Is it really…read morepossible that people believe that financing companies have anything to do with car maintenance and reliability??? Astonishing... really. Reliable Credit took a huge risk on giving me a car loan. David took the time to talk to me on the phone while I was at the dealership in order to find out why my credit had gone from fair to poor. I had to quit working for almost 4 years due to health issues. Given that explanation, David approved the loan. As it turned out, I relapsed before the first payment was due! I struggled to make the payments and after a few months I knew I was not going to be able to continue making the agreed upon payment amount. I talked to David and much to my surprise, he lowered my interest rate and monthly payment, just like that. He said, "I want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem". I was blown away. Last year I paid the car off after 5 years without the ability to work. It was a fantastic feeling and I cannot thank David and Reliable Credit enough. I was finally approved for disability in June and am planning on purchasing another vehicle. I will go back to Reliable Credit to finance my next car as well. Thank you David and Reliable Credit team!!!

It started the way these stories always do: A luxury car that looked like trouble in heels. She…read morehad the curves, the shine, the kind of allure that makes you stop thinking and start believing. Except the first time I met her in a PNW downpour the windshield wiper flapped uselessly like a limp handshake. Replacing the wipers was contractual. Basic safety. A correction to meet the State's prim-and-proper dress code. Still met with a laissez-faire attitude. When I picked her up, her glasses were still broken. I took the fix into my own hands--parts shop on the way home, a couple of tenners, a little elbow grease, done. Next up, the key fob. The emergency key was missing, the kind of detail that only matters when it matters. I brought it up, like an old lover who still believes a wrong turn should end with a nightcap and an apology. Instead, it turned from good cop to bad cop faster than a red carpet turns into a doormat. Then Murphy made a house call. The battery went low. She wouldn't let me in, like a partner who caught me gambling with the rent money. I used my one free call to get a locksmith to bail me out. Time and money burned on something promised on the first date. Next the check engine light blinked into life like it couldn't wait to hand me a bill and a lecture. Still loyal, I went back to them instead of the brand shop off the two one seven. One tip slipped across the bar after another. Reassurance she was safe to take out on the town without having to constantly look over my shoulder. It was just a false trail that kept circling back to the same code I heard on the scanner from day one. I was being led on a wild goose chase and suspected I was the stuffing. After months of silence and no new leads I picked up the phone to reopen the case, like a jilted ex dialing a number I know I shouldn't. The witnesses had "left." The records were "tied up." I was told the specifics about the prior investigation were withheld for "legal reasons." It read like the old standards had left the building, and she'd taken her charm with her. Trusting my first instinct, I took the old girl to the brand shop, the place that spoke her native tongue. They handed me the facts. No passing the buck. No song and dance. Workmanship you could hang your hat on. I'd finally gotten the full meal deal, but I'd lost my wallet in the process. I figured I'd give Freeman one last chance to make things right. I'd played this scene before, back when deals were clean and handshakes meant something. Back then, I had a number in my head and they hit it like a sharpshooter. This time it was a slow middle school dance on a wet gym floor, and every step felt wrong. The numbers didn't add up, even the Kelly Blue Boys gave me the kind of look you save for a three-card monte table. Sure, I could take a bruising, but I hadn't signed up to get rolled. The relationship ended with a love letter that read like a case file, our entire history laid out in black and white, followed by a reply that never came. Freeman was a name I'd trusted since I was a rookie twenty years back, the door I knocked on when I wanted a fair and honest deal, the place I sent friends, family, and associates. Somewhere along the way, it seemed they traded the Freeman name for the Saul Goodman Sunday Special. In this town, some places sell you a promise the way a magician sells you a trick. You watch the shine. You miss the move. I gave them every chance to play it straight, but instead I got a different story each time, ended up with the bills, and found myself alone in the rain without an umbrella. Ragged, like a mark who realized the gig too late, I closed the file, because sometimes that's the only win you get. Take a walk. Don't look back. The rain will wash the footprints away.

