Took my model 3 here the other day because of a leak in my rear tire, the psi was at 15. So I decided to give Tesla a call to see if I can get it towed to one of the service centers, they told me it would be $325 for a new tire and $100 for a patch, Absolutely not. I told them I would take it to a local tire shop and I found pacific tire through a yelp search. I talked to Daniel when I got there and told him the issue he said no problem. I was here for less than 20 mins and he had already patched the tire & it was only $25. AMAZING service! Best tire service in town, hands down! I went due to my tire pressure alert turned on right before going into work. I was seriously in and out in less than 15 minutes. The owner is very friendly and showed me the exact areas of my damaged tires. He also gave me a great timeframe of how long my current tires have until they need to be replaced. The service was horrible. I took my girls car for a patch on the back passenger tire It was punctured with a screw. This is a easy repair. They had took out the screw and marked the tire. But never patched it correctly and reinstalled the tire and never check the pressure or check to see if they had sealed it right. Later that day I found out they didn't even patch it and charged me ten dollars for the service.. never has this happen to me. read more

As mention from the other yelpers. They have fast service and patching my tire cost only $10. Highly recommended others to come here if you have a flat tire that needed to be patched. The location is easy to find and it has a private parking lot. Make sure you call before you head there in the morning to make sure they are open. I called in around 7:40 and no one picked up. So I guess they are not open yet. Called around 8 ish and someone picked up. Overall, fast and cheap :) Update: when i left, the tire light is still on, so I asked them and they said I have to drive 2 miles for the car to reset. But I've been driving it for two days and the light is still on. I went back and asked them, they said the tire pressure is too high, so they released some of the air in the tire. Again, told me to drive for 2 miles for the tire light to reset. And again, I've been driving it for 2 days, the light is still on. Ugh. 2nd update: the owner, Daniel, reached out to me and offered to fix the problem. I went there today and he was explaining how my car is different then the other. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I'm not from around this area, i was in town for an event when me and my fiance noticed i had a flat, we went to the closest gas station and the person there recommended us to go to this shop and i'm so glad we did! Okay... so... EVERYONE hates having to update tires and brakes. It's costly, a headache, and it always seems that the company is trying to drain you for all you're worth. Well, not this place. THIS place is honest and efficient and professional. Why? I thought I needed new brakes, but, as it turns out, I didn't. Even though I already paid, this company called me back to tell me that I didn't need tires and that they would reimburse me. Furthermore, they installed new tires (those I actually needed) with no hidden fees. Called before noon sometime during midweek for a quote and to make sure they had my tires in stock before I came through. Came in and only waited for a short moment. I assumed it was going to take at least an hour but I don't think I was there for even 30min. They didn't have the exact type that my car had but had an alternative. I always get paranoid that MFers try to con me considering I'm a female but he assured me the tires they had were the original size my Corolla would have had. He offered me new ones but the fact that before I took his offer for new tires, he checked for used tires which were half the price, which allowed me to take his word. The used tires looked like new! I first came into this shop on Saturday evening. There were a couple people before me but service was fast and quick. I made sure to thank and tip before leaving. My relief for a quick fix was short lived. By Sunday night I needed to call AAA to help me. After I tried calling with no answer, I was only able to get in today with my schedule. They checked the tire and told me it had huge bubbles in it and that I could not use it! The tire was replaced but only after I was charged again for their mistakes. I will not be back. read more

Found this place on yelp and saw all the great reviews, so took the chance. I caught a pretty decent sized wood chip or something like that in my good tires on the drive into work from Long Beach to Ontario. Had to get to work on the small donut size spare and did not want to drive back home with the spare on my car. Came in and Juan looked at the tire and said it might take a patch, he would try the thicker sized type of patch. If it didn't work I had the option to buy a used tire if I didn't want to buy a new one, which I liked hearing since I just bought my 2014 Sonata last August and wouldn't want to replace just one tire on it. Juan said It would take 10 minutes to try the patch, I waited and he came back and said it worked but if I had any issues to go ahead and bring it back to Pacific Tire. Was in and out of here in roughly 30 minutes and only paid $15. Awesome place I would say! National chain company would of just told me it would have to be replaced I'm sure. read more
