Disappointed because the food was really good quality, however the service was not. Did not receive my drink until 45 minutes after everyone else's, the manager was not helpful, and we had to wait to receive the check one hour after eating and not getting checked on. The check was incorrect and had additional entrees added on them, and took an additional 30 minutes to rectify, only after we'd chased down the manager as it was pushing 10:30pm on a weeknight. This was a highly recommended place we were excited to try. Understand when things get busy, but it was a slower Wednesday night with poor service and lack of accountability or apology on their side. We hosted a business dinner here. They did not have a private room, but were able to rope off a section in a way that separated this area from the main dining area so it was acceptable. We had a variety of appetizers, which were yummy! The sushi was great, and artichoke hearts outstanding. There was a shrimp cocktail that was only ok. My main course was a miso salmon that was outstanding. I was a little disappointed that there was not a broader selection of fish and no crab (other than a crab cake salad). Tried this place for Sunday brunch. Excellent choice. The weather was beautiful so I sat outside. The patio area was beautiful and had a great view of Lake Carolyn. My server was prompt and very friendly. He had a great presence without being overbearing. I ordered the fried oysters for a starter and the Fillet Benedict for my entree. I also ordered a cocktail called That's My Jam. The oysters were fried perfectly. Was not a fan of the topping of capers and other chopped things, but I will say it went well with the oysters. The cocktail was delicious. It was made of muddled strawberry and whiskey and some other things. My entree was delicious. The fillet was cooked perfectly as was the egg and muffin. Was not a fan of the potatoes and red peppers that were served as a side. They were overly salty, but were ok when mixed with the hollandaise sauce. Will definetly be back with friends! read more

The ambiance of this place is simply outstanding, inside and out. First of all it's in the restaurant courtyard of Las Colinas where there are eateries, apartment homes, and shops on what I think is Lake Carolyn. There are many waterfront dining options. There is outdoor dining but we opted for indoor seating. Sebastian, was our server who was patient and responsive to our questions. He was multi-tasking, working the bar also. At the table behind us, Arianna was so thorough as she featured her party, we tuned in to listen. I don't think they had to read the menu at all. The menu features a Northwest pacific vibe with its seafood offerings. Top notch! The fresh squeezed lemonade was a little on the syrupy sweet side but had a very nice surprise hint of mint flavor. My cosmo was nicely done also with fresh juices. Appetizers we ordered were the smoked trout and calamari; excellent. The calamari was tender and lightly coated and the smoked trout was a cream cheese base dip/spread served cold. Entrées were pan seared chicken, miso salmon, cedar plank salmon, and crab cakes. We were blown away at how delicious EVERYTHING was. The salmon in both dishes was cooked to divine perfection--medium rare, as I don't like it overcooked. The two crab cakes were 4oz each of lump white crabmeat and very little breading and lightly grilled on the flat top. The generous portion of pan seared chicken was tender with a subtle crisp outside. All 4 meals were superb!!!! For dessert we ordered the peanut butter ice cream sandwiches. It took a little while for them to come out but we'd already decided that this place could do no wrong. Im not sure how they pulled off having peanut butter ice sandwiches on such an elegant menu but they did. The only problem was with the fresh whipped creme. It had a lumpy feel on the tongue which was an indication it had been over whipped and almost turned into butter. Bringing it to Natalie's (Bar mgr) attention, she tasted it and thanked me for making her aware and Im confident she 86ed it and had someone remake it. With most eateries falling short of having quality kitchen staff to follow spec due to the affects of COVID 19, this place is a gem! For starters we had the Spicy Rock Shrimp (which is a must btw) it has the slight taste of sriracha mayo mix and just seasoned perfectly. It was also a lot probably good for up to 3 people. For entree I ordered the Short Ribs which is also a must! Served with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots and onion. Beef was tender and the sauce was delicious! A friend of mine, living in Las Colinas told me about this place and we met for lunch. Our party of four arrived for a late lunch. It was the middle of the week, so there were only a few people seated outside and a couple of people inside. The interior is contemporary, bright, open, and clean. All the staff were wearing protective masks and gloves. Some tables were closed for spacing for CONVID-19. PT uses a touchless menu. They place a card on the table