I was looking to rescue a tuxedo cat after losing my cat to stoke. To my surprise, Pacific Coast Dog Rescue had a tuxedo cat listed on Petfinder. While I had been eyeing another tuxedo cat with a different rescue, there was something about Domino that kept having me come back to him. Reading his description, "found with a pack of feral cats" should have made me pass him up from the get-go thinking a feral cat wouldn't be friendly with me or my 3 dogs. But like I said, I kept being pulled back to him for some reason. I explained to Ingrid what kind of cat I was looking for and the circumstances involved. She seemed to think we would be a good fit and took the long drive to my home for us to meet with him. Well, it was love at first site for both Domino and us. He adjusted quickly in just 2 days. Oddly, he was eager to be with my 3 dogs and they accepted him on the spot. It was all too surreal. Domino secretly thinks he is a big dog and he blends in with them and has become one of the pack. He cracks us up every day. In fact, he demands I feed him next to the dogs so he doesn't miss out. Ingrid was delightful to converse with. She always responded to my text messages. I volunteer with other dog rescues in my area and I see firsthand the difficult work involved when working with an unknown dog, the challenges they face daily with medical and behavioral, and the attentiveness they have to give to each animal to match the right pet with the right familyy knowing everyone has unique circumstances and needs just as the dogs do. 5+ Stars -- My experience with Pacific Coast Dog Rescue (PCDR) and Ingrid was literally life-saving. For 3 years, I volunteered at a City shelter and there was one particular female pittie at the shelter that I am attached to that was red-listed. The dog, a real beauty who is lovely with children and most women, had issues with other dogs and some adult males (By my own experience working at a shelter, I know that any larger breed dog, especially pitties with issues, often don't get adopted at shelters and often get put down.) PCDR and its network agreed to help this pitbull and has spent tremendous resources and time to keep her safe, well cared for and happy until if and when she can find her forever home. They kept their word in a world where there is not a lot of integrity anymore and they do this at great expense and time (eg: sheltering and caring for and walking dogs, food, vet bills, transportation, etc...) Please understand that rescue work is expensive, heartbreaking, exhausting, endless and mostly thankless work. Because of their TRUE commitment and deep expertise in finding appropriate forever homes for their rescued dogs, PCDR is very cautious at where they place their dogs to ensure not only the animal will be safe forever, but that the humans and especially children and other pets are safe too. Some very well known rescues place animals anywhere with no background checks and unfortunately some of those poor souls end up right back in kill shelters because the owners are not prepared for nor have the patience for a particular dog's issues. Moreover, some breeds are "too much dog" for potential owners to handle. PCDR KNOWS their dogs and has the wisdom and experience to assist potential owners in getting the right dog for their lifestyle. So as far as I am concerned it is totally worth all the home checks, the extensive interviews, etc... to find out if a particular dog is right for a family. Awful, nasty communications. So, I contacted "Ingrid" about adopting a dog, 2 months ago, TWO MONTHS AGO. I live out of state, I explained my situation, I have a (almost) 9 year old resuce who needs a buddy. I offered to pay to have the dog delivered to me, OR to have a local friend pick the dog up. Aside frombeing the nastiest b*tch in emails, she refused and advised she would not allow a pet to go out of state....THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO. That adorable little dog would have had a loving home for the past two months and not have had to live in a home where he is not even potty trained, he, I was told "sometimes goes potty in the house" because of other special needs dogs living in the house do, so he follows suit - Nice trainging there Ingrid. Out of the blue last night I decided to check to see if the dog was still available, and low and behold - he is! I feel like this dog "IS" my dog, and I should rescue him from Ingrid, he would have the BEST most spoiled life, but . . . . This woman has no business being in this business. Who are all these people giving 5 star reviews?? I just went back and re-read almost every review about this place. and I have come to the conclusion that this Ingrid check is not only rude, in appropriate in the questions she asks, but probably is just in the rescue business for the donations. I would still adopt the dog I was looking at, I am 1billion, ga-zillion, infinity postivie he would have a better life with me and my fur baby than with her. My good friend was looking for a dog recently so I volunteered to help her meet available rescues in the LA-area. She found a dog she liked at PC dog rescue and we went out to visit. I found the shelter staff friendly, but incredibly controlling. Within my short visit they told me to NEVER bring my dog to a dog park and NEVER let a dog off the leash, even in protected fenced-in areas. Not only that they appeared to have very little interest in actually adopting out their dogs. I wouldn't be surprised if they place 1-2 dogs a year total. They also started asking my friend inappropriate overly personal questions. "Are you planning on having children in the next 5 years?" Not really sure why that's any of their business. We were looking for a dog, not your small-minded opinions on raising children with animals. They decided my friend was a good candidate and started her onto the next step: 8 weeks of home visits. Are you kidding me? 8 weeks? I convinced my friend to find another dog and she is very happy with her new pooch. Don't waste your time with this "rescue", they're not looking to adopt out. read more

