This was absolutely the worst food and experience of any PF Chang's I've ever been to. We drove 2.5 hours to this P.F. Chang's for my stepson's birthday. It was a complete waste of time, money and gas. The restaurant was dirty and had the gloomiest atmosphere. Every other P.F. Chang's I've been to was very upbeat and fun atmosphere. The staff all moped around and it was easy to see they didn't want to be there. The food had no flavor and was warm at best. To top it off our waitress would've overcharged us had I not looked over the bill. I won't ever go back and would never recommend going here. I honestly can't believe they're still open. Was here last night. We hadn't been for a year and I was dismayed by a few things that hadn't changed in all that time. One, an overly friendly waiter (and no I don't want to fist bump you), who's very attentive at first and then disappears for most of the meal. The second, and most annoying thing is them bringing the entrees to the table before you finish your appetizers. We were left with trying to find room for everything and watch our entrees get cold while we finished the first course. I get the turning tables thing but this should not happen. Even though our waiter had a table right next to us, he ignored the empty appetizer plates when we started eating the entree so we got to eat with those dirty dishes still on the table. Again, I get the limited staff thing but seriously this is just wrong. We had these exact same problems a year ago so I have to believe it's the PF Changs culture that's allowing it to continue. read more

i have dined at pf changs all over the US. This location is easily the ABSOLUTE WORST i have ever spent my hard earned dollar. This location needs a complete overhaul in bartenders as well as the chef. The drinks and food were all ridiculously overpriced. My $16 dollar lettuce wraps were completely burned to a crisp. the chicken favored more like burnt bbq taste. it was horrible. I have no problem with anyone's gender preference or orientation. However, this bartender takes it way to far to the point the experience was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. There is no surprise why there were very few people in the entire restaurant. You will easily overpay for a horrible dining experience. Just another restaurant taking for granted the people that support our beach town. It was Father's day and crowded, but the wait of 15 minutes was not bad at all. I received the beer opener gift from our server abd appreciated it. The drinks were tasty. The Sapporo beer was served properly in a tall pilsner. We started with a few appetizers: Mongolian Potstickers, Poke Bowl, and Lettuce Wrap (you gotta have Lettuce Wrap, you are at PF Chang's). Then we ordered Honey Shrimp, Hokkein Noodles, Pepper Steak and Ginger Chicken for entrees. I informed the server that the Lettuce Wrap was overcooked to the point that it was burned and bitter, but we ate it anyway. Not a complaint, just a honest feedback. So, I found this place while working in the panhandle. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the I ordered food to go and the server was really nice. I ordered the miso salmon and a spicy tuna roll. The salmon was great. The spicy tuna was the most disappointing sushi I've ever had. Very bland roll and their idea of making it spicy was to put sriracha sauce in the side. Hadn't been in years as the last location I visited was not good and they also changed a great dish that I enjoyed. Stopped at this location to give it a try, hoping for better results. Ordered the sweet and sour chicken lunch special. It was awful. More sour than sweet. It was mostly soggy mushy bread. The little chicken I did have was thin. Portion sizes are ridiculous for the price. A frozen sweet and sour chicken dinner would've tasted better and been a whole lot cheaper. Also ordered combo rice and egg rolls. Both were ok. Definitely wasn't worth $16.00 for a small bowl of rice and $8.00 for 2 mostly dough egg rolls. The sweet and sour chicken was so horrible, I returned it and they took it off my bill. The manager or cook or whoever it was, was nice enough to come out and ask if there was anything else I'd like. I kindly declined. Just for 2 scoops of rice and 2 egg rolls, the bill was 24 dollars and some change. Rip off. read more

We get PF Changs Ubered quite a bit at home. This location is not good. Ordered Honey Chicken, got shrimp. Hubby was okay with it, but it had the weirdest after taste. I got the "new recipe" pad Thai for the first time, and I say to go back to the old recipe. Pretty sure it has to do with the way this location made it, but either way, blah. Pork dumplings did not have a good sear on the bottom and fell apart. Overall, they either had a bad night (happens to all of us), or they don't care. Won't order from here again. read more

Worst PF Chang's location we've ever stepped into. Unfortunately didn't read all of the similarly bad reviews until I sat down to post this which was after dining there. Makes me wonder if PF Chang's corporate offices even read these yelp reviews. So many are bad, and reflect a restaurant that's poorly managed. We've always been a fan of PF Chang's, but this location is disappointing, and damaging to the brand. The restaurant interior was dull and so was the disinterested staff. Just hate it when you sit down at the bar and the bartender never acknowledges you, and instead and just keeps on with other tasks. All it takes is a quick "Hello folks I'll be with you as soon as I can". That's when you as the customer typically answer with..."Take your time we understand. We can see you're busy". This didn't happen, and when you just get ignored it's not a good start to your dining experience. We ordered dinner at the bar, and when our entrée arrived it was barely warm. We decided to just eat and get out of there. The funniest thing was when we asked for teriyaki sauce, and were told that PF Chang's does not have teriyaki sauce. We didn't believe this could be true so we grabbed another member of the waitstaff and were given the same answer. When I tried to explain that P.F. Chang's literally markets and sells teriyaki sauce under their brand in the grocery store they didn't seem to care. Lastly I went to use the restroom before we left and it was not clean and smelled bad. I did marvel at the fact that someone thought it was a good idea to paint the tile in the restroom black. I try to steer clear of chain Chinese restaurants, but since we were staying in the condos nearby, we figured we could just take the golf cart to the restaurant for a quick take-out dinner since the kids were craving Chinese food after having seafood for days. The workers at the counter were very friendly. We ordered 3 entrees and shrimp dumplings. The portions were kinda small. I guess I'm used to the regular chinese takeout places, where one entree can feed at least 2 people. The kids were not fond of the fried rice at all. Also, as we were eating the mongolian beef, we found a blond/brown short piece of hair, about 2-3 inches long. I lost my appetite completely haha. The shrimp dumplings were just okay, but the dipping sauce was good. I don't think I would come back just because I prefer the greasy, large-portion Chinese takeout from local retaurants. read more

