If ventilation was the cause all along, why wasn't that identified years ago? Communication was extremely poor. We constantly had to track them down for answers, and at one point we were even told the company was no longer in business. Overall this has been an incredibly stressful experience dealing with recurring mold problems, lack of communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend using this company.

He then sent us pictures of updates and each progress they made when we stepped out of the house. The crews cleaned up well after the work was done and Carlos showed us the brand new roof and siding and explained again to us where they found the leak and what they did to replace the roof. They were doing the neighbor's roof that's when i called them to give me their opinion of my moms roof and a price to fix it. We really only wanted a repair. The price quoted was high and we didn't want a whole new roof but we gave them the job because we needed the work done against our better judgment. I told them to watch out for the bush in front but they dropped the debris onto the bush and damaged it. They also dented her front gutter with their ladder used to get onto the roof. One of the workers urinated on our neighbors roof when I got up there to watch them work. It's only been a couple years but the roof doesn't look right so we had some other companies come and give us a quote for the roof. They recommended another layer reroofing and all were giving us a 10 year warranty. Installation Service gave us a 5 year warranty on a whole new roof and it's expiring. We're talking to our family lawyer about our options. Stay clear of these guys.

Initially, I was thinking just a quick patch up job on two walls since there were no water issues, but he suggested that I completely remove the outer stucco and rebuild it with an extra layer, giving me a much more durable solution, and also suggested doing all 3 walls rather than the two. Everything was explained well and he provided a contract with everything written down on paper. As they were working, it became apparent that they would not be able to remove all of the old stucco from parts of one of the walls because it was hard to access some of the foundation because of the ledge of the house, so there is one section which was done differently than the rest of the foundation and doesn't look as finished compared to the rest of the work, which looks fantastic. The project was finished in a timely fashion despite all of the recent rainstorms, communication/updates were excellent throughout the job, and clean up was excellent. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the work and would use them again for future projects

John laid out all the options on what he could do for me on any budget but never imposed on doing one option over another. I decided to replace the whole roof to try and eliminate the problem from the previous roofers. John updated me every step of the way, sending pictures of the progress and being transparent of what materials he was using. His 15 year warranty shows how serious he is about his craftsmanship. Even after 2 years later, he was passing by the neighborhood and saw that I was missing a shingle from heavy wind, he offered to fix it free of charge and had his guys check the roof to see that it was still in good condition. For several years, I kept approving small repairs because a complete flat-roof replacement felt…read morefinancially out of reach. The leaks would stop temporarily, then another ceiling bubble would appear somewhere else. By the time we scheduled this inspection, water was also remaining on the roof long after the rain ended. The proposal separated necessary work from optional improvements and included an allowance for a reasonable amount of deck replacement. Financing was available through a third-party lender, with approval and terms determined by that lender. Under the plan we qualified for, we were able to move forward with monthly payments instead of postponing the project for another year. Once tear-off started, the crew found two roofing layers, compressed insulation near the drain, and deteriorated plank decking along part of the rear wall. They photographed those areas before covering them and stayed within the decking allowance. The replacement included new insulation, a cover board, EPDM membrane, rebuilt wall flashing, and a larger scupper to improve drainage. Our upstairs tenant received notice about the noisiest days, although the crew did arrive earlier than expected one morning. Other than that, access was handled thoughtfully and the neighboring property was swept at the end of the job. The first major rainfall showed a noticeable difference: water moved toward the scupper instead of collecting across the rear half of the roof. Being able to replace the complete system instead of funding another temporary patch gave us the peace of mind we were looking for.