I sought out a same breed pet as my current dog, finding one within the age group and gender as the family required. I did read Ingrid's reviews of "not wanting to place her animals" and it did flag concerns with this "rescue" should be educated in the manner of placing the right breeds with the right family and specifically with the right pack. I took my chances anyways to try and get a matching breed for my current pet even though I expected much like everyone else to be "pushed away" as others had been. Today I obtained the response from Ingrid, "thank you for your application. Sweetie Pie is a courtesy listing and her rescuer asked us to let us now, that she's looking for a home with a little fewer people as Sweetie Pie is still so young and she would like her to bond with one or two people first." The secondary email I obtain was: "This dog is a courtesy listing for her rescuer, which means, that we list the dog as a courtesy for the party who rescued the dog and this person is in charge of placing the dog. We do not make any decisions about her placement nor do we make recommendations or assessments of the suitability for a prospective home. Sweetie Pie's rescuer is a dog trainer who also runs a dental facility at a local hospital. She has reviewed your application and informed me, that she is looking for a set up with fewer people in the household. I am sorry, if you feel disappointed but please understand, that Sweetie Pie's rescuer is not a public shelter. She rescued this dog and has provided medical care and housed this dog. It is not up to our rescue to make decisions for her rescuer or the dog." As I have a Shitzu who weighed 3.0 pounds when she left her mother at 12 weeks (now she is 2 1/2 and awesomely perfect), my family is well versed in the needs, wants and requirements of the small breed. It is clear, other concerns about Ingrid (or who she lists for) and her lack of education when it comes to dogs in general is unclear. Dogs are by their nature pack animals and while you can place multi-breeds together, when they are young, they should be allowed to select their person. I would question the "rescue" and the nature off how many animals have been place or passed away because Ingrid would not place them. I did ask for her supervisor as I wanted my personal vet who has tended to my own pet since I brought her home to have an educated conversation with someone above Ingrid. My family takes great pride in caring for our pets through their lives. This place is as expected a false hope for people looking to fill a void in our family. read more

I unfortunately have to echo the negative comments about Ingrid. I just had a similar experience with her today. After I emailed an inquiry for adopting two dogs, she responded with an objection to our home's suitability because we have cats. When I replied that we could keep the dogs separated from the cats, she responded with an insult - saying that we are not treating our animals as they're a part of our family. I explained to her that was unnecessary and inappropriate, and she made a lengthy reply about her unmatched dedication to dogs and expertise. Basically, no one is as well suited to care for dogs than she is... And my family & home, to her, doesn't measure up. I think she, and thus her organization, may be losing sight of their objective - to procure good homes for these pets. Is their kennel facility a better home than my home or yours? Ingrid is there, so to her it probably is. Her lack of objectivity is a disservice to animals in need of a home. Her condescending judgment of other pet lovers trying to adopt is terribly destructive for the pet rescue community in general. I hope that her attitudes & communication toward potential adopters are not an example of most rescue caregivers. Our experience with her today was very discouraging. She may reply, as she has to others here, with a politely written summary of our interactions - along with a verbose explanation of her perspectives. It's not genuine and is not an accurate reflection of her usual communication with people. Ingrid may adopt out just the number of pets needed to legally maintain their non-profit status and accept contributions. It seems that she's less interested in finding new families for these dogs, and more interested in maintaining her own group-home kennel utopia instead. After all, you'll never be as good for these doggies as she is. read more

