She is an outstanding dentist who is not only professional and Intelligence but also possesses a kind and compassionate heart, showing love and care for others. One day I was surprised and shocked to hear that she is no longer working in her office and her office has been sold to other Dentist since April, 2025. I know that from now on there will be no other to replace the level of service she provided. I'm very disappointed that some people out there gave her unfairly low ratings. Those reviews do not accurately reflect the quality of her services. This might have happened due to jealousy or personal reasons. My wife has also been with Dr. Ton for over 12 years, and because of that, neither she nor I have been able to find another dentist who meets our expectations. Instead of waiting till you fell asleep to start a procedure, he'd start while you are awake with minimal pain relief, then would use velcro straps to strap children down to the chair. I had a really frustrating experience with the front desk here. The receptionist tells me it's okay and takes me back anyways but then after my appointment I was suddenly told I owed $250 out of pocket. When I questioned why from the other receptionist she completely changed her story and claimed that I had told her my insurance was still active for the rest of the month which is not what I said at all. I only said I had been terminated two days prior. It feels incredibly dishonest and unprofessional to mislead a patient like that and then shift the blame afterward. If I had been told upfront that my insurance wasn't accepted I would have made a different decision. Transparency matters! I made an appointment here because they got on the schedule for next day! Out of pocket for teeth cleaning is $70. If you want xrays, its an additional 30. I opted not to get them because I didn't think I would need them. Dr. Park was my hygienist/Dentist. I've never had a dentist do the plaque removal and polishing before. This was the fastest cleaning I've ever had in my life. It was literally 15 minutes. lots of buffering and spitting. Tbh, it wasn't very enjoyable. I know most dentist appointments aren't.
