12.00, against my better judgement. (I routinely tip 20% as a minimum). As we left, none of the three employees leaning on the counter in the reception area bothered to say thanks or anything else. Poor food, poor staff training, cruddy ambience. read more

PF Chang's has been a staple for our family for years. The eldest kiddo selected it to celebrate a milestone occasion. The restaurant was mostly empty upon arrival for a late lunch and we were promptly seated. All the food ordered came to the exact specs we continue to adore. Lettuce wraps were served with fancy lettuce that for me did not pair as well as iceberg. The My kiddo wanted a fruity drink that was deleted from the menu but the server made it happen... that gesture absolutely made her day!! Plus he kept checking on us in appropriate intervals. Ambiance was sated some and could use a refresh but you will only notice if you look closely and it does not detract from all the other great things. Honestly, I was skeptical about trying a chain location like this. But they actually turned out quite well. First of all the welcoming experience and the overall atmosphere hopeless quite nice that might just be true to this location, but it was very courteous and welcoming. I hate to say this, but the food was very good, the soup that our was served piping hot and quite delicious. The orange chicken that I had was quite good. The service was quite good, our server was friendly, attentive and genuinely nice. I appreciate the good service, this location has good leadership and training. This was one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. The food was not even edible. The fried rice was honestly disgusting and should not be served to anyone. The chicken in all three dishes we ordered had a strange texture and taste--almost like tofu--and didn't seem right at all. We went as a family and ended up paying about $100, only to leave almost all of the food on the table. Shortly after eating, we had stomach aches and even got sick. We paid, left the food, and walked out extremely disappointed. Overall, a terrible experience and not somewhere we would ever return. Rolled into the hotel late, so we ordered it to go. The honey shrimp was mushy but still tasted really good. Won ton soup was full of chicken and shrimp, very tasty. Shrimp dumplings were flavorful, and the spicy tuna roll was crumbly but really good. Enjoyed the sauces that accompanied the roll. Hubs liked his short rib fried rice, and the egg rolls were nice and crispy. Overall, a nice meal, though it was a bit pricey. read more

The food was not good at all. We had orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken, dumplings and cream cheese won tons. None of it tasted good. This was actually my first time at PF Changs and I am not impressed at all! My 24 yr old daughter felt sick halfway through the horrible meal and got home and started throwing up. We fed the lo-mien to her two year old so I'm hoping she doesn't get sick as well. The sweet tea wasn't even good! The only thing salvageable from that meal was the strawberry lemonade. The food was literally terrible. Our water tasted like it came from the bathroom sink. There was white foam in the soy sauce containers with the open lid that are not changed in between tables. The white steamed rice tasted like it came from a plastic microwaved bag. Fried rice was disgusting and had cardboard texture. Everything tasted burnt, and to make matters worse they messed up my order paid for fried rice got white and the Mongolian beef looked like jerky. Stop in for lunch, service was good, the place looked nice especially the large mural that went the length of the main wall with it's sharp red, gold and black colors along with the beautiful Asian inspired lamps hanging from the ceiling. As far as the food, it pretty much tasted like mall, food court Asian food served on nice plates. We had the steamed dumplings. The filling was juicy and delicious but the outer noodle wrapping had a somewhat chewy out edges. The egg roll was quite tasty served with what seamed like a version of a spicy mustard sauce. For my main course I decided to try the Korean fried chicken. The chicken had a very, thick breading on the outside, that was cooked very crispy with a lightly coated slightly sweet sauce on it. The chicken, a thigh and leg for the lunch portion was okay and had good flavor, but the ratio of coating to chicken was diffidently heavy on the breading side. The white rice served with the Korean chicken was somewhat dry and lacked aroma of a quality rice, luckily I saved some of the sauce served with my egg-roll to make the rice more palatable. read more

Honestly, I would give them one star, but it was almost closing on a Saturday night, and I will forgive them for the filth. It was gross on the inside of the restaurant with tables and floors covered with food and debris. Every time we go to PF Chang's the menu has changed or the sizes have changed, and this too is frustrating. That said, the bartenders were great and extremely helpful. I ordered the pork dumplings, which have changed too, sigh. They used to be plump and large and now they look and taste like they came out of a grocery store freezer. My husband ordered a noodle dish, and it was so greasy that he barely ate it. So great cocktails and not-so-great food and atmosphere. This is our second try since we moved here, and I am afraid we will not be back. read more