If I could give this shady place ZERO stars, I would…read more.. The only key I was given to my vehicle was mangled and wrapped in electrical tape with no buttons (see photos). Titan quoted it as a "simple" $150 replacement/repair, but after calling several Mitsubishi dealerships and locksmiths about a replacement, I discovered that it'll be $350+, especially since there are no buttons on the only key I have. I couldn't even lock my new vehicle without the alarm going off because of it. It wasn't quite worth the $150 discount...nor the hassle of making sure the end of be key didn't fall off because if lost there was NO WAY to duplicate the key because the chip was faulty. On top of that, the tires only had between 3/32nds and 5/32nds tread left and one didn't match the other three, setting off the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light because AWD vehicles rely on them matching in order to function properly. I ended up having to buy four new tires. The glovebox was also dirty with food crumbs covering the bottom (see photos). How does the detailer miss that?! Oh yeah, they didn't touch the car after buying it from an auction. The salesman didn't even know if I was buying the LS or SE until after the sale (I had to look it up via the VIN). Also, the vehicle didn't come with any floor mats whatsoever and the rear passenger window didn't go down... Titan promised to resolve the window issue once they opened their garage attached to the building. It's been 7 months and a half dozen ignored emails later, and I still haven't gotten a response or resolution. The only acceptable answer would be that they were shutdown by the BBB already. I took it upon myself to inspect the problem only to discover that the electrical connection from the rear window was disconnected and shoved back in the guts of the door (see photos). It took an hour of monkeying around to reconnect it (and it worked again), but I fixed it myself. They just buy used vehicles and flip them without paying any attention to details or taking any effort to bring them up to normal selling standards. If you play to buy from them, you're a fool. Expect very high interest rates too. Completely unacceptable. RUN!!! P.S. They tried to bribe me (along with every customer) with a $10 gas card if we wrote a nice review and showed them in person (even before I left with my vehicle or had time to give my honest feedback). I'm so glad I held off because it would not have been worth it. Ignore ALL 5 star reviews!

Although their logo-motto reads "Low Prices Ahead " & their…read morewebsite boasts that Auto Solution "can often negotiate the purchase price at or near dealer invoice or wholesale so you save big!" I very nearly lost a couple thousand dollars to them. Please read what follows if you're interested in specific details. I also informed my credit union about my bad experience, as they originally referred me to them. My sincere advice to anybody planning to deal with this company: PRACTICE DUE DILIGENCE. At the bare minimum, check Kelly Blue Book online for values and for cars currently for sale. As for myself, I had contacted CU Auto Solution online & an Auto Broker rep phoned back pretty quickly. The woman seemed nice & asked for more details on what I wanted. Proceeded to tell me I was looking for a "unicorn"... meaning something hard to find and especially in the $10,000 range I specified. So I said I'd consider a slightly higher price if need be. I give this company one star extra for her timely & pleasant first call. I asked what their service would cost me and she said no cost to me. She'd get paid $150, which wouldn't be my expense. In a subsequent email I asked her "How does this whole process work?" I was never informed of any other included cost - not by her or their website - whether it be for inspections, warranty?, delivery?, whatever. Their service was introduced to me as one of the benefits of being a credit union member. Soon after her call, she emailed me about a car she found: met my requirements and beyond...in "immaculate" condition...price of $12, 900. Sounded good, notwithstanding the higher price. I was seriously considering it. Wrote her back with some questions, including "Is this price negotiable? How do I make an offer?" Her answer: "The price is already negotiated so you don't make an offer the price is what it is." Okay. But doing minimal "due diligence," I checked Kelly Blue Book online. Entered every detail she gave me, top of the line, low mileage, etc. The highest Dealer Fair Market Price came in at $10,953...Fair Purchase Price was $9,683. Spot on to what I had asked for and quite a bit less than the "pre-negotiated" $12,900 price I was given. Then I clicked on Kelly Blue Book's similar cars in my area currently for sale. Wow. There was the EXACT same car she described, even down to the same color. Had the same mileage, was the same model... identical features, year, condition...and sitting on a Dealer lot in the very town she said the car came from! Asking price? $11,530. And that's before any "negotiating" at all. On the same day, but before I was able to email her back, she wrote me again. "It sold to someone else." That's all it said. Not very professional, in my opinion. Nothing to soften the blow of "losing out." No offer to continue looking for me and didn't even ask if I'd like her to. Emailed the other car dealership about the car I found on Kelly Blue Book's website to see if it was still available. They replied it had just sold a little before I emailed. Almost certainly, this was the same car that Auto Solutions was offering. If so, I could have purchased it directly from the dealer for a minimum of $1,370 LESS. More likely, a negotiated price (which is the norm) would have saved me closer to $2,000! If it was not the same vehicle, then it was an identical twin "unicorn" at a significantly lower price. Thanks, but no thanks to "Low Prices Ahead" CU Auto Solution.

It was hard for me to part with my car as I really loved that old thing, and Stefanie was patient and never pushy for me to make a decision. Finally I came back around to Stefanie again this past December and traded in my Element for an Accord. She did almost all of the work - crunched numbers and made it happen for me. I didn't have an ideal situation for car buying, but she is always non-judgmental and helpful none the less. Now this is not some fluffy froo-froo car dealership with the flashy signs and the free (stale) popcorn, but they get the job done and they do so quickly and without the hassle and sales tactics of a more traditional dealership. I will refer Stefanie to others that are looking for a very easy and stress-free car transaction.
