Could not have been more unhappy with this place all the way around. Bought a front load washer dryer only to have the delivery guy never bring it up. Told us it has a hard hose which adds 4 inches to the depth. Went back to change to top load. Only for my washer to be delivered and the sales person to notify me the dryer would be at least a week. In the mean time I have no dryer. Would never shop here again!!! I'm surprised that in all the Pacific sales locations there's no LG dryer available? Poor service. So sad I went there. read more

If you are looking for a new appliance, do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop at Pacific Sales. My landlord bought a new stove for my place. When he did, he told the sales guy that my front door is slightly smaller than the average door. The salesman said it was no problem and the delivery guy would take care of it. This did not happen. When the first delivery team showed up at my place he simply said "it won't fit" and left. A week later, another delivery team showed up at 7 am (why so early??!) with a refrigerator. That's right, a REFRIGERATOR, not a stove. 2 hours later, another team showed up and finally got the fridge in my place. He had to take the door off of the hinges to get the stove in, and I had to hear him tell me how that was "not his job" and he was "doing me a favor". In conclusion, just don't shop at this place. I've got some bad news...not a surprise because it sounds like everyone is experiencing the same bad service. Pacific sales sure likes to false advertise. "Free installations on built in free standing ranges" LIES! They provided a list of companies that can do the installation but required additional charge! Service was horrible...the staff looked like they were in a rush to go home. Although the price was the lowest that we've found, the experience was also at its lowest. The gentleman at the register said that someone will call us in a few days about the delivery. We ordered it on Sunday, the shipment was suppose to come Wednesday. He said that we will get a call Tuesday night to confirm on the time of arrival. Tuesday night rolls around, I received no call. Comes Wednesday morning, 8 am stupid driver calls and tells me he is at my doorstep! By that time, I was already on my way to work and the driver said if no one is there within 15 minutes he will leave and deliver another day. No way! I had already scheduled for installation the next day. So I had no choice but to call a relative and wake him up from his sleep and have him rush over to my house to meet the driver. He arrived a little after 15 minutes and was rudely greeted by the delivery man as if it was our fault for not being home. Bad service! Not worth the stress...go somewhere else. Pacific sales is not recommended. PERIOD. read more

This is a horrible place to purchase anything. I bought a refrigerator last year and it was delivered damaged. I refused to accept it and it the took two weeks and multiple attempt to get them to even acknowledge the damage and schedule the delivery of a refrigerator that wasn't damaged. I was given such a run around. Conflicting explanations from different managers and employees and at one point I was told they had no record of my purchase and was hung up on. At that point I had to go back in to the store with my receipt to prove I bought a refrigerator that was delivered damaged and its replacement was never delivered. Completely unacceptable. When I bought the refrigerator I also purchased a warranty. When it started leaking I called the warranty company but I either get put on hold or there is no answer. At one point I waited on hold for over an hour and never got to speak to anyone. My emails go unanswered as well. When I called Pacific Sale I was told that the warranty company was separate and they could not help me. I finally had to pay for a repairman to come out a fix the problem. I feel completely scammed in to purchasing that warranty. Pacific Sales had zero accountability and extremely poor customer service. I don't recommend ever doing business with them. There are so many other places where we can go to make these kind of purchases. Stores that care about their customers well beyond the initial purchase and don't sell you bogus warranties. read more

My mom and I went to shop for kitchen appliances and we're looking for a fridge, dishwasher and hood for the stove. She was also looking for a sink and facet. When we arrived we met Wilson. He was friendly, knowledge and very helpful with finding the major appliances. He told us once we go upstairs for the sink and facet someone else would be able to help us because he only worked downstairs. We understood and went upstairs. Wen we arrived upstairs there was a woman who was sitting at her computer desk flipping through some books. She didn't greet us or acknowledge us at all. I made eye contact with her twice and still nothing. So we kept browsing and my mom found a nice chrome facet and wanted to know if it came in a brushed finish. I walked over to desk and asked the woman for help, she still didn't even say hello or hi. So she got up from the desk and looked bothered to help us. I was put off at that very point. When we asked her if it came in the brushed finish she said " yea, this it what it comes in." It was clearly shiny and was not brushed. Then my mom asked her again and then asked for the price, she said " let me look" and seemed so bothered. We ended up leaving and she blew it for us. She was rude and not interested in selling anything. We will not be back because of her. The 3 stars were Wilson. read more

We had a mostly good experience at Pacific Sales. We bought a whole household of new appliances and some faucets at PS. The Samsung refrigerator came defective and after a terrible experience with Samsung customer service trying to get it replaced, Emmanuel, the store manager at Pacific Sales, completely came through for us. So appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile! Thanks again, Emmanuel!! The people at the front desk and in plumbing were all efficient and courteous. I did have an unhelpful experience with Michael, in the appliance sales department, when he was condescending and patronizing, when I needed additional information about an installation issue for a range. It was an unfortunate interaction since everyone else in the store seems like they are trying to serve their customers. read more