with a QR code to scan with your phone. When scanned, it displays the full menu, which was easy to read. Since everyone at the table had a phone, this worked out well. First of all, the service and food are fantastic. From the time we were greeted at the door until the time we left, everyone was friendly and helpful. Our waiter promptly took our drink orders and reviewed items not listed on the menu. When he returned with drinks, when asked, he gave us several suggestions since it was our first visit. Then after our lunch arrived, he continued to be attentive to the table with never an empty glass. He was very interactive with the table without being intrusive. We ordered the following appetizers for the table. Mediterranean Calamari - The calamari is extremely lightly breaded, and the sauces provided with the dish was exceptional. Very unique in flavors that were unbelievable. Fried Oysters - Fresh oysters, lightly breaded, placed on the half shell, then lightly drizzled with a flavorful vinaigrette sauce. These were some of the best oysters I have ever eaten, almost indescribable. The combination of flavors was so delicious. I literally couldn't eat just one. I will unequivocally order this dish again and again. Definitely my favorite dish from this initial visit. The individual lunch orders from around the table included the Shrimp Mango Roll, Scallop Salad, Singapore Chicken Salad, and believe it or not, a Cheeseburger. I had the Shrimp Mango Roll, which had fresh shrimp, fresh mango and avocado, and crushed nuts. The thing I loved most about the roll; everything was fresh! The shrimp was so sweet and tender. The sweetness of the mango and creaminess of the avocado went well together. The flavors blended well. Around the table, everyone was very complimentary about their lunch. The Scallop Salad - Pan-seared scallops, organic greens, jicama, golden raisins, house vinaigrette. My friend said, the scallops were sweet and tender with a near-perfect sear and fresh greens were delicious. The Singapore Chicken Salad - Roasted chicken, snow peas, cabbage, Marcona almonds, coconut lime dressing. I had a chance to taste a forkful of this salad. The chicken was tender, moist, and the dressing has a flavor I had never savored before and was magnificent. The Cheeseburger - Ground chuck, fully dressed, on a house-made bun. As someone who grew up on the west coast I have had better Salmon but for salmon shipped to Dallas this hits the spot. Service was good but a little uncertain of the menu when asked. I showed her a picture of the miso salmon with a salad with avocado and she was unsure if it came that way or was ordered to spec. She wasn't too helpful about it either. Went with my family after hearing positive reviews. The restaurant is located in a unique area of town. It sits on a dock with a nice waterfront view. Puts you in the mood for seafood! We didn't have reservations, but was placed on the guest list. We sat at the bar while we waited to be seated. I had the Paloma, which was spectacular. I hesitate with tequila based drinks, but this was smooth and light. The harshness of the Tequila is cut with the fruit juices. After waiting 30 minutes and noticing people were getting seated as they entered the restaurant, my husband checked in with the host. They had estimated a 15 minute wait for us. Sure enough, they had forgotten about us, but we were quickly seated by the window. Our servers were helpful and attentive. It was difficult to hear them due to the noise level, but they were helpful in picking items on the menu that would compliment our dietary restrictions. We had the clam chowder, raw oysters, nigiri platter and the pacific roll. All very delicious. The clam chowder is chunky and flavorful. There's a little kick of spice at the end of each bite that was pleasant. The raw oysters were okay. I've had better elsewhere, but for what it is, they were as good as can be. I doused them with cocktail sauce and aioli. The sushi rolls did not disappoint. The nigiri was a great sampler. The pacific roll was full of seafood and greatly balanced with rice, cucumber and avocado. I would have liked to see more salmon options on the sushi menu. I prefer salmon over tuna, but that's a personal preference. I also braved an oyster shot. It was interesting. Would not try again, but did not regret it. Would recommend this seafood house and would definitely return to try the rest of the menu! read more

My wife was expecting a larger shrimp since they're supposed to be rock shrimp buy they were delicious nonetheless. The spare rib was off the chart. So delicious and tender with a hint of horse radish. It sat on a bed of delicious mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. The only con was the service. I love dining in this area and I absolutely adore this place. Everything I've had has been really good except the Crabcake salad. It just didn't come together well. The Korean chicken sandwich is great. The oysters are fresh. The drinks are made well. Waldorf salad is probably my favorite in terms of the salads.
