    Pork Ribs (No Seasoning)
    Kevin M.

Hit this late night Sunday, sat at the bar, went in with mid expectations and got just that, mid...got three apps, and they all were missing one important thing...SEASONING!...pork ribs were just saucy, fried green beans just coated in flour, and why send me three dumplings on a 12 inch plate full of sauce..sigh! Drunkin Noodle: best part was the expresso martini...and my bartender was good, this is why a three and not a two

When my party was running late the staff didn't hesitate to allow me to take a seat while I waited. The lettuce wraps are always a winner and the atmosphere feels warm and inviting.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SLOW TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! We went here because we were excited they were able to sit us quickly.... I now know why. The food was so bland. The service was so terrible. Normally I am okay with having bad service, but we literally sat down and ordered drinks and didn't even get them till 10 minutes after we received our soup.... which in itself took at least 35 minutes..... once we actually got our meals, they had NO flavor.... hardly any sauce and just not worth it. The broccoli was so disgusting that no one even ate it. If I could rate 0 stars I would. The server Sadie didnt even check on us and when we were done eating we waited another 20-30 minutes and had to physically walk up to her to get our check. This was the worst experience of my entire life at a restaurant.... let alone a place thats supposed to be "upscale"

We have been on a Chinese food kick lately, don't ask me why lol. Maybe I'm craving salt. But we were also doing some shopping and had to stop for food before dying of hanger. I still have a cold, so soup for me!!! We got shrimp for appetizers and they were delicious, had a little bit of heat to them. My order came out wrong, so I ended up with both steamed and fried rice. Whoa!!! That's a lot of carbs, and by the time we are done eating it's time for siesta. The restaurant is nice and cozy, and the service is good, too.

Pretty good. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. I have loved this location from the start, but slowly they are drifting away from me loving them to just liking them. Now, I must say what's a 10/10 every time, the agave margarita. They can do no wrong when it comes to making this. My go to meals are the fried shrimp dumplings and the Chang's spicy chicken. At this point, the restaurant is hit or miss and it seems the misses come throughout the week when I dine in and hit every time on the weekend when I dine in. Needless to say, if I do decide to dine during the week it's for happy hour. I have ordered to go a few times recently, but dining in and at the bar on the weekend, Friday - Sunday - is the way to go! Parking is still no issue. However, the parking lot is a short walk away, but it's free. Have fun and enjoy life :)

Love the lettuce wraps. They are always tasty. Service was okay but not stellar and it was not busy at all. Did not seem as clean as it has in the past. Hopefully this was just a one off kind of situation.

I find the shrimp dishes delicious. In my younger years I had many fine-in experiences here with Mom or with friends. I've even celebrate birthdays here. I'm strictly dine-out these days but the food doesn't miss, it doesn't disappoint.

PF Chang's had been a go to for us and we come once a month and typically order the Chefs Feast. Coming on Mother's Day we knew that we would likely not get the food or service we have become used to but what happened was even below our low expectations. Seated 30 minutes after our reservation but we didn't complain given the holiday. Server needed to be reminded several times of requests but we didn't complain given the holiday. Food was slow to come, but, you know what I'm going to say. Entree finally arrived and it looked like someone had already eaten it and this was the leftovers. It was half the usual portion as we order this same dish every time we come. Waitress is asked and explains that the Chef's Feast is a smaller portion but again, we know the size. She says she'll send the manager over but he doesn't come and our small dishes are now the same size but getting cold. So I go to the manager myself. He says, yeah, sorry we made portion smaller rather than raise prices. Sorry. No. I'm sorry PF Chang. That's the last time for me.

Not very good, not authentic but edible. There are better options for Chinese food. I'd save my money for something better.

I like that it's spaced out and you're not over crowded. Our waitress Catherine was awesome. She's always nice, friendly, and patient. She gave us the menu specials and allowed us to chat a bit before ordering. My friend ordered the cheese wontons, general tso chicken and dan dan noodles. The wontons were really good. I like that they were sweet and crispy. I'd get them again for sure. The dan dan noodles were spicy and flavorful. My sister and I got the Mongolian chicken, storm fish, and eggplant. This is my go to meal that I normally get, it's always tasty. The storm fish normally comes with a spicy mayo sauce, but they didn't have it this time. The fish was still ok, but the sauce is what gives it flavor, so it was a little bland this time. The eggplant and Mongolian chicken were yum, hot, and fresh!! I definitely recommend this restaurant to alot of people. I just think it's more elevated compared to regular Chinese takeout food. They have many delicious options on the menu, and again the vibe is chill. If you're planning a group dinner this is definitely a great option. The rooms have a lazy Susan on the table to make sharing the family style meals easy. Check them out!!

I found maybe 4 at most. It was also disappointing most of the sauce was on the bottom. So it's imperative you stir everything from bottom up upon receiving the order. The top layer tasted like it had barely any seasonings because of it. I wish I had known the meal came with copious amounts of mushrooms. I otherwise would have specifically requested the order be made without the them. I am not a big fan of mushrooms and especially the fragrant kind like the shiitake variety. I feel like I had mouthfuls of mushrooms in each bite and that's all I tasted. Perhaps I will order something else they are more known for the next time I believe they specialize in Szechuan cuisine.

I appreciated that the extras were included. We ordered onion rings, and they were delicious very state fair vibes, crispy and flavorful with a good dipping sauce. We also built a customizable cup (more like a rice bowl) with kimchi fried rice, spicy pork, and onions. It was so flavorful that we didn't even need sauce. We tried the kimbap (similar to sushi) and the beef fried dumplings both were really good. Customer service was solid. They greeted us right away, walked us through the menu, and let us know ahead of time that the fried chicken would take about 15 minutes. Everything else came out quickly.
