We had a very pleasant overall experience here on a Sunday around noon. I was wary because of the location (it feels a little out there), but the service was friendly and the food was good. There's good parking right out front (including two free EV charging spots, but you need to sign up with the service). The interior is clean and comfortable. Not sure about all the recent bad reviews. Everyone was warm towards us and our food was hot. With that said We arrived around, 9 am so maybe get there early? Piggy omelette- The person I went with enjoyed it, said there was a good amount of meat. Cookies and cream pancakes- 3 pancakes were a lot for something so rich. If you enjoy Oreos or chocolate you will like these. It's like eating an oreo truffle in pancake form. I was only able to eat a quarter of them. These would be great to share, not so much for the main meal. Side of pork- The pork looked extremely bland and there wasn't much there. It was extremely flavorful though and I highly recommend getting a dish with it. Pros- Warm atmosphere and help. Quick hot food. Tons of unique breakfast options. Cons- Pancakes too rich for a full meal. Small portion of pork for the price. If you come here id say get a meal for you and split pancakes with someone. Come in earlier and come with a good mood, it makes a difference. read more

Came here a few weeks ago, but just getting around to posting my review. I'm giving it 4 stars because this place definitely has potential. We came here because our other breakfast choice had a super long wait. And I'm so glad we did. They just opened 6-8 weeks ago. Their menu is pretty small, but I think they have got some real winners. I got the banana walnut pancakes. And boy are they plenty. I received three very fluffy perfectly cooked pancakes & they were delicious. My boyfriend got two meals and ate all of it. Which rarely happens. The decor does leave a lot to be desired but like I said they're newly opened and it's got potential. We'll definitely be back. read more

Well, I went to this establishment as it had good ratings. The decorate was Meh and the floor was dirty. I had second thoughts about eating here but thought I'd give it a try. Bad mistake. Food took forever and when it arrived was cold. I contacted the waitress (rude person) who stated it would take about 30 minutes if I wanted new food. WOW, really. I think there were only 3 customers in the place and I was the only one waiting to get food. I explained that I would like the food returned. After about 30 minutes and several interactions with the waitress, I ended up leaving without food and still hungry. Not sure how this place gets any good ratings but will not go again. Yelp rating is wrong in my opinion. Oh, by the way no pics of food as none provided during this interaction and seems plenty of people have posted pictures of the menu. This was your average diner and served chicken strips, burgers, eggs, etc. It was spacious and not overly crowded. Service was good and the food was hot. When we asked if the thermostat could be adjusted we were told that it was turned down because the staff was working and they were hot. Apparently, the comfort of the staff is more important than the comfort of the patrons. Manager was not helpful - just excuses - they finally agreed to comp our breakfast - that is how long it took to get served. Our server was polite the food is good but management is lacking. This is a great diner and a wonderful way to support local small businesses. It is nice to go to a sit down restaurant instead of all the fast food restaurants you often find in Henderson. The food has always been hot and delicious.The waitress is always friendly and helpful, although I forgot her name( but she is a brunette. Lol) I've ordered the Philly Cheese Steak a couple times, as well as the Swiss Mushroom Burger, both are amazing! The only reason I did not give them a full 5 stars is because the booths are not very comfortable to sit in. They move as if they are not attached to the ground. read more

I was really excited to try a local lunch place. I love a breakfast and lunch dive. The place is cute and quite large. The staff was helpful, polite and kind. I want to love it here! Sadly, the burger I got was super bland. It looked gorgeous! I've never in my life had to put salt on a burger... but I did this time. Still was just kind of "meh." My friend has the same issue. French fries were fine, but nothing special. I'd try it again just based on the atmosphere and good service. Maybe it was an off day. read more

My only gripe is that the bathroom was definitely showing its age. You have to try this place! The corned beef hash is not actually hash. Its whole chunks of tender corned beef and potatoes a d so very tasty. The best corn beef I've ever had. My husband had the loco moco and the gravy is very tasty as well. Our server was excellent as he kept our coffee cups full and kept asking us if we needed anything else.
