It's a tiny little place in the college Ave Safeway strip mall. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. The food was to me average and not bad. I got a blta breakfast sandwich, that a nice size, but i really was not a fan of the bacon they used. It was just not Smokey enough tasting for me. My 90 yr old mom got a veggie scramble that had jalapeño peppers in it and she absolutely loved it. To her it was the tastiest thing she'd ever had in her life!... that day. We walked in and it's a nice little hole in the wall joint. It has big windows so you can see what you are ordering as well as watch outside. Our server was so helpful and friendly ! The food came out very fast and they had T.V. on while you wait. It's not pictured, but we also ordered the chorizo omelet and I really recommend this if you like chorizo. Husband and I have been here a few times now and the food and service are always solid. It's a very small place so there might be a small wait but it's usually not very long. We waited about 10-15 minutes today. We're both creatures of habit and tend to order the same dishes. I got their two egg breakfast with ham (also comes with your choice of hashbrowns or country potatoes [you can also choose fruit over the potato options] and toast) and my husband got the breakfast burrito with chorizo, which also comes with potatoes or fruit. My server asked if I'd like a ham steak or deli ham; I asked for the ham steak. What they brought to the table required it's own plate! This ham was literally a porterhouse. I wasn't expecting it to be so massive but it was delicious! Eggs were cooked great and my husband loved his burrito. Their coffee was really good (total pet peeve of mine when breakfast joints have crappy coffee) and they also have fresh-squeezed orange juice (the machine is visible at the back of the restaurant) that I look forward to trying next time. If you're looking for good diner food and friendly service, I would absolutely recommend that you give Page's a try! read more

I had heard good things about this dner. When my friend and I walked in, the place only had one small table open. I ordered the breakfast combo with pancakes and my friend the combo with a Belgium waffle. We were seated mere steps from the kitchen, but when I food arrived the eggs were barely warm. I get Page's every Sunday to the point my family knows my order even though they have never been there. I used to get more of the meat based breakfasts but have switched over to veggies (gotta get some greens in). That said I've gotten a variety of items here and very rarely have I been disappointed. I almost always get a hot chocolate. It's one of the better hot chocolates out there and I'm pretty picky about them. It's rich and doesn't taste watered down at all. On the very rare occasion it might be but every place has an off day. I usually for for the veggie skillet which is layered with veg, cheese, sour cream, avo and potatos. Its VERY filling and I usually get the toast along side. They're potato's are seasoned nicely and cooked well. On occasion I do get a plain cheese omelet which is filling with a side of potatos. Pancakes are huge (chocolate nana anyone) and fluffy. French toast is great - but best eaten hot. Their bacon is thick and crispy when ordered as a side (which is what I do), that way it doesn't get soggy. And hits the spot when I have a rare hankering for it. Their bennies - classic or country style are super yum although the country style does have bacon (which get soggy). Over all it's a Sunday tradition for me and my day didn't feel complete with out it, comfort food to the max. read more

Love Page's Diner! I've been coming about once a month when I'm in town. Everything I've ordered has tasted delicious. I've been leaning towards the different variations of eggs benedict and they've all been great. Love the reasonable prices and attentive staff. Never too crowded even when stopping by for late brunch on a Saturday. Over the years, I've grown appreciative of good value and no wait times. Today my sister, small dog and I went to Page's Diner. It was 11:AM, she got lunch and I got breakfast. She had the BLT with onion rings. She said it was good, I tried an onion ring and it was very good and nice and crispy. I had the veggie omelet add sausage, and crispy hash browns. They were both very good. The problem we encountered was that nothing arrived all at once. Sis got her BLT and rings, about 10 minutes later my omelet arrived, and 10 minutes after that my crispy hash browns arrived. She forgot the OJ that sis ordered, she got it eventually. My dog had a chopped up hamburger patty, and he preferred to eat it when we got home. The service was good, the waitress was nice. So I'd normally give this 5 stars, but they get 4 stars due to the food not arriving all at once. I will say i complained about the food not coming all at the same time and they gave me a 10% discount. Kudos! PS: I forgot to take a pic of my omelet, but it really was beautiful. read more

