Absolute Amazing Business!!! Located on the Eastside in Waialae, at Kahala Mall. I was gifted a Beautiful necklace years ago and at first, the Clasp was so tiny, it was difficult to put on myself. This is when I found Pacific Ocean Jewelers, located at 4211 Waialae Avenue, within Kahala Mall. The service here is A+ Awesome! This happened about a month or so ago, and then while removing my Blouse after work, the actual Chain itself broke, OMG!!! I said to myself " it's a Goner!!!" My husband reminded me of Pacific Ocean Jewelers and what they did for me before with my Necklace, so we made the drive to Kahala Mall. Once again without hesitation, the Gentlemen took a look at it and asked if I could leave it for a day or two and they would call me when done. I went in to have my ear re-pierced my right ear because it is blocked or closed. (I had it done before but I stopped wearing earrings for years.) I told the guy if he can help me? He said, he can. I asked how much? Said, "$40". He showed me titanium earrings. He went in the back of the shop and brought his ear tool piercing kit. At first, it hurt he did both ears but it was quick. He told me to wear initial earrings for 2 weeks and try to move them around. I can't wait to wear my "Christmas gift earrings" soon! And I am glad I had it done and the guy was helpful. My daughter's chain on her necklace broke so we decided to check out Pacific Ocean Jewelers. I actually got a new clasp for my husband at the jewelry store that occupied the space before Pacific Ocean Jewelers. The customer service in the shop was very good. They were very attentive to what we were looking for. We had two ladies helping us. We explained he just wanted a chain that wouldn't snap again and something not so expensive, since it was for my daughter. They gave all kinds of suggestions and showed us what they offered. We decided on getting a paper clip kind of chain. They said it was a pretty popular style. It was a little expensive for a little girl and more than I would've spent, but my husband bought it so it was okay . They didn't have any in stock at the moment so we had to wait about a week until they had it. When it came in, they gave us a call to come pick it up. Overall great experience there. read more

I recently took my wedding ring in to get it repaired. Many of the channel settings had to be adjusted to ensure I wouldn't lose any diamonds as was the case when i had it fixed elsewhere, a while back. In addition I remounted the center diamond. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this jewelry store and it's owner, Daniel. I brought a very treasured necklace in for repair that had literally been destroyed by another local jeweler. Daniel took a great deal of time trying to figure out how he could repair the chain. Ultimately, there was just no way to fix it. I ended up having to buy a new chain and he was able to not only make my treasured pendant look amazing, but he also took the time to fix the pendant so it sat better on my new chain AND he put a new iridium coating on to make it sparkle !! All for no charge..!! I am just beyond words ant how professional and truly caring he is.. He also gave me a professional discount for being a nurse..amazing !! I was introduced to a white gold chain and fell in love with it. It was the first jewelry store I visited in O'ahu and the only one I will be visiting. I gave the store three stars because of the work I had done there. The items they are selling are beautiful. My displeasure comes from two rings I had modified. One was a ring of three thin bands that had been soldered together that I wanted taken apart. The center ring had an adjustable sizing bar in it. The person they send their work to took it upon himself to put two sizing bars in the two other rings. I did not ask for those to be put there as I will not wear them. There was no charge for that mistake. The last ring had four matched opals around a centered ruby. One opal had fallen out years ago and I wanted to replace it. It was my mother's ring. The stone was replaced and the owner had asked the repair person to check ALL the prongs in the ring so nothing else would fall out. The replacement fit the size and looks of the other three opals close enough. I was pleased. The first time I wore the ring, an opal fell out. I happened to be at the mall and went right back to the store. I was told the current missing stone was NOT the stone that was replaced but another one! So the repair man didn't check the prongs as requested? It was almost two weeks later I went to get the ring. It had four opals around the ruby and looked ok in the store. Took it home and my daughter and I looked at it...two of the opals looked like the originals and I have no reason to believe they are not. The two replacement opals look like green mud. One of them is very thin and not the same volume as the others. It looks to me like the opal they put in the first time was removed and two were put in that sort of matched each other - but they sure don't match the two originals on the other side! I was in tears. The store has the prettiest things in it but like all jewelry stores, they have special lighting so everything sparkles. The ring is not wearable as it is so my daughter promised me when we move back to the mainland next summer she'll take care of it. I would buy items in the store but wouldn't recommend having anything other than ring sizing done. The fault lies with the person doing the repair work. I can't deal with it here any more - I enjoy the store and the family but the repair person is not good enough. I hope they find one who is. read more