I thought I was the unlucky one that have bad experience with PS. HA! Apparently a lot of negative reviews here. Many years ago I remodeled my kitchen and walk in this store because my contractor recommended. Didn't end of buying anything , can't seem to understand the sales person . Finally we bought $58k all Vikings appliances from California kitchen for both our houses kitchen remodeling project, One in Hollywood hills and San Marino. July 4th they got special and my wine cooler went dead ( ya bad Viking ) So I decided just to buy a beverage center with ps because close by. All set and paid , wait for delivery. NOW this part is interesting. They told me someone gonna call for delivery a day ahead but nobody call, so I call that day to make sure , oh yea 20 mins on hold and finally for sure I get a delivery tomorrow. Ok fine. 9.30 pm an automated call from chicago, yes, out of town, confirming my delivery time is 2-6pm the following day. Ok next day, nobody call yet at 1pm so I call to make sure I get home in time from work beating the traffic. Oh ya, she said YOU MUST be home at 2-6pm but someone will call you 1 hour before arriving, Great. I get home wait anxiously, pull out the old wine cooler, take part the door etc. getting ready. 4.30 pm they call, oops out truck break down cant delivery. Fine I said when tomorrow, oh 10-3pm maybe??? What!!! So I call the store to cancel my order. Then Emmanuel assure me he will get it delivery by 10-12pm the next day for sure, ok I give it another chance. 10 mins later another delivery company call and say they will DROP off the fridge by the door next day, I told her I pay for haul away my old unit, she say uh uh,..only drop off.wont even bring in and take out from the box. Last straw I call Emmanuel again and excuses after excuses, I finally had it. Do you delivery the fridge to my door and I have to haul it to my bar ? I ordered appliances before even Lowe they bring in my washer and dryer but didn't install it. I totally understand installation is extra but bringing into my house and leave where is supposed to be is not included. Really?? Well after a long conversations, I totally lose confident with Ps. I don't even dare to imagine what condition my appliances will be when delivered. They use a 3 rd party delivery company , totally lousy. Unprofessional and zero customer service. I bought a washing machine paid in cash and when it was delivered the parts were missing. Then after a year it was not washing properly. I did get the extended warranty and I did call for them to fix the problem. The problem was not fixed they said it fine. So I called again with the same issue and it's still not washing properly. So finally I called again yesterday and the extended warranty representative was very rude to me I did speak to a supervisor and still no one has called me back to set up a appointment. Next time I will stick with Costco. read more

We purchased our high end, beautiful appliances from this location about 1 month and 1/2 ago. My Mother and I were extremely impressed with the customer service. Sales person (Alberto Vasquez) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. He also listened to us and asked us probing questions to make sure we were getting what we needed. It pains me to submit this review. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and purchased every appliance from PS. This last time I bought a Bosch dishwasher. I understood it was on back order but was promised by sales and the clerk that 1. would be called when it arrived , and 2 they would arrange for the installer to pick up the appliance and deliver to my home. Inventory was supposed to be in on June 22; I called on the 26th for status and learned it was in. Also learned that I had to make the arrangements for pick up and installation. I stopped in to the Pasadena Pacific Sales showroom to price out some appliances. I was moving and needed to get something right away. This was my 3rd stop of the day. I had been to 2 other places to try to get answers. Appliances are expensive and I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice for me. After 2 very unsuccessful trips to 2 other appliance giants, I stopped off at Pacific Sales. It was a game changer. I met Ricardo Garcia and he knew it all. He walked me through the entire process, mind you I had questions galore. Ricardo was patient, extremely knowledgeable and since there is an appliance shortage, he was able to help me sort through what the options were in order to get my appliances in the next 3 days. They educate me, help me choose the different appliances (range vs cook top, fridge, many different types of ovens, dish washers, wine coolers, tubs, toilets, forcets of all kinds). The staffs never put pressure on you to buy what you cannot afford. Excellent cancellation policy. I've gone here twice while looking for a wall oven. The first time, I found someone who reluctantly came to help me but then gave me only answers to my questions, no information volunteered (that's a salesman?), and I had to ask him to write down some information I requested. The second time I went to a desk and asked for help, was told there were "three salespeople on the floor, and we'll send one when they are free." This is a large store--only three salespeople?? I waited a decent amount of time and left when no one came. Part of the problem is that the stickers on the merchandise offer little more than the brand name and price. We worked with Chris Dickinson who helped us with our Wolf / Subzero / Bosch appliance purchase. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his knowledge of the products and his honesty. Sent back delivered range hood twice because of open damaged box with carelessly repackaged content. Finally demanded money back after third attempt to make us accept an opened and damaged product. I attend a Pacific Sales inside Best Buy in Pasadena and was appalled by the bad customer service and an unbelievably rude manager. On my way home I saw another Pacific Sales on South Lake and decided I would give the company a second chance. The store was beautiful. I was amazed by their excellent customer service. Loved this place; have bought several appliances from them in the last few years. Today I called with a simple question about a repair to a Bosch dishwasher; Pacific Sales had formerly handled repairs on items under warranty. Was told today that I must call Bosch. That was not a problem. When, however, I asked the person in the Pacific Sales service and repairs department a question to ensure that I understood that no under warranty repairs were done anymore by Pacific Sales, he got snippy and, when I asked his name, he hung up. I left a voicemail for the store's manager to report this and did not get a call back. I have been a good customer; I ask relevant questions; and I expect to be treated with courtesy. I am no longer recommending this business. I will take mine elsewhere and recommend that you do the same. read more

I didn't think to look at reviews for a physical store, and typically only do that when going to restaurants. What a MISTAKE! Purchased a range, a high end one I might add, and the brand was running a promotion "buy a range and receive a free hood insert.". They've failed to deliver regardless of how many times we have called. The shipment has gone from Nov, to Dec, to Jan, and just today...March. You my friends will all be out of work when you close down due to your horrendous service, follow up, and excuses. read more
