Yet another take home experience. I was gonna do delivery on this but found the dd menu was limited so did takeout through their website which lets you properly order and add proteins to your rice and noodle dishes. We got the following: Momos? These are really dumplings imo but really good! Fire cracker chicken. Not bad but not spicy enough imo. Chili garlic noodles, nice but wish they were a bit more saucy. Burnt garlic rice. Ok. Kinda dry. Overall 3.5 stars rounded to 4. They do a good job with quantity, very generous. Its a good option for Indo-chinese food if you live in the area. I have no idea how the Indian fare is. They have a robust menu but i get my fix for that elsewhere.

They're making crack in India and selling it in Frisco. The cheesy naan with the bullet spice on top is the best naan I've ever tasted! Dunk that ish into the Chicken Makhanwala (med spice) and it's a borderline religious experience. I understand why there's so many deities in India, because you can't just thank Jesus for this stuff. It's that good. The service is congenial but a bit slow...but who cares?!?! This stuff is fire. The manager came over to check on me and I had to let him know. While I was one of the only non-Asian people in the restaurant it still felt western ina way. Like it was clean, well finished, tables were busses quickly, the music was not in English but had familiar hip-hop beats. Honestly the vibe was dope.

Chicken strip served to my 4yr old was raw meat. Disappointed at the food quality. The restaurant gave ice-cream and brownie complementary to make up for the experience. Nevertheless, I'm still concerned and not sure if I will be coming back here again.

This is for both an Uber eats experience and catering. Let's just say the Uber eats experience influenced a small catering order!! We did the chili garlic noodles, chili chicken dry appetizer and honey chicken entree. The noodles had nice wok tossed taste on the noodles and the chicken was actually seasoned. The green onions used were perfect along with the peppers. Definitely spicy, the runny nose but still so tasty effect. The chili chicken dry was great and hubby got the honey garlic. It was okay. It would've been nice for a side of plain white rice to be given with the Chicken entree. I was so pleasantly surprised with the flavors I had a small gathering with about 12 adults. I called to make a catering order and I appreciated the catering contact being honest about what quantity to order. He didn't try to upsell at all which was appreciated. For catering for 12 people did the 1/3 tray of Hakka Noodles chicken, 1/3 tray chili chicken entree and two regular orders of spicy garlic noodles easy on the spice. I just admit when I saw the 1/3 sized trays I panicked but there was PLENTY of food and even yielded leftovers. We actually ended up with one order of the chili garlic untouched. The Hakka noodles were fine, the chicken wasn't seasoned. I preferred the dry chili chicken and the chili garlic noodle quality was perfect and dialed down in spice, which was better for a larger group. They gave hot sauce which we put out for those who would want it. I would definitely cater from them again as everyone was impressed and looking forward to trying more menu items.

Photo dump!!! I have been going to RHCP for 2 months and can not stop raving about it! I have invited at least 6 people to join me for lunch here and every single time is a success. Yogesh and his team are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in the door to the minute you leave, you are family. If you need help, suggestions, or just unsure of what to get, they are always happy to help, and genuinely happy you are enjoying your meal. This is a absolute must try spot!! I think I named everything correctly. There is some repetition because these are my favorite!!

Calcutta chowmein with egg and shrimp, Hakka noodles with chicken, buhari chicken and kid size Hakka noodles
    Vijay N.

Calcutta chowmein was good, but not worth paying $3 extra for the tiny spam shrimp ($5 a can at the grocery store) Hakka noodles with chicken was ok, but the noodles were very thin, definitely not Calcutta style Hakka noodles Buhari chicken was very sour (perhaps too much vinegar or lime juice) To be honest, can't complain that food was bad, it was not, it was ok but definitely not Calcutta style that they claim to be (I am from Calcutta born and raised) Would have given 3 stars, but giving 2 because the meat served here is h@l@l - against my religious beliefs.

