We stopped by P.F. Chang's for takeout between my husband's chemotherapy appointments at the nearby cancer center. We had about an hour and a half to spare and thought it would be a quick stop. Unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating experience. The waiting area was small and packed, and although it wasn't busy when we arrived, we ended up waiting over 40 minutes for a simple order--three appetizers and a small bowl. We barely made it to his next appointment. I mentioned the delay to the manager, who was kind and apologetic, but we weren't the only ones upset. Several others from the cancer center were also waiting and worried about missing their work meetings. We had to rush out with our food and try to eat during the appointment, which didn't really happen. To make matters worse, the food was a letdown. My husband said the lettuce wraps and potstickers were tasty, but my spicy chicken bowl was just okay, and the crab wontons were so bad I threw them away after one bite. I don't even know what was inside--just awful. For $68, it felt like a complete waste. Every few years I think maybe I'll give P.F. Chang's another chance, and every time I regret it. We have eaten at a lot of pf changs.... First time at a pf changs togo. Will not be back. Ordered pot stickers , lettuce wraps, mongolian beef xtra crispy and honey chicken. Potstickers were deep fried. Not pan fried. Mongolian beef not crispy definitely not extra crispy. Honey chicken was spicy...when did they change it to be spicy. I have order that a lot and never had it spicy and it is suppose to be crispy... it was not. I was looking forward to having pf changs for dinner and we were disappointed. Side note GF was not an option for mongolian beef but is in the full restaurant. We now know pf changs to go is not the same as the full restaurant and will only go to the full restaurant. I have ate at PF Chang's actual restaurant multiple times and was excited when i moved to lake nona to see they had a take out place. I was expecting similar quality of food, specially since is the same cost! But the quality of food and flavor is inferior to even a cheap chinese take out restaurant. Small portions compared to eating at their normal restaurants and extremely salty both times. (Ordered Mongolian beef*saltyyyy* with fried rice). 3rd time I've ordered and they're way off the mark. I love P.F. Chang's lettuce wraps, however, I've never gotten the beautiful nest of crispy white noodles from this take out PFC.. This time I ordered BELIEVING that the comment section on their website would be looked at (why have comments if you CANNOT see them??????). I ordered extra of the crispy white noodles. When I picked up the bag it was sealed shut so I couldn't inspect its contents prior to leaving. When I got home and opened the bag there were ZERO CRISPY noodles. I promptly called them and the girl who answered the phone told me they dont receive the comments from online orders, and that customers complain about getting the crispy noodles, so they don't include them (WHAAATTT???). I told her that there looked like some sort of noodles, but they were NOT crispy and were NOT white and were NOT like on the website and whati ALWAYS GE get at the sit down P.F. Chang restaurants. She then said that is the way they make them there. I had high hopes for this establishment, but so far they continually disappoint. Also, the meal was WAY over salted/soy sauce. I didn't get the impression that my complaint was going any further than her, so I'm letting y'all know my experience. We ordered lettuce wraps, which is a go to stable for us fried wontons, and the northern ribs. All of them were terrible. The lettuce wraps were not anything like what they were years ago. The ribs were way too salty and the wontons had a very weird taste made us say we've already left went home tried to eat it. We ended up throwing all the food out and getting dinner elsewhere what a waste of $75. read more

This restaurant only does take out and delivery, so there is very limited seating available (2 small tables outside). There is also a parking garage and some additional parallel parking available a short 1 minute walk away, so no difficulties there. I got the Stir fried eggplant ($14) and the Mongolian tofu ($15) which were both tasty but a tad too salty for me. The tofu also had a softer, chewier texture, almost like mochi, which was different from what I expected, but I didn't mind it. The entrees come with a choice of white, brown, or fried rice, and they definitely give plenty of rice. I was trying to pay for my order with a gift card, but for some reason it was not being accepted, so the staff were considerate and even gave me a discount on my order because of the trouble. The food was ready in less than 10 minutes and was still warm by the time I got home and dug in. I'm dismayed to see so many negative reviews. This place deserves better! read more

Disappointed. Flavor is not the same as the restaurant dine in. Quality is poor and the steak is dry and overcooked. I recommend that the chefs train at the main restaurant and serve the same quality. Also disappointed that they don't have shrimp. They added the salt to the edamame and by the time I got home, it was all melted. read more

Seems like all the meat was super old and then deep fried for reuse. Everything was so salty and disgusting that after the first bite, goes straight into the trash! I am a LONG TIME PF Chang's customer. Tonight I ordered 2 entrees and 2 appetizers, with delivery it was over $120! My egg rolls were cold. My sesame chicken had no flavor and was swimming in sauce. Found the person taking my order to be rude. Food was good, but super pricey- 42.00 for lunch portions of chicken lettuce wraps, beef and broccoli and chicken lo mein. This business is a carry out only. If you call ahead your order will be hot and ready when you arrive. I bought an order of shrimp fried rice. I had an abundance of rice showered with a lot medium size shrimp...so good. I would give this business five stars but there is no street parking, but there is a parking lot in the back and you have to walk around to the front to pick up your order. One star because it was hot. I place online orders and half the time it is wrong. Once I made two trips to get my food because of being wrong. Today, placed an order for my mom and paid over $20 for fried rice including tip which is included and the order was all wrong. Then, I call to talk to a manage, May and instead of just saying sorry and giving me a refund proceeds to keep asking the same questions and doubting my answers and after 10 minutes just ended the call. *just a alert for people with allergies-- THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BASH THIS PLACE AS A WHOLE* Eating out with allergies is hard and you are putting a lot of trust in the staff which sometimes does not go great. It's a risk that people with allergies CHOOSE to take for the sake of convenience and I understand that sometimes things can go wrong. (People are overworked, business are short staffed, mistakes are HUMAN) PF Chang's normally is pretty good about being mindful of allergies, they have many ordering options that allow you to explicitly state allergies and I have never had a problem with the chain itself. But I recently ordered from this location and listed my allergy as I normally do and ordered a gluten-free version which has never caused me issues before. However, I assume I was accidentally given either rice or chicken that was not gluten free because I have been EXTREMELY violently ill since eating the meal last night. For reference, usually a small amount of cross contamination would not cause this big of an issue for me and I can generally tolerate it with only mild discomfort (which is why I choose to take the risk of eating out and trusting the business because I know I'll usually be fine) so I am pretty sure there was an actual mixup causing me to be given an actual meal item that wasn't gluten free rather than just using the same spoon or something. Overall just wanted to share for people who have it worse than me to err on the side of caution and maybe this location shouldn't be your first choice read more

I absolutely love that this place is close to home. It's delicious food prepared and packaged with care, and pick up is easy. If there's no space to park on the side street, the garage in the back is free. So far, we've tried the short ribs, eggplant and Mongolian chicken, and all were outstanding! I've worked with chefs before and I'm aware of the terminology "kitchen talk" but to hear it as a customer super loud and clear a ton of profanity? Like c'mon?! Bento is just 2 miles away, has a similar open kitchen and you'll never hear chefs talk like that.