I'm very sad to say that P.F. Chang's Sandestin won't be on our list anymore. We're local and haven't been in a while because of traffic and we tried it out for date night. Disappointing. 1. There is no happy hour at all anymore. Not drinks or snacks. No reason, they just said management ended it. 2. Their shrimp fried rice isn't nearly as good as it used to be. I suspect they are making the fried rice in large quantities and then just adding the protein you choose after. I say this because my husband ordered plain fried rice no veggies, so they had to make it special, and it was exactly how their fried rice always tasted. 3. The shrimp shrunk significantly. They were about half the size of the shrimp they used to use and since they were so small, they were completely dried out. So no, this place is not worth a $85 happy hour. Panda Express's food tastes fresher and we won't be spending $8 for a single well vodka drink eating there. read more

We're in town for vacation and chose PF Changs as our first dinner--- a mistake. We were seated on the outdoor patio swiftly, which was nice. A waitress came over after about 5 minutes of waiting and took our order. I asked for the strawberry lemonade and she said we don't have that and I showed her the menu and she said we've never had lemonade. Sorry. So menu hasn't been updated in.. a while? My mom ordered the coconut mojito and that was definitely the best part of dinner-- I highly recommend this. They were kind enough to take the bean sprouts out of my fried rice (as I'm allergic). However, the fried rice... was not good. It was really dry but the carrots weren't fully cooked and were too big and crunchy. I've also never had fried chicken in my fried rice bowl... did not live that. No where on the menu said it was going to be fried chicken. Once she brought our food she asked if we needed anything else and acted like we were asking her to do a backflip when we asked if we could please have silverware and napkins... seriously??! Finally, my aunt was using her phone to pay the bill and kept running into so many errors. Our waitress kept looking over and avoiding us. Okay...I hope P.F. Chang's does not dispose of my hopes like Olive Garden did a long long time ago. I understand it is a franchise but that doesn't mean it has to suck. First, look at this picture of Dim Sum...how many Asians out there are insulting by P.F. Chang's calling a potsticker, Dim Sum? Second picture of mine is orange chicken very obviously clumped together, likely frozen food all dropped in the deep fryer and remained stuck together...potentially careless cooking but wait...at a nearby table a customer asked if something was gluten free. The manager came out with a bag of food, straight from the freezer to show the customer the packaging that "was all written in Chinese" and stated "I can't read Chinese so, I really don't know." So back to frozen food. How likely is it that most of our meal came from a freezer and though not prepared in a microwave, still something I could buy in a store and prepare at home. Why pay so much for that. Combine this with the fact that menu items that boasted made fresh for each table, like the spicy chicken soup, can no longer be found on the menu. Food was terrible and extremely overpriced. Started off with the Egg drop soup that tased like it had came out of the fridge, No effort to even heat it up. The ribs Were also luke warm and shrimp were cold and old. Once the finally got our meal the potstickers were hard and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The only thing slightly edible was the processed shrimp inside or what ever was inside of the potstickers. The chicken was also terrible. Been wanting to try PF Chang's for years especially after they were featured in a South Park episode so they must be good right? The night started off good. We arrived and the restaurant appearance from the outside is nice and the inside was very attractive as well. We were seated promptly and drink orders placed. Our drinks came out and they were very neatly presented and the taste fit the description to a T. We ordered the tempura green beans as an app and they were amazing! I was thinking, if the drinks and app was this good I cannot wait for the main course! This is where my review flips a 180. I ordered the Szechuan beef. I was quivering with anticipation as the dish arrived and sank my oversized spoon into it. I shoveled the spoon into my mouth and was immediately overcome with the most powerful flavor of salt and garlic I had ever experienced in a dish. I really think they used salt cured beef and some extra dashes of salt and garlic salt to top it off. The dish was dry and unforgiving. It defeated me with one spoonful. I pushed the dish off to the side and awaited for the staff to carry it off and dispose of properly. I would probably not return to PF Chang's on my own free will unless there was a mandatory gathering I was forced to attend where I would only order cocktails and apps. read more

It's a chain restaurant. Lunch menu has minimal items. The inner portion of the menu in dinner prices. I sat at the bar. The bartender was nice and helpful. I originally wanted the chicken king pao but he suggested the bimbap which was good but I should have just bit the bullet and got what I wanted originally. I ordered the egg drop soup and the crab Rangoon. Both were good and hot. I think the waiter might have been a little spacey because I had to ask for my napkin after I had my soup for a few minutes. They serve all kinds of asian cuisine, and do them all poorly. if you want a cheap, on the resort option, this works. if you want good food, steer clear. they mess up takeout orders quite often. my typical order is a fried rice or pad thai. both are edible but nothing compared to local genuine asian food. read more

I told the waiter that I had a seafood and peanut allergy, he said "okay I will be right back, I need to alert the manager". It took a couple minutes, but the manager came over with a different menu.
