Pacific Boat Trailers made me a beautiful aluminum trailer for my boat to replace the old one. It pulls so much smoother and easier. They built it without having the boat.

    New axle

I highly recommend Pacific Boat Trailers for all your trailer needs. They provided me with the exact new axle I needed for my Bass boat trailer. They recommended everything that was needed and had the axle with new hubs ready the day when promised. They recommended to get a galvanized axle, this way i dont have to worry about finish, I am really happy with that upgrade. Great communication provided, look for Chris, super nice and very knowledgeable. Really happy to be back on the water, thanks to them!

New trailer with sturdy 1000lb winch, perfect placed roller and new style Hitch coupler. Awesome

I had a Midwest trailer that came with my seadoo boat 23 years ago. It was rusted out from the inside. Luis and his team were able to fabricate a new trailer which holds the boat better, rides so so much nicer and most of all feels more sturdy. The new trailer came with an excellent warranty and torsion bar suspension vs leaf spring. All I can say is OMG !!!! Total game changer when towing. I love my trailer. Thank you Luis and the team from Pacific trailer . Well Done !!!

I also saw a hose that I thought may need to be changed. Also my trailer brakes were not working. I expected to leave Daves Marine spending approximately $4000 due to all the issues my boat had at that time. A few days later, I received a call indicating that they were able to repair my brakes without replacing any parts which was great to hear. Dave also said the hose did not need to be repaired at this time but maybe in the future it would be a good idea. Dave completed the service on my boat, installed new batteries, replaced a surge pump and it's running great. I am pleased and feel lucky to have an honest boat mechanic That's not trying to rip me off every turn that they can. Daves Marine could have easily told there were things wrong with my boat that weren't ( surge brake parts, hoses, etc) and I probably would have paid to have them repaired. I love spending way less than I expected. Thank you to Dave and his wife for being such an honest business. Daves Marine has a lifetime customer as long as I live in California.

I bought my boat from Inland Boat Center in March 2024 through Taylor and Mr. Hellman. At the time…read moreof sale, the experience was excellent--very responsive, very friendly, and full of assurances that made me feel confident doing business there. I purchased a 2021 Manitou Aurora for $32,000, which I still own and have only put about 30 hours on. A major part of that conversation was a trailer they agreed to sell me for $2,800 out the door. I was told it only needed brakes and that I would get a call when it was ready. I followed up several times and kept hearing delays, including that the wrong brakes had been installed and they needed more time. Eventually the communication stopped completely. Since then, no one has followed through, no one has updated me, and now the original agreement is treated as if it never happened. Instead, the only option presented is a new trailer for around $7,000. I also recently asked what they would offer if they bought the boat back. After paying $32,000 and barely using it, I was offered $16,000. Even getting that answer took repeated effort because emails and calls were ignored until I physically walked into the showroom. Service has been equally disappointing. When I bought the boat, I was specifically told that because I am a Canyon Lake customer they would arrange pickup and delivery for service. When I called recently, I was told there is now a $200 transportation charge and that I would need to take it up with Taylor. I texted Taylor directly again and still received no response. I was also quoted around $1,000 for a basic oil change and impeller replacement, while other boat service centers quoted substantially less for the same work. I have been in sales for over 20 years, and one thing I understand clearly is that customer service after the sale matters more than the sale itself. What stands out most here is how dramatically the customer experience changed once the transaction was complete. Before the purchase, communication was immediate. After the purchase, promises became difficult to verify, follow-up became almost nonexistent, and basic customer service became a struggle. For anyone considering buying here: document everything, get every commitment in writing, and do not rely on verbal promises alone. Based on how this has been handled, I would not purchase from Inland Boat Center again, and I would not recommend that friends, family, or anyone I know buy or service a boat there.