I love this place. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. I didn't even know Page's Diner existed until a few months ago when my wife said she wanted to check it out. We have eaten here about four times since. I usually order the breakfast burrito with chorizo. It's pretty tasty. I will say the restaurant is pretty small so there's a good chance you will need to wait 10 minutes for a table. It's worth the wait. read more

Had a really pleasant experience at brunch today. Located in a shopping center making it convenient, this restaurant is in a great spot. Modern decor, friendly staff and endless options for breakfast and lunch. I liked all the pictures on the menu to see what it is you are ordering. We were greeted upon entry and helped immediately with beverages and place settings. The water cups weren't huge and we drink a lot - our cups were never empty. Great service! The food came out super fast too. Fresh veggies, the right amount of cheese and avocado was actually included. Along with potatoes and toast. Well seasoned, good food. Prices were comparable with any other restaurant but the value was better here. Support local family owned businesses. Rather than going to a chain breakfast restaurant that charges $.75 for a side of salsa that comes from a can. I asked for salsa with breakfast and was given fresh, flavorful pico. We'll be back. I didn't take pictures of the inside I just forgot but, it is a quaint little diner had booths and tables. The decor was nice not busy as far what was up on the wall. I had the chicken fried steak breakfast with over easy eggs and hashbrowns, the chicken fried steak was delicious nice portion the gravy was just a little bland nothing salt and pepper couldn't fix up . My wife and I had a late breakfast, and thoroughly enjoyed our selection: Santa Fe Scramble. My wife had tea, and I ordered an orange juice. I had not noticed the juicing machine when we entered the diner, but observed our server placing fresh oranges onto the machine. What I received was a wonderful surprise, a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. What a treat. The food is very good, but not great. The eggs on my scramble were a little over cooked, but overall the dish was pretty tasty. In an age where it is becoming more and more difficult to find a good diner that serves a decent, old-fashioned breakfast, let Page's Diner bring you back in history to a time that has passed, and breakfast was still the most important meal of the day. read more

I got a veggie scramble, so good! You'd be surprised how many places mess up a veggie plate, but not this plate. I opted out the toast but did order a pancake because why not, also really good, not out of a box. I honestly thought it was gonna be pretty packed since it was a Sunday morning but it wasn't too bad at all, walked in and got a table! I noticed while sitting there waiting for our food that a lot of people order from GrubHub for their breakfast, and their system is perfection, not a single order was waited on! Maybe other items on the menu are good but I was served a wet pile of slop this morning drowning in thick and nearly cold hollandaise sauce for $22+ after tax and tip. Thought I'd try a meal before my pedicure. I saw specials of various crepes on the door, and thought I'd try one of those. It was seriously disgusting. The pancake part was not of the proper consistency, and tasted really stale. It also was sort of dried out. The filling was eggs scrambled with ham, and overcooked. The hash browns were okay. Just okay. And greasy. Since I couldn't eat the crepe (and I tried to eat on it but was just awful) I ordered a biscuit and gravy. The biscuit was dried out and apparently had been microwaved once or twice. It was HARD. I did manage to get that down because I needed to eat something since I had not eaten that day. The waitress gave me $3.00 off the meal. Not exactly helpful One, I don't understand why they are so ignorant of what a crepe consists of. Two, the waitress was on the phone a lot. Three, The grill cook maybe doesn't really know how to cook. Anyway, there are lots of better places to eat. read more

I'm not changing my stars just yet but today's lunch wasn't as stellar (apparently) as the last time I dined here. Tried the French Dip and found the meat to be quite dry and minimal, and the au jus was meh. Not bad, just bland. The stacked onion rings felt like they were trying to be "fancy" in this laid back diner. That said, they were certainly crispy and tasted pretty ok!