I only realized that Pits are not the dangerous assassins that the media makes them out to be, after a stray pup found our house and became our responsibility. We named her Marilyn Monroe. Our family took care of Marilyn for a whole year before finding a suitable adoptive family. Big ups to Ingrid and the caring team at Pacific Coast Dog Rescue. Thanks to their dedication and devotion, Marilyn has been adopted by a young active couple in the OC! You don't realize how many bogus organizations call themselves 'rescues,' until you actually have a stray animal, take time to find it help, and get nothing-- not even return phone calls, or emails, in return. That's what happened after I reached out to about a dozen different Pit Bull 'rescues' in the days after Marilyn showed up at our doorstep. Ingrid @PCDR was the ONLY person considerate enough to not only returned my initial call, but volunteered her personal time to come to my house and teach me how to handle Marilyn. Hey, check it out. That's MY dog on the picture that represents this account!! I saw that adorable picture of my girl after mourning the loss of my last best friend nearly a year before. As soon as i saw her, i knew she was going to be my new dog. I contacted Ingrid and started the adoption process. Yes, it's a PROCESS. They want to make sure that both the dog and the person (or people) will be a good fit. They need to make sure that your house and premises are secure. They need to be sure you can handle the dog you will own. Not all people are suited for all breeds. At times it felt like i would never get my girl, but after Ingrid saw that i was a competent dog owner who could handle the working class German Shepherd that my girl is, she brought her from the kennel one last time. First experience adopting a dog. We may not of gotten the breed we were looking for , but we got the perfect addition to our family. The training they gave this dog is excellent. Ingred listen to what we wanted in our dog and she nailed it. Meet some of the people there very nice and could answer what ever questions we had. I've been taught very easy control techniques which keep your new pet safe and happy and creates a strong bond between you and your new family member . You need help controlling your dog or he seems to be a bit too much for you check this place out before you do anything else. We have adopted one dog directly from PCDR 8 years ago, the process was easy and we loved our girl soooo much. She was literally the best dog in the world. When she passed away this summer, we reached out to Ingrid again and she put us in touch with one of the courtesy listings she was aware of that she thought would fit for us. Luckily for us, it was a good fit and we have another family member that we absolutely adore. Yes, they are picky about where the dogs go - but believe me they DO want to adopt them out to loving homes. They just want it to be the right fit for both the animal and the family. We won't hesitate to adopt from PCDR again and can recommend them based on our experience. P.S. The dog we first adopted from PCDR had tremendous anxiety, which got much better over her lifetime with us. We were entrusted to care for her without interference or any condescending comments at all. We adopted RED (American Staffordshire Terrier Mix) last year from Pacific Coast Dog Rescue. Ingrid helped us tremendously in easing Red into his new home. We already had 2 dogs and Ingrid and David (Founder) did overall a great job in training us:). Red is trained by David Roe and already knew basic commands when he moved in. Ingrid definitely takes her time with the adopters and never rushes. She visited us several times and was a great support. Ingrid and her staff went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me adopt my forever dog in the fall of 2011. They drove hundreds of miles visiting me at least 6 times with the dog to make certain he was a fit in my new home, including his compatibility with my 16 year old cat and my lifestyle. Pacific Coast Dog Rescue invested much more than my adoption fee in the health, safety and well being of the dog I uttimately adopted. My dog arrived in his forever home up to date on vaccines, professionally trained AND cat tested, with instructional DVDs specific to HIM! I got an immense amount of wonderful advice on how to help my newly arrived family member adapt to his new environment. I just can't imagine that success would have come so quickly without their caring attention and professionalism. After a lot of searching, I found a dog I thought would be the perfect fit. I immediately emailed Ingrid to ask if the dog was still available. Ingrid replied quickly to say that, yes, she is available for adoption and she's a great dog. After that, I submitted an application, but didn't hear anything. Multiple emails and a voicemail later, I still haven't heard anything. The dog I'm interested in is still listed as available on the PCDR website, but I can't get any sort of response from PCDR/Ingrid. From other reviews, I gather she is incredibly reluctant to adopt out, to the point of not adopting out except for every so often. This, in conjunction with her lack of response (even to reject me as a candidate), tells me that PCDR is perhaps not a legitimate dog rescue, as others have also suggested. Which is a shame, because PCDR/Ingrid (yes, they are one-in-the-same) presumably accept charitable donations to assist with taking care of these dogs while she "looks" for good homes for them. I have since decided to adopt from the pound and have found a loving dog who actually needed a home, unlike Ingrid's dogs which, apparently, do not. read more