If you really know Indian food, you know there are levels to this. Most places serve what I lovingly call Campbell's Soup Tikka Masala. Super sweet, neon red, one note, wrong color, wrong consistency. Basically tomato soup with sugar and turmeric pretending to be a masala. It fills you up, but it doesn't make you pause and savor anything. Spice Grove Indian Cuisine is not that place. This is the real deal. The flavors are layered, balanced, and clearly cooked with intention. Not overly sweet, not dumbed down, just full of garlic, spice, depth, and that unmistakable "this was done right" feeling you get when Indian food is executed properly. We ordered a spread, saag, tikka masala, butter chicken, korma, vindaloo, garlic naan, and honestly there wasn't a weak dish on the table. Everything had the right color, the right texture, and the right punch of flavor. This is food you slow down for. I won't say this is the single best Indian food I've ever had, I reserve that for a few heavy hitters like Dishoom and Brigadiers in London and Chola in New York City. But if those are 10s, this is a very solid 8.5, and that is high praise. They're busy for a reason. You cannot go wrong here. If you love Indian food, or want to understand why people love Indian food, just go. You'll leave happy and probably already planning your next visit.

I've never seen so many brown people in my life in Dallas so you know it's legit. The wait was clearly an indicator of the popularity of this place and I could not believe how it went on and on inside. I should've counted how many people were working! The little chips were fun to munch on and I admit that I definitely had fun putting them on my fingers. I thought this was going to be healthy but no- the oil and the butter was insane. Between the roti and the crepe thing and all of the dipping sauces, just delicious. Will absolutely come back! Last thing, be careful as the floor is a bit slippery.

A place that promises a mix of South Indian classics along with Indo-Chinese favorites always piques my curiosity. So we decided to stop by and give it a try. Located in Frisco, Texas it is fairly easy to find. Parking was also manageable, which is always a plus. The place has a casual and welcoming vibe, nothing overly fancy, but comfortable and inviting. Even on a Tuesday, the place was packed. Fortunately, we had called and reserved a place. The décor leans toward a traditional Indian restaurant feel with a simple setup that keeps the focus on the food. We were soon seated and provided with Fryums, which we finished within a minute. The server wad happy to answer questions about the menu. We decided to explore a variety of items from different sections of the menu and the food came out at a reasonable pace. We ordered: 1 Mushroom ghee roast 1 Baby corn manchurian 1 Onion chilli uttapam 1 Benne dosa 1 Chole bhature 1 Set dosa with salna 1 Jackfruit biryani The 'Mushroom ghee roast', was truly excellent with great flavors. The mushrooms were nicely coated in the rich, spicy ghee roast masala, delivering that bold South Indian punch. Next came the 'Baby corn Manchurian',, a classic Indo-Chinese favorite. The baby corn had a good crunch and the sauce had that familiar tangy-spicy flavor you associate with hakka cuisine. For the dosa section, we tried the 'benne dosa', which had a nice buttery flavor and crisp texture- simple yet satisfying. The 'Set dosa with Salna' was soft and fluffy, and the salna added a nice aromatic gravy element to the dish. The 'Onion chilli uttapam' was thick, soft, and generously topped with brown onions, making it a comforting bite. All the above South Indian dishes were great but what blew us away was the 3 chutneys: Tamarind, Spicy Tomato Chilli and Green Peanut. They were absolutely delicious and took the food to another level. The Sambhar however was decent but not that great. Moving to the North Indian side, the 'Chole bhature' came with fluffy bhature and well-spiced chole. We absolutely loved the depth of flavor. Finally, the 'Jackfruit biryani' was an interesting and enjoyable dish. The jackfruit worked surprisingly well as a meat substitute, absorbing the biryani spices nicely and adding a unique texture. However, some of us found it to be bit more on the tangy side. To Foodies: If you enjoy exploring a wide range of Indian flavors, from South Indian breakfast classics to Indo-Chinese appetizers and hearty North Indian dishes, this place is worth checking out. The menu offers variety, and it's a good spot if you want to try multiple styles of Indian cuisine in one sitting. To Management: You have a solid and diverse menu that covers many Indian favorites. Continuing to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation will go a long way. A few standout dishes highlighted on the menu or recommendations from staff could also help first-time visitors navigate the wide selection. Overall Rating: 8.4 / 10 Signing off: Rahul V.S. aka CanIndian Foodie
