Found this place on yelp and saw all the great reviews, so took the chance. I caught a pretty decent sized wood chip or something like that in my good tires on the drive into work from Long Beach to Ontario. Had to get to work on the small donut size spare and did not want to drive back home with the spare on my car. Came in and Juan looked at the tire and said it might take a patch, he would try the thicker sized type of patch. If it didn't work I had the option to buy a used tire if I didn't want to buy a new one, which I liked hearing since I just bought my 2014 Sonata last August and wouldn't want to replace just one tire on it. Juan said It would take 10 minutes to try the patch, I waited and he came back and said it worked but if I had any issues to go ahead and bring it back to Pacific Tire. Was in and out of here in roughly 30 minutes and only paid $15. Awesome place I would say! National chain company would of just told me it would have to be replaced I'm sure. read more

I've been here about 3 times now for some used tires and get great service. Sometimes it can take close to 30 minutes because they get very busy but overall they are helpful and fast. Just recently changed my front 2 tires in under 15 min for $80 with great Michelins. read more

This is a well organized shop and they treat every client with respect. The owner Daniel is very polite and he was able to work out a great price for me. I needed to replace all 4 tires on some rims and i thought the fronts would fit but it didnt clear when i noticed rubbing as i was about to leave. So he they omly had a size down smaller in new tires but not used. He worked out a great deal and balanced my tires for a price I could not refuse. I walked out of the office on lunch the other day to find a flat tire on my Dodge Magnum, I made a last minute phone call after work and found that they had my size in stock used in a matched set. Look no more. This is the place to go! Went in since my Spaceship had the tire sensor( ! ) after braking my air valve while trying to put air in my tires. I rush though yelp and found this place. Glad I did. As I arrive I pull up in front of the Garage. I step out of my car I see they are busy but still emmidiatly get greeted by guy with long hair( aka Caveman ). His greeting made it feel comforting to explain my problem. He didn't make me feel rushed or anything regardless of the fact that he was working on a car. I explained to him my situation. My car with air valve has a sensor. Usually in my type of case you can't just change the air valve you have to change it with the whole sensor. Well mentally before arriving I was prepared to spend a good $50-$80 since I already new that sensor where some what pricey. Well as we where discussing my situation he told me not a problem that it would only take a few minutes. As he is working on my car. Caveman calls me over and tells me that he doesn't want to replace my sensor. He mentions that it's a good sensor and he doesn't feel right throwing to waste a good sensor. Well Caveman tells me he has an idea that he thought of a way he can save my sensor and just replace my valve(so instead of spending $80.00 I would only spent $10.00)... umm of course I was like sure let's go for it. I mean really? Who does that.. why wouldn't he want me to spend $80.00 Long story short it worked like a charm. My sensor ( ! ) no longer appears on my dash board. And my tire is no longer losing air because I got a new air valve. Caveman is a genius and honest I'm really glad I bumped into him. I'm needing new tires and this will be my place to go. Over the phone I was told that used tires in the size I needed were $35 a piece then when I got there they said I had to pay $45 for each plus $5 for each tire to be balanced. So my total cost went from $70 to $100. The service was fast we were in and out within 30 minutes BUT if you get a quote on the phone make sure you get the persons name so they not switch up the price on you!!! read more

Horrible customer service!!!!!! Don't go to this shop!! If my car wasn't up o the list I would have driven away before they fixed my tire!!! The guy Pedro was RUDE HE walked up to me must be the manager because he sat around while the other guy fixed my tire then he asked me if I knew where the lock of the rims are I say I don't know what that is he said usually the owners put it where the spare tire goes or in the glove box I'm driving a brand new car so wherever it was that when i bought the car is the same place that it is right now. I would never return to this place I'm standing by my car right now because I have no idea who to pay because no one has come back up to me. Took my expensive rims and tires to them to get the tires taking off so that i could get my rims repaired. Ask them if they could hold my tires in-tell the job was done with the rims. They said they would. It took longer then what the rim place said so i went back to the tire shop to let them know because they will not answer the phone call over and over. Called 10 time different times of the day and no answer. So i have to dive to let them know in person went there 2 time to let them know the rims where delayed never did they tell me that the tire could not stay there any more in tell the day i went there with the rims to put the tires on and they said they did not have them. They got rid of them. They sold them you don't throw them away when they are 300 dollar a piece tire. Thief. Just try and call them see if i am lying. The only reason i did not knock he teeth out was i did not want to go to jail and have to pay for his doctor bill. 2 costumers had to talk me out of knocking his ass out. All 4 of his employees did not try to stop me because they knew how pissed i was. read more

Super friendly and helpful. Our tire needed a patch on day, and of course it was raining HARD (the one time in the year it rains of course we had tire issues!). Called about 4 places before them, and the wait was 1-2 hours... for a PATCH. Told the guy on the phone that's all we needed, and he said bring it on by, we'll get you in and out in about 10 minutes... and they did! Definitely will be back for more services! read more