This place is a joke. I have been in the process of training with a dog with anxiety for months. I had some family emergencies that arose recently that delayed me from taking her home and I find on Facebook that they are posting my dogs availability on Facebook without even consulting with me first. I would visit the dog every week and walk and provide treats in order for the dog to trust me gradually as the dog has anxiety. Every time I visit, I always have to wait and it's always chaos at the rescue. It is a very disorganized team that they are not afraid to talk shit about their employees or colleagues infront of clients or future people who want to adopt dogs. I seriously have invested time and money on trying to get the dog to trust me and am about ready to take her home with me. Due to a family emergency my move has been postponed and that is why I can not take the dog with me now. It was disrespectful of them to even post my own photos that I even took of he dog with my own phone to advertise on Facebook without even speaking to me about my delay if I am able to adopt her or not. I hope the dog will find a loving family but it is not right to be treated this way. The coordinator is very unorganized the first time I called for a meet and greet she didn't remember that we scheduled for an in person meet and greet. I would adopt somewhere else or if you want to adopt a dog I would be ready within a week to take the dog home to avoid any delays or miscommunications or situations such as Mine where you may have bonded with the dog and they decide to give it away. read more

David explained that the adoption process has changed since then, to ensure that there's a good fit. There were a couple of home visits and an overnight before my wonderful Malachy became officially mine. He is a total love-bug but he was found wild and is a little nervous around new people. PCDR did training with him while he stayed with them. Following the adoption, Ingrid has been terrific, working with us to get Mr. Mal adjusted to his new life. I inquired about a dog for adoption. Ingrid continued to ask inappropriate questions on if i was going to bear children with my boyfriend. I replied that it was a personal question and I felt uncomfortable. She proceeded to get very defensive, rude and unprofessional. She began yelling at me over the phone and interrupting me as I spoke. She got so overtly defensive that she told me I'm not allowed to adopt the dog and don't call back. It's upsetting to know someone like this works for this company. Ingrid prevents animals from being adopted. She is simple minded, unprofessional and rude. This shelter doesn't adopt out. Their worker prevent adoption. Homeless animals are dying and that is the real tragedy of the story. read more

Ingrid. Figure it out. We take this process very seriously and have been scouring the internet for a long time to find the perfect dog for us. We thought we found her. I called Ingrid as instructed on the posting. I simply asked how to learn more about the process. To confirm what other people are saying on this review, she was extremely rude, condescending, and told me there's no possible way for us to adopt any pets from them simply because we live too far away. That's it. No more questions. Hard stop. When I mentioned how serious we were about caring for a new dog and rescuing a dog to give it a happy life, she quickly went off about how well the dogs are treated there and how comfortable they are. I'm thinking to myself, "then why are you putting them up for adoption if they are so comfortable?" She was convinced that the "shock" of assimilating to a new home would be worse than the stress caused in the current situation living with 50+ dogs in the shelter. She compared their shelter to a "doggy day care". That's like comparing a food shelter to a 5 star restaurant. If the dogs are treated so well, then frankly they wouldn't need adoption. 1 star is for teasing us into thinking that we found the perfect dog and then dismissing our interest before even hearing about what we can provide for a new dog. read more

A couple months ago, my family and I were ready to welcome a dog in to our house. We started with some basic research, looked around at local shelters and asked advice from other friends with dogs. I had a recommendation for Pacific Coast Dog Rescue and actually read all the reviews on this page before contacting. Most of the places we visited didn't seem to know much about their dogs, and even sadder, didn't even seem to care much either. And I frankly was a little startled how they took the approach of not even screening us on the most basic level to see if we would be a fitting home for a dog. I had heard that PCDR had done not only full training of their dogs (crate, leash, house), but they were integrated in trying to fit their dogs with the best possible owners. I figured if I was serious about this, I was best suited going this direction. I filled out the online information requested and reached out to them about our inquiry into getting a dog. I will admit that I was a little intimidated, but they were clear that they didn't want to just give out their dogs to whoever walked in the door, but wanted to give each of their dogs a home that would be a lasting and loving one. I figured if I was going to take on the responsibly to bring a dog into our lives, I would be best suited in going with an organization that was going to make sure I wasn't going to continue the cycle of abandoning a pet cause I wasn't prepared. Let's be clear, David and Ingrid vest a lot of time into these dogs, and they clearly love them. There is no benefit for them to just cast them out to whomever walks in, that isn't what this place is about. After a couple visits by me and my family, we had sorted that we place in our home and our hearts for a tough luck story Bulldog/Pointer mix. PCDR did a hell of a job taking what I thought I wanted in a dog at the start, to