    Came here yesterday to look at some heavy bags. Was blown away by the craftsmanship of the bag and quality materials. Moe the shop owner is a gentleman and was more than helpful to me. Come here and you won't be dissapointed.

    what was sent to me

    Ordered my item on a Wednesday, didn't receive it until the following Thursday. I had to call them to get an update on my order. They said UPS missed them. Ok, whatever. I finally get my package and it's the wrong color. I call them to let them know it's the wrong color. What got me annoyed me wasn't that it was the wrong color, it was the fact the man on the phone (the owner or customer service rep whichever) straight up lied and said they sent an email saying they didn't have the color I ordered. I had been checking my email all week...spambox too and there was not one email from anyone from their company saying anything about my item not being available or sending another color. Then the dude said they called me. I asked what date they called me and when did they leave a message. The guy says they didn't leave a message. I asked for a refund. No consolation products, no upgrades, just my money back. I'll admit I was a little short for a minute with the man, but I had had it with all the delays, and the back and forth and lack of communication (and lying about calling). I know everyone has been hit hard by the pandemic and I get it but it's not an excuse for lack of communicating and updating customers. Finally, the guy on the phone offered an upgrade of equipment as that's what the company sends when they get an order wrong (sounds like wrong orders are a common thing here...) After my experience with their delay of shipping and most important their lack of communication with the customer and and unprofessional processes of not contacting customers via email or any other method to let them know about the status or availability of products, I honestly didn't want to deal with Pro Boxing Equipment and plan not to do business with them at all in the future. There's lots of other options for combat and boxing equipment out there. Check em all out before coming here. Update: 16 days since I returned the item (tracked by UPS) and still no refund has been issued by the business.

    I hate to be brutally honest especially since I love mom and pop shops, and feel like there should be more of these around. But it just did not work out for me. The clerk was very helpful in helping me find what I needed, I was actually just looking for Mexican wraps but ended up buying gloves because they felt and looked really nice. At least that's what I thought. After two sessions of bag work the thread on one of them starting tearing, not cool because they were still new. Went back and Mo helped me exchange them for another pair. One session later the Velcro started to peel off of the strap, seriously...ended back at the store but at the point I wanted to just return them. They were more of a headache then anything, my 25 dollar Everlast glove lasted years. It really made me question the quality of their supplies. The Mexican wraps I used three times also started to tear, the Velcro was peeling off -.- I wasn't able to return the gloves because of their no refund policy but Mo let me get a store credit, was able to get something for my nephew. Hoping they last longer than a couple days..

When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if that item could be removed from the transaction. The cashier immediately responded, "I can't," and offered no explanation or attempt to help. A manager was called over and seemed visibly annoyed. We were told there were only two options: either void the entire transaction and wait approximately 20 minutes for the gift card funds to be restored, or pay the difference and then return the football cards afterward for store credit. Since there was no way I was spending an additional $63 on football cards, we chose to void the transaction and wait. We specifically discussed that it was Father's Day, that we needed to get to a family dinner, and that we would wait the required 20 minutes so my son could repurchase the correct items. The manager advised us to wait near the entrance or continue shopping. After the 20-minute wait, we spent another 15 minutes waiting for the same cashier to help us complete the purchase, only to discover that all of my son's items had been returned to the sales floor. We were then told, "You just left the items," despite the fact that we had clearly communicated our plan and followed the instructions we were given. What bothered me most was not the store policy itself, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to make a frustrating situation easier--especially for a child trying to use birthday gift cards. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The saddest part was that my son left the store in tears instead of excited about his birthday gifts. What should have been a fun experience became a frustrating and upsetting one due to poor communication and a lack of basic customer service.

I drove about an hour to this store because their website listed the youth France 2026 Mbappé jersey in the size I needed. When I arrived, they didn't have it. The only option that fit my child was a blank youth jersey. I purchased it, and when I got home I realized I had been charged $99.99 for the jersey. My receipt doesn't even identify the item; it simply says "Custom Item." No customization was performed. I then checked the store's own website and found the exact same Nike France 2026 Home Jersey advertised for $84.99. I called the owner to politely ask why I was charged more than the advertised price and whether he could refund the difference. Instead of explaining calmly, he became confrontational and raised his voice. He told me he had to "pay retail" to have the jersey available and therefore charged me $99.99. When I pointed out that his own website listed it for $84.99 and asked if he could refund the difference, he became even more upset and told me the only option was to drive back and return the jersey for a full refund. Before making the trip, I called the day before because I was driving about an hour specifically for this jersey. I told the owner how far I was coming. He said he "probably" had it in stock but couldn't guarantee it and suggested I call before leaving. Since I planned to arrive right when the store opened, that wasn't practical. When I arrived, the jersey wasn't available in the size shown on the website. He could have checked while I was on the phone and saved me a two-hour round trip. The disappointing part wasn't just the $15 price difference; it was the inaccurate inventory, the confusing pricing, and the way a polite question was handled.
