Cute quaint restaurant- make sure you make reservations if you can. It is always busy when we visit. Our normal go-to dishes are always prepared to our liking. Beef Penang Curry, Spicy Basil Fried Rice. Depending on who we are dining with, we might do pod Thai but this time we did the Pad See Ew. Our cousin ordered the teriyaki and the chicken satay.. and we shared the crab golden bag, and the mango sticky rice. The owners have always been so nice and accommodating when we come in. See you when we return to Pacific Grove.

Drunken noodles great ! Fried rice was ok , a little dry . Service was good , prices very fair , HUGE PORTIONS... better than paying 20 bucks for a burger in this economy value is important along with service and taste Will return

I ordered takeout from Pacific Thai Cuisine, the pickup process was quick and the staff were friendly. Pad see ew with tofu: I wish the cabbage, broccoli, and carrots were more seasoned. It was rather mild in flavor but I can still taste the soy sauce. It contains eggs. Salmon spring rolls: I also found it rather plain and I wish it was more flavorful. It came with sweet and sour sauce and peanut sauce. Mango sticky rice: The rice and sauce are very sweet, it was fine. They gave us a soup as well, which tasted like a sweet curry (I am sorry I am not more knowledgeable about Thai food to identify this specifically). Overall the food was decent, but I would not consider it one of the more memorable Thai restaurants I've been to and I wish the flavors would've been stronger.

Food is good overall but I've had better. Definitely hits the spot though. Soups are excellent. The pad Thai was okay, just didn't have as many ingredients as I've seen in other restaurants. Friendly staff. Cute interior of restaurant with some outside seating too.

Came here for a light meal while in Monterey! Super cozy restaurant and friendly staff. I had the chicken satay and papaya salad, really enjoyed the peanut sauce that came with the satay and appreciated that we could customize the papaya salad to make it spicy. The portion size for the salad was very satisfying.

The service was fantastic and the server was great. The ambiance is nice and cozy. The tofu Pad Thai was tasty but sweeter than I would have preferred. It could benefit from a savory flavor like peanuts or another umami flavor. The noodles themself had a really great texture and a good amount of sauce.

This is a cute local Thai place in Pacific Grove. The place is cozy and cute and the service was fast. We ordered drunken noodles and a spicy type vegetable with chicken. The food is decent. The drunken noodle is in as authentic as other Thai places the flavor was a little light Overall it's OK if you want a quick Asian fix. The portion sizes are pretty generous.

We walked to Pacific Thai last night and it was honestly some of the best Thai food I've ever had. I'm a huge Thai food person and used to order it weekly when I lived in LA, and this absolutely held up to the best of it. The restaurant itself is adorable and in such a great spot on the street. We sat outside with our dog, and the staff never forgot about us--they were attentive, kind, and checked on us often. The food came out super fast and every dish was absolutely delicious. Between the friendly service, the charming atmosphere, and the incredible food, we had the best time here. We will most definitely be back!

def go during lunch! they have a lunch special & it's so much more worth it than regular menu pricing the service was also great! never had to ask for a water refill. ratings! drunken noodles 10/10 soo flavorful! thai tea 8/10 was too sweet & strong for my personal liking (but still finished it ofc) sweet coconut soup (?) 7/10 tasted like a spicy tomato bisque, yummy!

Had the red curry plate. Solid enough but a touch salty maybe. Good enough for locals to patronize.

This is one of his favorite Thai restaurants and frequented this establishment probably when he was the mayor of Carmel. According to the owner, Clint's son stops by from time to time. The menu had many of the typical Thai dishes. I thought I'd try something different. I wanted to try more but with my shellfish allergy, I was limited. They all sounded delicious though with crab filling and shrimp. We ordered: THAI SPRING ROLLS - small bite-sized rolls filled with silver noodles. Cute and crispy. Not greasy is always a plus! SPINACH - a vegetable dish you can order with your choice of protein. We went with tofu. The dish had thin slices of fried tofu and big slices of mushroom. Well-balanced, well-season and not overcooked. You can enjoy each ingredient as they're meant to be. CURRY NOODLE - I wanted curry and also wanted a noodle dish. This combined both of what we were looking for. We ordered this with pork. This was soupier than what I imagined. I wish it were drier or a thicker broth, but it was still good. THAI NY STEAK - This was our favorite. The steak was cooked medium, sliced and served with a stir-fry of mixed veggies. The homemade Thai sauce is what makes this dish so special. It's tangy with a little spice. So good! Food came out fairly quickly. Service was wonderful. The owner was very sweet and personable. He made us feel like we were long time customers. When we're back in Monterey we'd like to come back and try more dishes!

My daughter, a picky eater, asks to come here every time we come to town. When we lived here in Monterey, we'd come several times a month. Now that we live out of town, the owner still remembers us and is happy to see us every time we come in, even after a year. I am pretty sure that it's mostly just him, most of the time. Though I haven't tried tons of stuff off the menu, the Pad See Ew is always so good, and the chicken noodles (picky kid, remember?) and though we have tried the same dish in many other places, Siamese Bay is hands down the best. The decor is also just gorgeous & the stained glass windows are enchanting. It's located a little bit outside the busy downtown area but still quite easy to walk to from there and it's a beautiful stroll no matter which way you go. Don't miss out!

The restaurant is located on the lowest level of the Carmel Plaza, I really loved the location because there are plenty of places to park right around there. Between the two of us, we shared: - Miso cacio e pepe: we came specifically for this! It's one of their most well known dishes, and I highly highly recommend! So creamy and savory, and the mafaldine pasta has such a nice texture, the ruffled edges hold on to sauce perfectly. We also added a bit of gochujang that came with the bibimbap and it was so good with some spice. - Dolsot bibimbap: my husband's favorite Korean dish so of course we had to get it! An excellent variety of veggies, which was nice since we barely got any veg on vacation. The kalbi beef was so juicy and delicious, and not overcooked. - Matcha Tiramisu: absolute must get, so unique. The cake layers were soaked in matcha, and topped off with some fresh fruit. - Grapefruit sake spritz: I was on the fence between this cocktail and the yuzu champagne spritz. Our waitress said that the grapefruit spritz was much less sweet, and I am so glad I decided to go with that option! It was the perfect amount of sweetness, not overwhelming. Overall, my husband and I agreed that the matcha tiramisu was the best bite either of us had all weekend!