what I really needed in a dog. From day one the dog we picked out was more than ready to go home with us, but to the credit of Ingrid, we needed more training then he did. She spent a lot of time not only introducing us to the dog, but the training we needed for a dog to be happy and healthy. It was honestly a great situation. Having time to get to know the dog, learn about him, his behavior, etc. was actually great for us, as it allowed us time to get used to having a pet full time instead of just jumping right into it. Too many people seem to take on this huge responsibility with no idea of what they are really doing, and it as sad as it is pathetic. After several training visits we were able to take home our dog. And I am more than happy to report that not only do we have a new and welcome member of our family, but it has been an amazingly rewarding situation for us as well. We know how to live with a pet much better than most of our friends who have had pets for years, cause PCDR took the time to train us as much as they did our beloved dog. He has enriched our lives and he is by far the best trained dog I have ever known. We are a better family for having him, and we are so grateful to have him here. If you are not willing to take the responsibly and time it really should take to have a dog in your house and life, than clearly you are in the wrong place. But if you are really interested in having a rewarding, obedient and loving dog, and you are willing to take the time to do so? Then this place is a jackpot. PCDR is the real thing and should be highly commended for the service they give to the community, the dogs, and the adoptive parents. There are many so-called rescues that either simply take the cute little easily-adoptable ones and sell them for $400, or the so-called rescues that are simply hoarders, with no real intention of finding homes. Pacific Coast Dog Rescue has been doing this for many years, is well-run, clean, and operated by an experienced dog trainer and staff. Ingrid, being typical of the staff, works tirelessly not only for the animals but for potential adopters. They don't reject special needs dogs, and then they do go the extra mile for potential adopters to have the training and knowledge to make the adoption work. I agree with the comments against this organization. At least most people here were given some type of explanation as to why they were denied. We were given NO reason what so ever. If they want to provide a good, wholesome, loving environment for their animals they should at least be courteous enough to do home visits to wanting families that have expressed interest. What is expressed on a email application is NOT always the reality of the situation. They should be open to doing what they could for the welfare of the animals but is just does not seem that way to our very disappointed family. read more

if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I love PCDR!!! This is my first time getting a rescue dog and I am thoroughly impressed with PCDR staff and the whole process... This process took more than a month but proved to be very rewarding for both the dog and us.  They really do their best to set both dog and owner up for success.  Some people who think their process is too long, invasive or un-necessary clearly do not understand the specific needs of a rescue dog. It was actually a relief to know that they don't accept all potential owners which truly shows PCDR's commitment to serving their animals over people. Think about it, dogs, are a marginalized population in our communities with literally no voice... I feel PCDR is a powerful, passionate, and sensible voice for our K-9 friends (us humans should listen).    As much as we "interviewed" different dogs to find a match PCDR also interviewed us to see if our lifestyle and home could be a positive forever home.  Working with Ingrid was such a blessing as she is a wealth of knowledge.  She really helped us think about our daily routine and physical environment in a very different way, in terms of how best to incorporate our new dog into our lives.   Learning how to facilitate the same re-focusing exercises they train all of their dogs with  really helps me feel comfortable knowing I am continually building trust with my new dog.  The pre-training each of their animals  goes through really enhances my confidence and encourages a lifelong relationship with PCDR who are experts on my dog's personality, stressors and potential.  I am extremely happy we can board our new dog with them knowing they know him and will reinforce the same training we do at home.   to anyone who posed less than stellar reviews... you are probably not ready or responsible enough to have a rescue dog, and if you think your dog is gonna magical match your lifestyle then you are wrong. if any of you complainers actually listened to the PCDR staff they have very good reason for HOW they adopt out... We are dog people. We are experienced dog owners. We have now a dog a cat and growing family. We are finally in a position to rescue another dog. Ingrid immediately stopped the conversation when she found out I was pregnant. She reprimanded me for thinking of rescuing a dog while pregnant without even understanding who we are and what are experience levels are with dogs. Its a shame because I wanted to meet Little Luna very much and I really wanted their advice on if Little Luna wouldnt be a good fit perhaps she has a doggie that would be. So our yard is empty for yet another day. So annoying. read more

