The pizza,,which I asked be well done, was possibly the best I ever had. I love crust and yours is just the right thickness with the perfect proportion of sausage to cheese and the sauce was perfectly seasoned to enhance the whole pie. We also had spaghetti. While the pasta is pretty universal, your gravy is delicious. I had what I assume is your marinara. So flavorful! No acid bite or overly sweet taste. Also, on the menu, a beef/sausage combo. To me, its the seasoning of the juice that makes a good beef. Yours was tender, lean and the juice perfectly seasoned. The sausage the best if had in years. And it came with fries which we had not expected. We loved the thicker cut and seasonings. They taste fresh cut. We also ordered cannoli, spumoni, and Italian ice. Sadly, the Italian ice,was not in the order. But we DID get 3 slices of spumoni (I'm not sure what an order size is). Not every Italian restaurant carries spumoni, so when I see it, I have to try. I don't know who makes it, but it is the richest, creamiest I've ever had. I am very sincere when I say "Welcome to the neighborhood"!