We ended up adopting a dog from another rescue, but had extensive contacts with Ingrid and David. The entire experience was positive. They clearly love and dedicate their lives to dogs. They do everything possible to make a good life for the dog and the adopter. If you adopt from them, it is not out the door and good luck. They make repeated visits to your home to make certain everything will work out. This is hands down the best rescue we encountered in our search for a new family member/doggie. read more

Pacific Coast Dog Rescue is amazing! I looked at a lot of different rescues online when I was ready to adopt a dog this past December. The bios of the dogs on Pacific Coast Dog Rescue's site were so personal for each dog and helped me decide that this was the right place for me to contact. Ingrid, the adoption coordinator, took into consideration my lifestyle and my family and suggested a few dogs for me to meet. She really knows the dogs well - the first dog she introduced me to is the one I adopted and I couldn't be happier. You will get very personal attention here! My husband and I have wanted a dog for a long time. We searched at various rescues and came upon Pacific Coast Dog Rescue. We met with Ingrid and the dog we were interested in to adopt. We were immediately impressed with Ingrid's knowledge and experience of dogs. The rescue facility is clean and staff is professional.The process was slow, but in hindsight I realize that it was needed to create a bond between us and our adoptive dog. We also needed to see if we were a good match. We have had help with training, walking on a leash, feeding, social skills, etc., and so much more. The help we have received has exceeded our expectations. We have our adopted dog in our home now and we couldn't be happier. He is a joy to be around. He is an older dog which matches me and my husband's energy level. The slow bonding process created a greater affection between us. The transition from rescue to our home was easy and smooth. We turned to PCDR when our beloved Justice died in order to find the perfect new brother for our Liberty. Ingrid came to our house to analyze our needs and understand Liberty in order to assist us in finding the dog who would be best suited to my family and Liberty. When PCDR did not have a dog who fitted our particular situation, Ingrid worked hard to locate a place that did. I JUST got off the phone with a woman who as polite as she seemed was very rude and offensive. Not in the eff you, you're an idiot sort of way, but in the, asking very personal things about my life and love life to see if she even wanted to come and meet me for an adoption. I told her that I don't plan on having children for a few years and she asked, well whats going to happen when you do? What are you going to do if your dog doesn't get along with the child? Well then I'd try to correct the behavior. Well what if it doesn't work? (Well what if I'm a unicorn?) I mean she wanted to know what my 10 year plan was before she even considered to meet me. Then she said I sounded too young, then when she found out I was 32 I was a risk because I'm in my child bearing years. I mean c'mon!!! She would say I don't mean to offend you but... and then would ask something very personal and offensive. All I was asking for was a chance to meet the little guy and see if my current dog even got along with him, like a first step, but she was so concerned with my love life and weather or not I was planning on bearing children that I had to get off the phone with her. I wished her luck at finding a good home for the little guy I was interested in and told her in a calm voice that I was indeed offended. She was looking for any excuse to not even meet with me and I don't know why. Unless you don't mind talking about your love life, and the possibility of weather or not youre having kids, and are open to a hypothetical conversation of what you would do in a situation 5 years down the road, don't bother. I got that vibe of that person who is in a rough situation, but likes the attention so they keep on doing the same thing over and over so they get sympathy, thats the vibe I got from this lady... maybe she wants to keep him. This is a wonderful place to adopt a dog. When you adopt a dog from PCDR, you and your dog will receive proper training on how to handle the dog in important situations such as introducing your dog to new people and introducing your dog to new dogs. PCDR performs a thorough background check and on-site inspections of your home. At first this can seem invasive, but you quickly learn that PCDR wants to make sure that their rescues are going to homes where the dogs will be treated with the love and respect that they deserve. PCDR is not a rescue that gives animals to anyone who can pay. They focus on adopting out dogs that have received proper training to humans who have also received the proper training. We spent a lot of time with Ingrid at the rescue and at our home doing training and working on solutions to make our home and yard safe for the dog. The training is safe and humane, and is grounded in common sense, not gimmicks. If you want a dog without responsibility or accountability this is NOT the place for you (and you should not have an animal, anyway). We are so grateful to PCDR, Ingrid and the whole team for teaching how to be responsible dog owners. Now when we meet other dog owners, we can immediately recognize those who have not received the proper training. PCDR is a great value, and I wish we could adopt a second dog from PCDR.
